＜正＞Wireless mesh networks （WMNs） suffer from random variations in channel condition. This leads to poor performance in multi-hop wireless mesh networks specially with a conventional routing. To cope with instability of wireless links, new routing metrics must be explored. In this paper we propose a new end-to-end Bit Error Rate （BER） aware metric for multi-hop wireless routing and take hop number into account. We show that using this metric in AODV protocol improves the performance of routing in terms of end-to-end delay and throughput in comparison to minimum-hop count metric.

This paper,in accordance with the evaluation principles of emergency logistics capabilities,is to build an evaluation indicators system of emergency repository’s service capacity,and then analyze the various indicators and change them into quantitatively types,after that using AHP method to determine weights of indicators at all levels,using fuzzy mathematical methods to build evaluation indicators sets,using comprehensive evaluation model evaluate emergency repository’s service capacity,established a set of service capability evaluation system,finally,analyze three regions as a *** results show that this method used for evaluating emergency repository’s service capacity is feasible.

Cognitive radio makes it possible for an unlicensed user to access a spectrum unoccupied by licensed *** subcarrier and power allocation algorithm in CR networks is a challenging problem,especially for *** this paper,an efficient multiuser water-filling algorithm is proposed under the interference temperature *** this algorithm,subcarriers are allocated to the users with the best channel quality initially and then adjusted to improve the system *** is shown in the simulation results,the proposed algorithm has a much lower computational complexity and the performance is close to optimal ***,it is proved that there is an upper bound of the throughput loss by using this algorithm.

A novel approach, using a PNA(network analyzer) instead of Spectrum Analyzer in optical heterodyne measurement system, to characterize the frequency response performance of photodetectors is proposed. This scheme synthesize the advantages of both the optical heterodyne technique and accurate calibration technique of PNA. In this paper, two tunable narrow linewidth lasers are used to reduce the errors caused by the variations in the linewidth of the beat signal, and the optical power is accurately monitored and controlled to minimize the noise due to laser output power fluctuates. We analyze the influence of variations linewidth, and associative simulation on this influence is been done. And an error eliminate model is presented to remove the influence of variations linewidth. SOLT calibration technique is used to accurately calibrate the power receiver of PNA. In addition, when configured with an 80 GHz frequency mixer in this measurement system, we can achieve the frequency response measurement of a 80 GHz photodetector since we are using a 40 GHz PNA.

＜正＞An advanced token access protocol used in optical burst-switched （OBS） ring network is proposed in this paper. OBS provides high throughput, high-bandwidth utilization, and low transmission latency. Several access protocols have been proposed which can be classified in three classes, depending on how receiver collisions are resolved. In this paper, we construct an architecture for a core DWDM network which utilizes the advanced token signaling scheme. In this OBS ring network, we use broadband wavclength tunable filter module （WTFM） to realize fast tunable wavelength receiver. This is the network scheme which has the feature of transmitting wavelengths collision free, traffic collision free when switching at the midst nodes and destination node, traffic collision free from the source node （can be solved by queue） and receiver collision free due to the advanced token access protocol. In this study, we consider the following two different classes of service traffic. The first class of traffic （Class 1） is a variable bit rate traffic with stringent end-to-end delay constraints, the second class （Class 2） is non-real time variable bit rate best effort traffic. In the advanced token access protocol, we take the new idea in which the token can be release before the traffic complete and the token can be captured according to the service class. The scheme can make best use of the bandwidth. The performance is analyzed by simulation. It can be seen from the simulation, the OBS network using this advanced token access protocol can make best use of the bandwidth of the OBS network.

＜正＞ Through bring the functional group-Imine Isocyanate which can resistance high temperature into the unsaturated polyester resin’s chain, then design a suitable ratio of components and synthesize process scheme, we synthesize out a new kinds of unsaturated polyester resin which has extraordinary good property for resistance high temperature. Take this unsaturated polyester resin as matrix, addition some other modifier, make up a new type solventless flake anticorrosive coating which can resistance 200℃, and it’s anticorrosive property super to other heavy anticorrosive coatings. In the actual using, this coating’s film can resistance the 248℃dry flue gas nearly 1 year（This coating film is still in it’s working condition now）.
