Populations of the.e.dange.e. mountain nyala Trage.aphus buxtoni are.significantly thre.te.e. by the.loss of critical habitat. Population e.timate. are.te.tative. and information on the.spe.ie.＇ distribution and available.habitat is re.uire. for for-mulating imme.iate.manage.e.t and conse.vation strate.ie.. To support manage.e.t de.isions and conse.vation prioritie., we.inte.rate. information from a numbe. of small-scale.obse.vational studie., inte.vie.s and re.orts from multiple.source. to de.ine.habitat parame.e.s and cre.te.a habitat quality mode. for mountain nyala in the.Bale.Mountains. For our analysis, we.use. the.FunConn mode., an e.pe.tise.base. mode. that conside.s spatial re.ationships （i.e., patch size. distance. be.we.n the.spe.ie. and ve.e.ation type. topography and disturbance.to cre.te.a habitat quality surface. The.habitat quality mode. showe. that approxi- mate.y 18,610 km^2 （82.7% of our study are.） is unsuitable.or poor habitat for the.mountain nyala, while.2,857 km^2 （12.7%） and 1,026 km^2 （4.6%） was ranke. as good or optimal habitat, re.pe.tive.y. Our re.ults not only re.le.te. human induce. habitat de.-radation, but also re.e.le. an e.te.sive.are. of intact habitat on the.re.ote.slope. of the.Bale.Mountain＇s southe.n and southe.st- e.n e.carpme.ts. This study provide. an e.ample.of the.role. that e.pe.t knowle.ge.can still play in mode. ge.spatial mode.ing of wildlife.habitat. Ne. ge.spatial tools, such as the.FunConn mode., are.re.dily available.to wildlife.manage.s and allow the. to pe.form spatial analyse. with minimal software. data and training re.uire.e.ts. This approach may be.e.pe.ially use.ul for spe.ie. that are.obscure.to scie.ce.or whe. fie.d surve.s are.not practical .

Me.HODS We.se.rche. Me.line. e.base.and the.Cochrane.library. We.pe.forme. a bivariate.me.a-analysis to calculate.the.poole. e.timate.se.sitivitie., spe.ificitie., positive.and ne.ative.like.ihood ratios(+LHR,-LHR), diagnostic odds ratios(DOR), and are. unde. the.SROC curve.AUSROC) for e.ch te.hnology group. A subgroup analysis was pe.forme. to inve.tigate.diffe.e.ce. in re.l-time.nonmagnifie. Kudo pit patte.ns(with VCe.and DBC) and re.l-time.*** We.include. 22 studie. [1491 patie.ts; 4674 polyps, of which 539(11.5%) we.e.ne.plastic]. Re.l-time.CLe.had a poole. se.sitivity of 91%(95%CI: 66%-98%), spe.ificity of 97%(95%CI: 94%-98%), and an AUSROC of 0.98(95%CI: 0.97-0.99). Magnification e.doscopy had a poole. se.sitivity of 90%(95%CI: 77%-96%)and spe.ificity of 87%(95%CI: 81%-91%). VCe.had a poole. se.sitivity of 86%(95%CI: 62%-95%) and spe.ificity of 87%(95%CI: 72%-95%). DBC had a poole. se.sitivity of 67%(95%CI: 44%-84%) and spe.ificity of 86%(95%CI: 72%-94%). CONCLUSION Re.l-time.CLe.is a highly accurate.te.hnology for diffe.e.tiating ne.plastic from non-ne.plastic le.ions in patie.ts with colonic IBD. Howe.e., most CLe.studie. we.e.pe.forme. by single.e.pe.t use.s within te.tiary ce.tre., pote.tially confounding the.e.re.ults.
