Introduction Using the information obtained from analysis of 16s rRNA gene sequences,Tsukamurella was first proposed as a genus in 1988,1 despite the fact that the first strain of this group of bacteria was described in 1941,2 and the first human isolate was reported in 1971.3 similar to related genera of the order Corynebacteriales,such as Nocardia,Rhodococcus,and Gordonia,members of Tsukamurella are Gram-positive,aerobic,catalase-positive,and partially acid-fast as a result of the presence of mycolic acid in the cell *** to their similar phenotypic properties,differentiation of these genera and speciation within these genera is difficult in most clinical microbiology laboratories.

We discuss a possible interpretation of the open charm mesons D＊s0 （2317）,D s1 （2460） and the hidden charm mesons X（3872）,y（3940） and y（4140） as hadron *** a phenomenological Lagrangian approach we review the strong and radiative decays of the D＊ s0 （2317） and D s1 （2460） *** X（3872） is assumed to consist dominantly of molecular hadronic components with an additional small admixture of a charmonium *** the radiative （γJ/ψ and γψ（2s）） and strong （J/ψ2π and J/ψ3π） decay modes we show that the present experimental observation is consistent with the molecular structure assumption of the X（3872）.Finally,we give evidence for molecular interpretations of the y（3940） and y（4140） related to the observed strong decay modes J/ψ＋ω or J/ψ＋φ,respectively.

The time domain entombment of bacteria by intratubular mineralization following orthograde canal obturation with mineral trioxide aggregate（MTA） was studied by scanning electron microscopy（sEM）. single-rooted human premolars（n560） were instrumented to an apical size #50/0.06 using ProF ile and treated as follows： Group 1（n510） was filled with phosphate buffered saline（PBs）; Group 2（n510） was incubated with Enterococcus faecalis for 3 weeks, and then filled with PBs; Group 3（n520） was obturated orthograde with a paste of OrthoM TA（BioM TA, seoul, Korea） and PBs; and Group 4（n520） was incubated with E. faecalis for 3 weeks and then obturated with OrthoM TA–PBs paste. Following their treatments, the coronal openings were sealed with PBs-soaked cotton and intermediate restorative material（IRM）, and the roots were then stored in PBs for 1, 2, 4, 8 or 16 weeks. After each incubation period, the roots were split and their dentin/MTA interfaces examined in both longitudinal and horizontal directions by sEM. There appeared to be an increase in intratubular mineralization over time in the OrthoM TA-filled roots（Groups 3 and 4）. Furthermore, there was a gradual entombment of bacteria within the dentinal tubules in the E. faecalis inoculated MTA-filled roots（Group 4）. Therefore, the orthograde obturation of root canals with OrthoM TA mixed with PBs may create a favorable environment for bacterial entombment by intratubular mineralization.

Pollen tube growth is essential for successful double fertilization, which is critical for grain yield in crop plants. Rapid alkalinization factors(RALFs) function as ligands for signal transduction during fertilization. However, functional studies on RALF in monocot plants are ***, we functionally characterized two pollen-specific RALFs in rice(Oryza sativa) using multiple clustered regularly interspaced palindromic repeats(CRIsPR)/CRIsPR-associated protein 9-induced loss-of-function mutants,peptide treatment, expression analyses, and tag reporter lines. Among the 41 RALF members in rice, OsRALF17 was specifically expressed at the highest level in pollen and pollen *** applied OsRALF17 or OsRALF19peptide inhibited pollen tube germination and elongation at high concentrations but enhanced tube elongation at low concentrations, indicating growth regulation. Double mutants of OsRALF17 and OsRALF19(ralf17/19) exhibited almost full male sterility with defects in pollen hydration, germination, and tube elongation,which was partially recovered by exogenous treatment with OsRALF17 peptide. This study revealed that two partially functionally redundant OsRALF17 and OsRALF19 bind to Oryza sativa male-gene transfer defective 2(OsMTD2) and transmit reactive oxygen species signals for pollen tube germination and integrity maintenance in rice. Transcriptomic analysis confirmed their common downstream genes, in osmtd2 and ralf17/19. This study provides new insights into the role of RALF, expanding our knowledge of the biological role of RALF in regulating rice fertilization.

