Th. oyster mush.oom(Pleurotus spp.)is one of th. most widely cultivated mush.oom species *** present study investigated th. effect of synbiotics on th. growth.and quality of Pleurotus ostreatus and Pleurotus *** synbiotics formulations were applied by spraying mush.oom samples daily and measuring th.ir growth.parameters,yield,biological efficiency,proximate composition,mineral content,total ph.nolic content(TPC),and diph.nyl-1-picryl-h.drazyl(DPPh.radical scavenging *** demonstrated th.t th. most significant yield of oyster mush.ooms was h.rvested from synbiotics sprayed with.inulin and Lactobacillus casei(56.92 g).Likewise,th. h.gh.st biological efficiency obtained with.a similar synbiotic was 12.65%.Combining inulin and *** was th. most effective meth.d of improving th. mush.ooms'growth.performance and nutrient content in both.***,synbiotics th.t combined inulin and *** resulted in th. h.gh.st TPC(20.550 mg gallic acid equivalent(GAE)/g dry extract(DE))in wh.te oyster mush.ooms(***).In comparison,in grey mush.oom(***)th. h.gh.st TPC was yielded by ***(1.098 mg GAE/g DE)followed by inulin and ***(1.079 mg GAE/g DE).Th. DPPh.results indicated th.t th. oyster mush.oom could be an efficient *** results revealed th.t applying synbiotics improved th. mush.ooms'quality by increasing th.ir antioxidant capacity with.h.gh.r amounts of ph.nolic compounds and offering better h.alth.benefits with.th. increased levels of mineral ***,th.se studies demonstrated th. potential of using synbiotics as a biofertilizer,wh.ch.is h.lpful for mush.oom cultivation;th.refore,it migh. solve th. ch.llenge of inconsistent quality mush.oom growers face.

Objective:To investigate th. effects of coenzyme Q10(CoQ10)supplementation on post-vitrification embryo development and gross ***:Balb/c mouse embryos were cultured in potassium simplex optimised medium(KSOM)with.varying CoQ10 concentrations[0(control),20,40,and 60μM].Th. most effective CoQ10 concentration(40μM)was selected for subsequent post-vitrification morph.logy *** were randomly divided into four groups:Group A(non-vitrified with.ut CoQ10),Group B(non-vitrified with.CoQ10),Group C(vitrified with.ut CoQ10),and Group D(vitrified with.CoQ10),followed by vitrification at th. 8-cell *** rates and development until th. blastocyst stage were evaluated th.ough.morph.logical examinations using ASEBIR's system,distinguish.ng normal and abnormal ***:Supplementation of 40μM CoQ10 significantly increased blastocyst formation(95%)compared to th. control group(92%),20μM(62%),and 60μM(56%)(Png vitrification,Group D exh.bited a significant increase in blastocyst formation(92%)compared to Group C(82%)(Ph.logical assessments indicated superior embryo quality in Group B over Group D during th. cleavage stage,morula,and blastocyst(Pnclusions:CoQ10 supplementation exh.bits promising potential to enh.nce preimplantation embryo development,increase blastocyst formation rates,and improve embryo quality *** offers a promising approach.to mitigate oxidative stress on embryos,potentially improving overall assisted reproductive tech.ology outcomes.
