Magmatic microgranular enclaves(MMEs)are widely developed in the Shaocunwu granodiorite at the northeast margin of the eastern Jiangnan orogenic *** geology showed that the MMEs occur as irregular ellipsoids near the edge of the intrusion,and consist of diorite,dominantly composed of amphibole,biotite,and plagioclase grains,with minor acicular *** U-Pb dating showed the ages of the host granodiorites and MMEs are 145.9±1.1 Ma and 145.6±2.5 Ma,respectively,indicating both originated during coeval late Jurassic ***-rock geochemical results show that the host granodiorite and MMEs have similar rare earth and trace element partition curves in spider grams,and similar 87Sr/86Sr,and 147Nd/144Nd isotope ratios,and their zircon 177Hf/176Hf isotopic ratios are *** studies indicate that both the host granodiorite and MMEs formed by mixing of coeval *** Ti thermometers and oxygen fugacity of the host granodiorite and the MMEs show high oxygen fugacity,similar to that of W-cu(Mo)mineralized granitoids in the eastern Jiangnan orogenic belt.A similar magma mixing process was probably one of the mechanisms that generated the W-cu(Mo)fertile melts.

浅成低温热液矿床是世界上银矿的重要矿床类型,伴生有金铜铅锌等多种金属。银的赋存状态研究可以为矿床资源禀赋、选冶成本以及经济价值的综合评价提供重要的依据。近年来,矿物自动定量分析系统越来越多地应用到贵金属的赋存状态研究中,相比传统方法而言其能提供精确定量的矿物学信息。悦洋银多金属矿床位于福建省紫金山矿田,是典型的浅成低温热液矿床,是研究银赋存状态的理想选区。通过野外地质调查研究发现,矿体主要受控于岩性边界和断裂构造,主要矿石类型为热液角砾岩型和石英脉型。成矿作用可以分为石英-黄铁矿、石英-黄铁矿-黄铜矿、石英-银多金属、石英-碳酸盐等四个阶段,其中银在石英-银多金属阶段沉淀,可以进一步划分为石英伊利石硫化物亚阶段和石英冰长石硫化物亚阶段。本文在野外地质调查的基础上,针对不同的矿石类型使用TIMA(TEScAN Integrated Mineral Analyzer)自动矿物分析系统,结合显微镜下观察、扫描电镜和电子探针分析手段,对银的赋存形式和分布情况进行了定量化研究,根据矿物共生组合对银沉淀机制及成矿过程进行了探讨。研究结果显示,悦洋矿床中的银90%以上以独立矿物的形式存在,主要是硫化银和自然银,且粒径大多在10~50μm之间;少部分银以次显微包裹体形式存在于黄铜矿中,或以显微包裹体和类质同相形式存在于黄铁矿和闪锌矿中。成矿热液中银主要以硫氢络合物形式运移,主成矿期大量的冰长石与银矿物共生表明沸腾作用是主要的沉淀机制。

龙桥铁矿床是庐枞盆地一个大型层控矽卡岩型铁矿床,顺层产于沉积岩地层中,受地层控制特征明显,具有显著的成矿特色。龙桥铁矿床赋矿层位时代确定对于该类矿床的成因研究和找矿勘探有着重要的意义。龙桥铁矿床赋矿地层为一套厚度20～150m的泥灰岩、角砾状灰岩、白云岩、泥质粉砂岩和石英杂砂岩,由于缺乏标志性化石和岩性标志层,赋矿地层的时代归属长期存在争议。本文在野外研究的基础上,对龙桥铁矿床主矿体顶底板不同位置的4组砂岩样品（ZK109,ZK309,ZK007和ZK1603）和矿区外围侏罗系罗岭组砂岩（LQWW）开展了系统碎屑锆石年代学研究,定年结果表明,ZK109,ZK309,ZK007和ZK1603样品碎屑锆石的最小年龄和最大年龄分别为262.1±3.2 Ma,2589.8±15.0 Ma;261.8±1.9 Ma,2520.1±11.1 Ma;264.6±2.0 Ma,2947.2±51.4Ma和257.1±1.9Ma,2717.0±21.0。LQWW样品的碎屑锆石最小年龄为166.0±1.4Ma,最大年龄为3842.6±6.5 Ma。结合区域地质特征分析,上述碎屑锆石年龄特征表明,龙桥铁矿床赋矿围岩形成时代应为中三叠世。结合近期庐枞地区的勘查成果,本文认为庐枞北部是寻找龙桥式铁矿床的有利地区。

