共回顾了1087例急性心肌梗死后行直接冠状动脉成形术治疗的连续患者,其中309例≥75岁,778例<75岁。与较年轻组相比,年老组具有更高的30d死亡率(8.1% vs 4.0%,P=0.0057)和心脏性死亡率(6.5% vs 3.6%,P=0.038)。
