新西兰2016年凯库拉M_W7.8地震地表破裂带分布在1个长约170km、宽35km的范围内,总体呈NE-SW走向,至少有12条断裂产生了m量级的地表位错,跨过了2个活动方式与活动强度存在明显差异的地震构造区。地震地表断裂大致可分为NE—NEE向和NNW—近SN向2组,NE—NEE向断裂之间的贯通性差,最大相隔距离为25~30km,即使首尾相连,走向上也有约30°的差异,运动性质以右旋走滑为主,最大位错量10~12m;NNW—近SN向断裂近于平行分布,相距可达40~50km,以逆断裂活动性质为主,最大垂直位错量5~6m。走滑类地表破裂带的组合特征非常复杂,主要表现为3种形式:雁列、分叉和平行分布。其中,雁列地表破裂(段)既可以表现为数m至数十m尺度上的张剪性破裂与鼓包、挤压剪切破裂组合,也可表现为百余m长的左阶斜列张剪性破裂组合;地表破裂段之间阶区规模差异明显,可以是数十m、数百m到数km不等。平行的地表破裂(段)可以相距数m、数十m至数km。凯库拉地震地表破裂带对已知活动断裂分布格局的突破也是1种比较显著的特点,既可以是在原先认为不活动的断裂上或没有活动断裂的位置上产生了地表破裂带,也可以是在走向或横向上突破了先前认识到的活动断裂分布范围。对凯库拉地震地表破裂带发育特征的初步分析结果,对于理解地表活动断裂与深部发震构造之间复杂的对应关系,以及跨活动断裂的抗震设防等问题具有一定的借鉴意义。

Plants contain various factors that transiently interact with subunits or intermediates of the thylakoid multiprotein complexes, promoting their stable association and integration. Hence, assembly factors are essential for chloroplast development and the transition from heterotrophic to phototrophic growth. Snowy cotyledon 2 （SCO2） is a DNAj.like protein involved in thylakoid membrane biogenesis and interacts with the light-harvesting chlorophyll-binding protein LHCBI. In Arabidopsis thaliana, SCO2 function was previ- ously reported to be restricted to cotyledons. Here we show that disruption of SC02 in Lotus j.ponicus results not only in paler cotyledons but also in variegated true leaves. Furthermore, smaller and pale- green true leaves can also be observed in A. thaliana sco2 （atsco2） mutants under short-day conditions. In both species, SCO2 is required for proper accumulation of PSlI-LHCll complexes. In contrast to other variegated mutants, inhibition of chloroplastic translation strongly affects L. j.ponicus sco2 mutant devel- opment and fails to suppress their variegated phenotype. Moreover, inactivation of the suppressor of variegation AtClpR1 in the atsco2 background results in an additive double-mutant phenotype with variegated true leaves. Taken together, our results indicate that SCO2 plays a distinct role in PSll assembly or repair and constitutes a novel factor involved in leaf variegation.

The basic reproduction number of an infectious agent is the average number of infections one case can generate over the course of the infectious period,in a naïve,uninfected *** is well-known that the estimation of this number may vary due to several methodological issues,including different assumptions and choice of parameters,utilized models,used datasets and estimation *** the spreading of the novel coronavirus(2019-nCoV)infection,the reproduction number has been found to vary,reflecting the dynamics of transmission of the coronavirus outbreak as well as the case reporting *** to significant variations in the control strategies,which have been changing over time,and thanks to the introduction of detection technologies that have been rapidly improved,enabling to shorten the time from infection/symptoms onset to diagnosis,leading to faster confirmation of the new coronavirus cases,our previous estimations on the transmission risk of the 2019-nCoV need to be *** using time-dependent contact and diagnose rates,we refit our previously proposed dynamics transmission model to the data available until j.nuary 29th,2020 and re-estimated the effective daily reproduction ratio that better quantifies the evolution of the *** estimated when the effective daily reproduction ratio has fallen below 1 and when the epidemics will *** updated findings suggest that the best measure is persistent and strict *** epidemics will continue to grow,and can peak soon with the peak time depending highly on the public health interventions practically implemented.