哈播斑岩铜(-钼-金)矿床位于哀牢山-红河新生代成矿带南端西侧,是近年来新发现的一个斑岩型矿床。矿区内出露的哈播侵入体具有多期侵入的特征,花岗岩依次侵入的序列为坪山花岗岩、三道班花岗岩、阿树花岗岩、哈播南山花岗岩(37.3Ma),随后有4期斑岩侵入到哈播南山花岗岩中,依次为黑云母钾长石斑岩、石英钾长石斑岩、石英二长斑岩和晚期黑云母钾长石斑岩岩脉。采用LA-IcP-MS锆石U-Pb年龄法测定黑云母钾长石斑岩和石英二长斑岩的加权平均年龄分别为36.20±0.20Ma和36.19±0.22Ma,哈播南山花岗岩和4期斑岩具有相似的岩石地球化学特征,都有富钾、高氧化态和类似岛弧花岗岩的岩石地球化学特征,可能具有相同的来源。辉钼矿Re-Os年龄显示,哈播矿床的成矿年龄为35.47±0.16Ma。相似的成岩-成矿年龄暗示哈播矿床成岩和成矿作用是一个连续的岩浆-热液过程,与玉龙斑岩铜矿相似。基于哈播矿床的岩石学、地球化学特点,结合前人关于青藏高原东部斑岩铜矿的研究成果,我们认为哈播斑岩矿床可能为藏东富碱斑岩带向东南的延伸,与玉龙斑岩铜矿带具有相似的成因,为哀牢山-红河新生代成矿带的重要组成部分,是晚碰撞构造转换背景下的重要产物。

三堡铅锌矿床位于江南古陆北部,其成矿作用与花岗闪长斑岩密切相关。本文在地质特征和岩相学认识基础上,对与三堡铅锌矿床相关的花岗闪长斑岩开展了锆石LA-IcP-MS U-Pb同位素年代学、全岩地球化学和Sr-Nd同位素分析。结果显示,三堡花岗闪长斑岩锆石U-Pb年龄为154.8±1.8 Ma,为晚侏罗世。三堡花岗闪长斑岩SiO_(2)含量为63.75%~67.47%,Na_(2)O+K_(2)O为3.92%~7.34%,为高钾钙碱性、准铝质‒弱过铝质的I型花岗岩;且样品富集轻稀土元素(LREE/HREE=10.50~11.29)、显示弱负Eu异常(δEu=0.68~0.77),富集Rb、Th、U、K等大离子亲石元素,亏损P、Ti、Yb等高场强元素。花岗闪长斑岩(^(87)Sr/^(86)Sr)i值为0.71028~0.71320,ε_(Nd)(t)值在-6.57~-5.55之间。岩石地球化学特征显示,三堡花岗闪长斑岩熔体来自壳幔混合源区,上升过程中经历了显著的结晶分异作用。结合区域资料对比显示,三堡铅锌矿床为江南造山带东段地区燕山期早阶段(177~153 Ma)铜铅锌成矿作用的重要组成部分,该花岗闪长斑岩所呈现的中低结晶温度、较低分异程度、较高氧逸度与水含量是该区中酸性岩浆岩的成矿专属性指标。

cD4^(+)T cells can"help"or"license" conventional type 1 dendritic cells(cDc1s)to induce cD8^(+)cytotoxic T lymphocyte(cTL)anticancer responses,as proven in mouse *** recently identified cDc1s with a transcriptomic imprint of cD4^(+)T-cell help,specifically in T-cell-infiltrated human cancers,and these cells were associated with a good prognosis and response to PD-1-targeting ***,we delineate the mechanism of cDc1 licensing by cD4^(+)T cells in *** cD4^(+)T cells produce IFNβvia the STING pathway,which promotes MHc-I antigen(cross-)presentation by cDc1s and thereby improves their ability to induce cTL anticancer *** cooperation with cD40 ligand(L),IFNβalso optimizes the costimulatory and other functions of cDc1s required for cTL response ***-I-producing cD4^(+)T cells are present in diverse T-cell-infiltrated cancers and likely deliver“help”signals to cTLs locally,according to their transcriptomic profile and colocalization with“helped/licensed”cDcs and tumor-reactive cD8^(+)T *** agreement with this scenario,the presence of IFN-I-producing cD4^(+)T cells in the TME is associated with overall survival and the response to PD-1 checkpoint blockade in cancer patients.

