The number of pregnant women affected by gestati.nal Di.betes (GDM) i. i.creasi.g globally wi.h an esti.ated prevalence as hi.h as 15%. Gestati.nal Di.betes Mi.etus i. associ.ted wi.h bi.th compli.ati.ns for women and newborn, i.cludes development of type i. di.betes, preeclampsi. duri.g pregnancy, i.creasi.g the ri.k of fetal loss, sti.lbi.th and peri.atal death. An i.tegrati.e li.erature revi.w appli.d, systemati. search from di.ferent data base obtai.ed from i.ternati.nal and mi.dle east countri.s to assess adherence level of gui.eli.es. Cli.i.al gui.eli.es are set to ensure and assure homogenei.y as well as the quali.y of provi.i.n of care. Nati.nal and i.ternati.nal consensus has yet to be achi.ved i. the management of di.betes i. pregnancy, adherence of recommended antenatal care content to a mi.i.um level appears to be unmet. Complete provi.er adherence to fi.st antenatal gui.eli.es was 48.1%, Gui.eli.e di.semi.ati.n alone does not change practi.e;assessment of barri.rs/enablers and i.plementati.n i. i.portant. Gui.eli.es are useless when they are not used or adhered to. Each gui.eli.e needs an Appendi. on how adherence has to be measured, there i. a need for some uni.ormi.y across gui.eli.es to measure adherence. Purpose: Si.ce the mRNA technology used to manufacture Pfi.er-Bi.NTech COVi.-19 Vacci.e i. new, i. i. sti.l di.fi.ult to predi.t i.s consequences. However, many young people, especi.lly i. developi.g countri.s, thi.k that they are less suscepti.le to severe i.fecti.n wi.h the Coronavi.us 2 (SARS-CoV-2), Therefore, they do not prefer to take the COVi.-19 vacci.es. Accordi.gly, studi.s i. thi. aspect are necessary to i.crease people’s awareness of the acceptance of vacci.ati.n, especi.lly for the youth. Pati.nts and Methods: Thi. study was conducted on healthy young adults of both sexes. Parti.i.ants (n = 81) were recei.ed two doses of the Pfi.er-Bi.NTech COVi.-19 Vacci.e. A paper questi.nnai.e was prepared, the survey asks about the si.e effects related to recei.i.g the Vacci.e. All parti.i.ants completed the questi.nnai.e twi.e, once after the fi.st dose and agai. after the second dose. Data were collected and stati.ti.ally analyzed. Results: The most common si.e effects were Muscle pai., Ti.edness, Headache, and Fever. Less common si.e effects were Chi.ls, Fai.ted, Breathlessness, and Coughi.g. Rare si.e effects i.clude nausea and vomi.i.g, Di.rrhea, Anaphylacti. Reacti.n, and Swollen Lymph Nodes. Si.e effects that are strongly associ.ted wi.h females are Headache, and Joi.t pai., for males, Anaphylacti. reacti.n. The study revealed a si.ni.i.ant di.ference between the number of females (96.5%) and males (85%) who suffered from the si.e effects of the Pfi.er-Bi.NTech COVi.-19 Vacci.e (P = 0.033). Conclusi.n: Most of the si.e effects reported i. our study were consi.tent wi.h Pfi.er’s fact sheet for reci.i.nts and caregi.ers. Through our follow-up to the parti.i.ants i. the study, we noti.ed that the reported si.e effects were not too bad, and they were able to carry out thei. dai.y acti.i.i.s, so we recommend taki.g the vacci.e, especi.lly for young people.

The arti.le depi.ts i.rael＇s poli.y of Judai.i.g Jerusalem and i.s attempts to make Jerusalem i.s eternal capi.al. Sai. tri.s to expose the i.raeli.meretri.i.us strategi.s regardi.g Jerusalem whi.h begi. by projecti.g an i.age of what i. wants the world to beli.ve and then translati.g that false i.age i.to reali.y. Sai. also underscores the fact that both Palesti.i.ns and the pan-Arab nati.n have fai.ed to counteract the i.raeli.poli.y of selli.g to the world the noti.n of Jerusalem belongi.g exclusi.ely to i.rael, a fai.ure that has enabled i.rael to ti.hten i.s gri. on the Holy Ci.y and to curb the Palesti.i.ns＇, the Arabs＇ and the Musli.s＇ attempts to counterattack on the level of medi. i.formati.n. i. Sai.＇s vi.w, the only hope for the future i. a decent and fai. coexi.tence between the two peoples based upon equali.y and self-determi.ati.n. For hi., the separati.n between the Palesti.i.ns and the i.raeli. si.ce 1948 has not led to successful outcomes; a one state---rather than a bi.ati.nal-state soluti.n i., therefore, the more possi.le way of resolvi.g the Arab-i.raeli.confli.t.

As teachers of EFL （Engli.h as a Forei.n Language） i. the Ki.gdom of Saudi.Arabi., we are someti.es flabbergasted by the errors that the/earners make i. thei. Engli.h scri.ts. Apparently, there was no pattern to these errors. However, when the researcher observed the frequency of si.i.ar error over a few years of her experi.nce as an EFL faculty for Saudi.learners, the theory of Lexi.al Relati.ns appeared to offer an answer. Therei. also li.s the genesi. of the current study. i. a posi.i.e development, the study di. bri.g to li.ht certai. factors that di.ectly played a role i. the Saudi.EFL learners＇ Engli.h errors. These have been presented i. thi. paper wi.h the hope that wi.h the di.gnosi. i. hand, i. wi.l be easi.r for the EFL teachers to fi.d a soluti.n to the dearth of Engli.h profi.i.ncy among the Saudi.EFL learners.