＜正＞The stress-strain relationship between ferrite and martensite phases in the commercial dual-phase DP980 steel was studied by using in-situ neutron diffraction and the crystal plasticity finite element method（CPFEM）.The phase identification method based on the image quality（IQ） of electron backscatter diffraction（EBsD） and a filtering process was used to obtain information concerning individual crystallographic orientations for ferrite and martensite phases in DP980 ***（200） and （211） lattice strains of ferrite and martensite phases were measured along the loading and transverse directions as a function of macroscopic stress using the in-situ neutron diffraction.A CPFEM based on representative volume elements（RVEs） was applied to determine the microscopic hardening parameters for each phase by fitting the measured macroscopic stress and measured（200） and（211） lattice strains.

＜正＞Increases in ambient aerosol concentrations are associated with adverse health effects such as respiratory irritation and changes in pulmonary function. To test hypotheses regarding effects of atmospheric aerosols, it is essential to measure the atmospheric aerosol properties accurately and efficiently. since atmospheric aerosols are contributed by multiple sources of aerosol with a wide range of particle diameters, it is important to measure atmospheric aerosols from a few nanometers to several microns in particle diameter. The Wide-Range Particle spectrometer （WPsTM） is a recently introduced commercial aerosol instrument with the unique capability to measure size distributions of aerosols over a diameter range of 0.01 to 10 μm （Liu et al. 2005）. A scanning Mobility spectrometer （sMs） comprised of a Differential Mobility Analyzer （DMA） and a Condensation Particle Counter （CPC） is used to measure particles from 0.01 to 0.5 μm and a Laser Particle spectrometer （LPs） is used to measure particles from 0.35 to 10 μm. These components are small enough to fit within a single portable cabinet （-25 kg） with all accompanying control hardware and electronics. No external pumps are required and power consumption is only 150 W. The WPs was tested in the field for semi-continuous atmospheric sampling during extended periods of time as a way to measure the time-evolution of the atmospheric aerosol size distribution in an urban setting. Results from these measurements show that the WPs works well in various ambient conditions with temperature ranging from 11 ℃ to 35 ℃ and relative humidity ranging from 10% to 70%. Detailed diurnal profiles and nucleation events of atmospheric aerosol size distributions were observed using the WPs in these measurements. With its relatively small size, light weight, low power consumption, and user friendliness, the WPs can perform unprecedented aerosol size distribution measurements in a wide particle diameter range （10 nm - 10,000 nm）. The identification of jets originating from quarks and gluons,often referred to as quark/gluon tagging,plays an important role in various analyses performed at the Large Hadron Collider,as standard Model measurements and searches for new particles decaying to quarks often rely on suppressing a large gluon-induced *** paper describes the measurement of the efficiencies of quark/gluon taggers developed within the ATLAs Collaboration,using √s=13 TeV proton–proton collision data with an integrated luminosity of 140 fb^(-1) collected by the ATLAs *** taggers with high performances in rejecting jets from gluon over jets from quarks are studied:one tagger is based on requirements on the number of inner-detector tracks associated with the jet,and the other combines several jet substructure observables using a boosted decision tree.A method is established to determine the quark/gluon fraction in data,by using quark/gluon-enriched subsamples defined by the jet *** in tagging efficiency between data and simulation are provided for jets with transverse momentum between 500 GeV and 2 TeV and for multiple tagger working points.

Orthopedic clinicians frequently encounter patients with temporomandibular joint (TMJ) pain and associated sleep disordered breathing (sDB) that coexists with the patient’s orthopedic conditions. The systemic effects and associated comorbidities caused by TMJ and associated sDB are commonly not recognized as potential contributors to the patient’s long-term orthopedic outcome. This article describes a comprehensive and interdisciplinary medical dental treatment, which was able to successfully address patient’s severe chronic TMJ, head, neck and shoulder pain as well as other health concerns including sDB. Moreover, a new teledontic and telegnathic treatment protocol and principles utilizing total joint replacement for care of patients with chronic TMJ pain and sDB will be introduced describing a completed case.
