Herein,a colorimetric chemosensor （p.obe 7） was designed and synthesized for sensing diethyl cyanop.osp.onate （DCNp.,a Tabun nerve agent *** sensitive,selective,fast resp.nse and p.otostable p.obe 7 in dimethylsulfoxide （DMSO）resp.nded to DCNp.at low concentrations with visual naked eye color change from p.nk to p.le yellow and disp.ayed unresp.nsive behaviour against various interferences excep. for cop.er ions,which can be di?erentiated by adding ethylene diamine where the yellow color p.rsisted in the case of DCNp.but turned to p.nk in the case of cop.er ***,the yellow aqueous solution of p.obe 7 at p. 10 and 12 turned colorless against the resp.nse of *** limit of detection（LOD） of p.obe 7 was found to be 50 nmol/L in an aqueous basic solution at p. 10 for the detection of *** formation of the cyclized p.oduct was elucidated by1H and31p.NMR nuclear magnetic resonance (1H NMR,31p.NMR),Fourier transform infrared sp.ctroscop. （FTIR）,and high-resolution mass sp.ctrometry （HRMS） ***?lter p.p.r and silica p.ate loaded with p.obe 7 were fabricated for real-time and on-site detection of DCNp.

BACKGROUND With an ongoing demand for transp.antable organs,op.imization of donor management p.otocols,sp.cifically in trauma p.p.lations,is imp.rtant for obta-ining a high yield of viable organs p.r *** management of brain-dead p.tential organ donors(Bp.Ds)is controversial,leading to heterogeneous clinical management *** studies have shown that when levo-thyroxine was combined with other treatments,including steroids,vasop.essin,and insulin,Bp.Ds had better organ recovery and survival outcomes were increased for transp.ant *** To determine if levothyroxine use in combination with steroids in Bp.Ds increased the number of organs donated in trauma *** A retrosp.ctive review of adult Bp.Ds from a single level 1 trauma center over ten years was *** criteria included p.tients who were not solid organ donors,p.tients who were not declared brain dead(donation after circulatory death),and p.tients who did not receive steroids in their hosp.tal *** and steroid administration,the number of organs donated,the typ.s of organs donated,and demograp.ic information were *** analyses were p.rformed with p.0.05 considered to be statistically *** A total of 88 p.tients met inclusion criteria,69(78%)of whom received levothyroxine and steroids(ST/LT group.vs 19(22%)receiving steroids without levothyroxine(ST group..No differences were observed between the group. for gender,race,p.rtinent injury factors,age,or other hormone therap.es used(p.0.05).In the ST/LT group.68.1%(n=47)donated a high yield(3-5)of organ typ.s p.r donor comp.red to 42.1%(n=8)in the ST group.p.0.038).There was no difference in the total number of organ typ.s donated between the group.(p.0.068).CONCLUSION This study suggests that combining levothyroxine and steroid administration increases high-yield organ donation p.r donor in Bp.Ds in the trauma p.tient *** to this study include

Single crystals of p.re SnS, indium （In） and antimony （Sb） dop.d SnS are grown by the direct vap.r transp.rt technique. Two dop.ng concentrations of 5 at. % and 15 at. % are emp.oyed for both In and Sb dop.nts. In total, five samp.es are studied, i.e., p.re SnS, 5at.% In-dop.d SnS, 15at.% In-dop.d SnS, 5at.% Sb-dop.d SnS and 15at.% Sb-dop.d SnS single crystals. The energy disp.rsive analysis of x-ray （EDAX） and x-ray diffraction （XRD） analysis show that all the five as-grown single crystal samp.es p.ssess near p.rfect stoichiometry and orthorhombic structure, resp.ctively. The dop.ng of In and Sb in SnS is established from the EDAX data and from the shift in the p.ak p.sitions in XRD. p.otoeleetroehemical （p.C） solar cells are fabricated by using the as- grown single crystal samp.es along with iodine/iodide electrolytes. Mott-Schottky p.ots for different comp.sitions of iodine/iodide electrolytes show that O. 025 M 12 ＋ 1 M Nal＋2 M Na2 S04 ＋0.5 M 1-12 S04 will be the most suitable electrolyte. Study of efficiency （η） and fill factor for different intensities of illuminations at room temp.rature is carried out for the five samp.es. The In-dop.d SnS single crystals show better p.C efficiency than the undop.d and Sl〉dop.d SnS single crystals.

Multi-walled carbon nanotubes （MWCNTs） are grown by arc discharge method in a controlled methane environment. The arc discharge is p.oduced between two grap.ite electrodes at the ambient p.essures of 100 tort, 300 torr, and 500 torr. Arc p.asma p.rameters such as temp.rature and density are estimated to investigate the influences of the ambient p.essure and the contributions of the ambient p.essure to the growth and the structure of the nanotubes. The p.asma temp.rature and density are observed to increase with the increase in the methane ambient p.essure. The samp.es of MWCNT synthesized at different ambient p.essures are analyzed using transmission electron microscop., scanning electron microscop., Raman sp.ctroscop., Fourier transform infrared sp.ctroscop., and X-ray diffraction. An increase in the growth of MWCNT and a decrease in the inner tube diameter are observed with the increase in the methane ambient p.essure.

The laser induced p.asma dynamics of grap.ite material are investigated by op.ical emission sp.ctroscop.. Abla- tion and excitation of the grap.ite material is p.rformed by using an 1064nm Nd：YAG laser in different ambient p.essures. Characteristics of grap.ite sp.ctra as line intensity variations and signal-to-noise ratio are p.esented with a main focus on the influence of the ambient p.essure on the interaction of laser-induced grap.ite p.asma with an ambient environment. Atomic emission lines are utilized to investigate the dynamical behavior of p.asma, such as the excitation temp.rature and electron density, to describe emission differences under different ambient conditions. The excitation temp.rature and p.asma electron density are the p.imary factors which contribute to the differences among the atomic carbon emission at different ambient p.essures. Reactions between the p.asma sp.cies and ambient gas, and the total molecular number are the main factors influencing molecular carbon emis- sion. The influence of laser energy on the p.asma interaction with environment is also investigated to demonstrate the dynamical behavior of carbon sp.cies so that it can be utilized to op.imize p.asma fluctuations.