The present study aimed to determine the effect of wearing a face mask during aerobic dance exercise on cognitive function,more specifically on attention,as well as on perceived exertion and mood *** healthy college students(9 males and 4 females:mean age=17.5 years,height=1.72 m,weight=71.00 kg)volunteered to participate in this *** were randomized to perform aerobic dance exercise while wearing a cloth face mask or no mask or a control condition(sitting on a comfortable chair and reading information about the health benefits of aerobic dance exercise)on three separate occasions(with at least one week of interval).Rate of perceived exertion(RPE),the Brunel Mood Scale(BRUMS)and d2 Attention assessment were assessed before and immediately after each *** results demonstrated higher concentration performance for the aerobic dance exercise without face mask than the control condition(p=0.05).Post RPE and BRUMS fatigue subscale values were significantly higher in the aerobic dance exercise with face mask as compared to the aerobic dance exercise without face mask and control condition(all,p<0.05).BRUMS vigor subscale value significantly differed across conditions(F=113.84,p<0.001,ES=0.86)and was significantly higher in the aerobic dance exercise group without face mask as compared to the aerobic dance exercise with face mask and the control conditions(both,p<0.001).This study suggests that face mask use during aerobic dance exercise with moderate intensity did not affect ***,students and athletes should avoid wearing face mask while practicing physical activity or aerobic dance exercise with moderate intensity to improve its acute effect on cognitive function.

A cure cannot be assured for all men with clinically localized prostate cancer undergoing radical treatment. Molecular markers would be invaluable if they could improve the prediction of occult metastatic disease. This study was carried out to investigate the expression of BCL-2, Ki-67, p53 and E-cadherin in radical prostatectomy specimens. We sought to assess their ability to predict early biochemical relapse in a specific therapeutic setting. Eighty-two patients comprising 41 case pairs were matched for pathological stage, Gleason grade and preoperative prostate-specific antigen （PSA） concentration. One patient in each pair had biochemical recurrence （defined as PSA ≥ 0.2 ng mL^-1 within 2 years of surgery） and the other remained biochemically free of disease （defined as undetectable PSA at least 3 years after surgery）. Immunohistochemical analysis was performed to assess marker expression on four replicate tissue microarrays constructed with benign and malignant tissue from each radical prostatectomy specimen. Ki-67, p53 and BCL-2, but not E-cadherin, were significantly upregulated in prostate adenocarcinoma compared with benign prostate tissue （P 〈 0.01）. However, no significant differences in expression of any of the markers were observed when comparing patients who developed early biochemical relapse with patients who had no biochemical recurrence. This study showed that expression of p53, BCL-2 and Ki-67 was upregulated in clinically localized prostate cancer compared with benign prostate tissue, with no alteration in E-cadherin expression. Biomarker upregulation had no prognostic value for biochemical recurrence after radical prostatectomy, even after considering pathological stage, whole tumour Gleason grade and preoperative serum PSA level.

目的:基于对针刺治疗多囊卵巢综合征随机对照临床试验现状的系统总结和分析,提出对未来相关临床研究的建议。创新点:首次对目前针刺治疗多囊卵巢综合征随机对照临床试验进行了全面的总结和分析,从研究设计和报告规范等方面提出了一系列改进的建议。方法:对MEDLINE、EMBASE、万方和知网等八个数据库进行了针刺治疗多囊卵巢综合征相关文献的全面检索,按照纳入标准将文章进行分类和总结,并对每项研究进行了详细的质量评估。根据当前的研究情况对未来针刺治疗多囊卵巢综合征的随机对照临床试验提出了一系列建议。结论:从如何完善实验设计,提高研究质量,加强报告规范等方面提出了一系列改进的建议,对未来针刺治疗多囊卵巢综合征随机对照试验的设计和实施提供了指导和帮助。

Influence of laser polarization on collective electron dynamics in ultraintense laser-foil interactions

The collective response of electrons in an ultrathin foil target irradiated by an ultraintense(~6×10^(20)W cm^(-2)) laser pulse is investigated experimentally and via 3D particle-in-cell simulations. It is shown that if the target is sufficiently thin that the laser induces significant radiation pressure, but not thin enough to become relativistically transparent to the laser light, the resulting relativistic electron beam is elliptical, with the maj.r axis of the ellipse directed along the laser polarization axis. When the target thickness is decreased such that it becomes relativistically transparent early in the interaction with the laser pulse, diffraction of the transmitted laser light occurs through a so called ‘relativistic plasma aperture', inducing structure in the spatial-intensity profile of the beam of energetic electrons. It is shown that the electron beam profile can be modified by variation of the target thickness and degree of ellipticity in the laser polarization.
