Deep-learning-assisted printed liquid metal sensory system for wearable applications and boxing training

Liquid metal(LM)exhibits a distinct combination of high electrical conductivity comparable to that of metals and exceptional deformability derived from its liquid state,thus it is considered a promising material for high-performance soft ***,rapid patterning LM to achieve a sensory system with high sensitivity remains a challenge,mainly attributed to the poor rheological property and ***,we report a rheological modification strategy of LM and strain redistribution mechanics to simultaneously simplify the scalable manufacturing process and significantly enhance the sensitivity of LM *** incorporating SiO_(2)particles into LM,the modulus,yield stress,and viscosity of the LM-SiO_(2)composite are drastically enhanced,enabling 3D printability on soft materials for stretchable *** sensors based on printed LM-SiO_(2)composite show excellent mechanical flexibility,robustness,strain,and pressure sensing *** sensors are integrated onto different locations of the human body for wearable ***,by integrating onto a tactile glove,the synergistic effect of strain and pressure sensing can decode the clenching posture and hitting strength in boxing *** assisted by a deeplearning algorithm,this tactile glove can achieve recognition of the technical execution of boxing punches,such as jab,swing,uppercut,and combination punches,with 90.5%*** integrated multifunctional sensory system can find wide applications in smart sport-training,intelligent soft robotics,and human-machine interfaces.

Radiogenic geothermal systems of Bangka Island,Indonesia:Implications of high heat production and tectonic framework

The presence of geothermal manifestation in Bangka Island(Southeast Sumatra,Indonesia)with the absence of Quaternary volcanic activity and also relatively low seismicity events has raised intriguing questions on the control of the geothermal system in this *** the regional tectonic setting of Indonesia volcanic geothermal systems has been known,that of non-volcanic geothermal systems such as radiogenic system become an issue to be *** study reports the geochemistry and petrography analysis of Triassic granite related to radiogenic production at the vicinity of hot springs in Bangka *** temperatures of the Bangka hot springs range from 37 to 70.7 and pH values vary between 5.6 and *** hot springs are discharging either in close to massive granite bodies or occur in between two major NE-SW striking faults zones,i.e.,Pemali fault and Payung *** results indicate the average radiogenic heat production of Late Triassic Klabat granite in the northern area ranges from 28.5 to 38.34μWm^(-3)and the southern area ranges from 28.3 to 49.5μWm^(-3).In comparison to similar granite belt located in Malaysia,heat production of granitoid in Bangka hot springs is four times higher,possibly due to their different granite origins.

Objective:To assess the knowledge on Zika virus(ZIKV) infection among healthcare providers(doctors) in Aceh province,***:A self-administered internet based survey was conducted from 3 May to 3 June 2016 among the members of doctor organizations in Aceh province.A set of validated,pre-tested questionnaire was used to measure knowledge regarding ZIKV infection and to collect a range of explanatory variables.A two-steps logistic regression analysis was employed to assess the association of participants' demographic,workplace characteristics and other explanatory variables with the ***:A total of 442 participants included in the final analysis and 35.9% of them(159) had a good knowledge on ZIKV *** model revealed that type of occupation,type of workplace,availability of access to medical journals and experience made Zika disease as differential diagnose were associated with knowledge on ZIKV *** addition,three significant source of information regarding ZIKV were online media(60%),medical article or medical news(16.2%) and television(13.2%).Conclusion:The knowledge of the doctors in Aceh regarding ZIKV infection is relatively *** who have a good knowledge on ZIKV infection are more confident to established ZIKV disease as differential diagnosis in their clinical ***,such program to increase healthcare providers' knowledge regarding ZIKV infection is needed to screen potential carriers of ZIKV infection.