Petroleum production in the Rio del Rey Basin,which is an extension of the Niger Delta of Nigeria into cameroon,has been limited to the Tertiary offshore portion since the late *** to dedlining reserves in this offshore portion,the onshore cretaceous portion of the basin attracted significant attention in the last *** the present *** from outcrops in the onshore portion of the basin were analyzed to evaluate their potential as source rocks,assess hydrocarbon generation,and highlight their signifcance for *** observations,total organic carbon(TOc)measure-ments,and Rock Eval pyrolysis were used to generate data for these ***-eval S2 values(0.42-3 mg Hc/g rock)based on measured present-day TOc values(0.58-2.44 wtx)of the shales studied signify poor to fair source rock potentials,whereas calculated S2 values(1.74-8.19 mg Hc/g rock)based on estimated original TOc values(0.67-2.87 wt%)produced fair to good source rocks containing Type Ⅱ/Ⅲ kerogen,which were transformed by maturity to the present-day Type Ⅲ/Ⅳ *** of the samples based on Tmax values varying between 439 and 471℃are equivalent to maturity values ranging between 0.74% R_(r) and 1.32% R_(r), and these represent the peak oil to condensate/wet gas zones of hy-drocarbon *** results demonstrate that mature source rocks are present in the onshore part of the Rio del Rey Basin,and thus,it is suitable for petroleum exploration.

长江中下游成矿带作为中国东部重要的成矿带之一,成矿地质条件、成矿规律和成矿模式的相关研究已经十分深入,形成了一系列公认的理论研究成果,本文重点论述了成矿带成矿地质条件和成矿规律方面研究的新进展,并在此基础上构筑了成矿带的成矿模式。本文主要开展了以下总结工作:(1)将成矿带的构造要素突破以往按构造单元分解的做法,确立跨构造单元的"复合构造系统",结合成矿带成岩成矿作用特点,重新确定了长江中下游成矿带的范围,并对成矿亚带进行了重新划分;(2)收集汇总了长江中下游成矿带近年来国内外学者最新的成岩成矿年龄数据,总结了矿床时空分布规律;(3)从地质,地球物理和地球化学等方面,总结归纳了沿基底结合带复活的网状断裂系统,阐明了成矿带的控矿构造格架,分析了长江中下游成矿带的成因规律;(4)补充和完善了断隆区和断凹区的成矿模式,并初步构筑了长江中下游成矿带综合成矿模式。提出长江中下游成矿带内主体成岩成矿作用总体上分为走滑挤压阶段(146~135Ma)、走滑引张阶段(135~126Ma)和拉张伸展阶段(126~123Ma)等三个阶段,古太平洋板块作用导致的壳幔过程,引发含元古代弧岩浆岩源区活化和中生代的构造活化("双活化")是长江中下游成矿带形成的主要机制。

长山铅锌多金属矿床位于长江中下游成矿带宣城矿集区东北部,文章在对该矿床开展详细的地质调查和岩相学研究基础上,对代表性矿化蚀变矿物(石英、方解石)开展了流体包裹体测温、激光拉曼光谱和氢、氧、碳稳定同位素分析。长山铅锌多金属矿床矿化蚀变组合从早到晚可以分为矽卡岩-氧化物阶段、早硫化物阶段和晚硫化物阶段。矿物流体包裹体温度和盐度测算显示,长山矿床的成矿流体温度和盐度从矽卡岩-氧化物阶段(315~382℃,w(Nacl)_(eq)为14.04%~16.24%)→早硫化物阶段(220~347℃,w(Nacl)_(eq)为4.49%~15.86%)→晚硫化物阶段(163~306℃,w(Nacl)_(eq)为1.40%~11.10%)逐渐降低。石英和闪锌矿中包裹体的δD和δ^(18)O值分别为-89.5‰~-67.8‰和-3.2‰~7.62‰,方解石中δ^(13)c和δ^(18)O值分别是-6.8‰~-1‰和10.6‰~17.1‰,同位素特征指示长山矿床的成矿流体为岩浆水与海相碳酸盐中富含有机质流体混合,从早硫化物阶段到晚硫化物阶段,成矿流体中岩浆水比例逐渐降低。长山铅锌多金属矿床矿石矿物的沉淀分别受降温和沸腾作用(早硫化物阶段)、降温和外来流体混合作用(晚硫化物阶段)的制约。区域对比显示,宣城矿集区具有矽卡岩型铅锌多金属矿床的找矿潜力。
