The purpose of this study is to explore and examine employees＇ perceptions of recognition and appreciation among Telekom Malaysia （TM） employees in Melaka and the psychological influence it has on their job satisfaction, performance, productivity, and commitment towards the organizational goals. According to one of the laws of psychology which ＂says if you want someone to repeat a behavior, you should positively recognize the behavior immediately＂. Thus, it has been positively affirmed that every human being like to be recognized and appreciated because it is an innate aspiration. Conversely, even though there is nothing complex about recognition and appreciation, studies has found that these items consistently receive the lowest ratings from employees. Furthermore, research conducted over so many eras constantly and consistently discovered that people care about fair treatment, thus, recognition and appreciation of employees must be done appropriately and timely in order for the program to be effective and efficient and achieve its full objective and set goal of motivation. The constructs that will be used in this study will be operationalized using previously-validated and originally developed measures with little or no modifications where necessary to suit the present research context while the primary data of this research will be analyzed using AMOS software.

The world health organization(WHO)terms dengue as a serious illness that impacts almost half of the world’s population and carries no specific *** and accurate detection of spread in affected regions can save precious *** the severity of the disease,a few noticeable works can be found that involve sentiment analysis to mine accurate intuitions from the social media text ***,the massive data explosion in recent years has led to difficulties in terms of storing and processing large amounts of data,as reliable mechanisms to gather the data and suitable techniques to extract meaningful insights from the data are *** research study proposes a sentiment analysis polarity approach for collecting data and extracting relevant information about dengue via Apache *** method consists of two main parts:the first part collects data from social media using Apache Flume,while the second part focuses on querying and extracting relevant information via the hybrid filtration-polarity algorithm using Apache *** overcome the noisy and unstructured nature of the data,the process of extracting information is characterized by pre and post-filtration *** a result,only with the integration of Flume and Hive with filtration and polarity analysis,can a reliable sentiment analysis technique be offered to collect and process large-scale data from the social *** introduce how the Apache Hadoop ecosystem–Flume and Hive–can provide a sentiment analysis capability by storing and processing large amounts of *** important finding of this paper is that developing efficient sentiment analysis applications for detecting diseases can be more reliable through the use of the Hadoop ecosystem components than through the use of normal machines.

Impairment of fish growth and immune system due to stress and disease are major constraints in aquaculture ***,antibiotic was used as prophylactic agent in the health management of aquaculture ***,antibiotic only provide a temporary solution to the problem of disease ***-reliance on antibiotic also has led to the increasing cases of antibiotic resistance among pathogenic bacteria from aquaculture sites and contamination of antibiotic residues into human food ***,prebiotic and symbiotic are therefore suggested as alternatives to prophylactic antibiotic to be used in the aquaculture industry.A potential prophylactic agent is polysaccharide that could be developed into an alternative antibiotic for aquatic *** this review paper,definition,sources,and mode of action of polysaccharide are *** roles of polysaccharides in fish farming with emphasis on growth improvement,immune system enhancement,disease resistance stimulation in tilapia farming,and the effects of polysaccharides on abiotic stressors are summarized and discussed.

Impact of the coronavirus disease 2019 pandemic on breastfeeding during and at discharge from neonatal care:An observational cohort study

Importance:During the coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)lockdown,changes in the visiting rules in neonatal units might have affected the initiation and continuation of ***:To investigate the effects of the implementation of the COVID-19 lockdown in the UK on mother’s own milk(MOM)feeding in hospital and at the time of discharge in two UK neonatal ***:Retrospective cohort study using routinely recorded data from electronic patient *** were retrieved from two neonatal services in the UK East Midlands *** logistic regression was used to compare the odds of MOM feeding before,and after the implementation of the UK ***:Among 2073 infants,after adjusting for maternal and infant characteristics and underlying trends over time,there were no differences in the odds of infants receiving any MOM during admission;any MOM at discharge or exclusive MOM at discharge before and after the imposition of the *** with birthweight2500 g(adjusted odds ratio[OR]0.33,95%confidence interval[CI]:0.22–0.50).Younger mothers were less likely,and Black British mothers more likely,to be feeding MOM to their infants at discharge,while women in the least deprived Index of Multiple Deprivation(IMD)quintiles were 2–4 times more likely to do so,compared to those in the most deprived IMD quintile(adjusted OR 2.78,95%CI:1.97–3.90).Interpretation:Despite the difficulties faced during COVID-19 pandemic-induced restrictions,infants in the participating neonatal units continued to receive MOM in similar proportions as before the pandemic.

Tropical Leachate Properties as a Growing Media for Algae as a Source of Biodiesel Production

Algae can be found in ponds, rivers, lakes, abandoned ponds and also can grow abundantly in the aged pond of leachate landfill since there is the source of sunlight, CO2 （carbon dioxide） and nutrients. Like plants, algae make their own food by photosynthesis but differ from the plant; algae do not have roots, petals, stems or leaves. Leachate is the water that contains dissolved and suspended solids resulting from the percolation of water that drains through the waste in the landfill. The constituents of the leachate include organic matters and inorganic matters which depend on the age of landfill and type of the waste. The aim of this research study is to identify the characteristics of the leachate from aged landfill that cause the growth of the algae. Metals that act as the nutrients that exist in the leachate were measured using ICP-OES （inductively coupled plasma-optical emission spectroscopy）. BOD5 （biochemical oxygen demand that is measured in 5 days） and COD （chemical oxygen demand） were measured using DO （dissolved oxygen） meter and spectrophotometer, respectively. The pH of the leachate was measured using pH meter. The results showed that the highest metal that exists in the leachate was magnesium in quantity of 8.52 ppm. BOD5 and COD of the leachate gave the results of 5.24 mg/L and 99.67 mg/L, respectively. The pH of the leachate is considered as alkaline since the value of the pH is 8.38. This indicates that the characteristics of the leachate for algae growth was aged landfill with the alkaline condition and the nutrient needed by the algae for growing is magnesium.
