Healthcare systems face many competing demands and insufficient *** innovations to improve efficiency are important to address this *** can range from new pharmaceuticals,alternate models of care,novel devices,and the use other *** implementation can mean lost *** review article aims to highlight the role of implementation science,summarize how settings have leveraged this methodology to promote translation of innovation into practice,and describe our own experience of embedding implementation science into an academic medical center in *** science offers a range of methods to promote systematic uptake of research findings about innovations and is gaining recognition worldwide as an important discipline for health services *** systems around the world have tried to promote implementation research in their settings by establishing(1)dedicated centers/programs,(2)offering funding,and(3)building knowledge and capacity among *** science is a critical piece in the translational pathway of“evidence to innovation”.The three efforts we describe should be strengthened to integrate implementation science into the innovation ecosystem around the world.

3d transition metal oxides based thin film coatings such as copper–cobalt oxides exhibit high absorption in the visible region and low emittance in the infrared to far-infrared region of the solar spectrum which is favourable for use as potential selective surface materials in photothermal devices. These materials have the potential to minimize heating while increasing absorption in the operative spectrum range and therefore achieve higher solar selectivity. A series of mixed copper–cobalt metal spinel oxides（Cu_xCo_yO_z）doped with graphene oxide thin films were deposited on commercial grade aluminium substrates using a sol-gel dip-coating technique at an annealing temperature of 500 °C in air for 1 h. Characterizations of the synthesized films were carried out by high temperature synchrotron radiation X-ray Diffraction（SRXRD）, UV–Vis, Fourier Transform infrared spectroscopy（FTIR） and X-ray photoelectron microscopy（XPS）techniques. High thermal stability of coatings with multiple phases, binary and ternary metal oxides, was defined through SR-XRD study. FTIR analysis shows moderate（〈80%） to high（up to 99%） reflectance in the infrared region while the UV–Vis investigations demonstrate that, in the visible region, solar absorption increases gradually（up to 95%） with the addition of graphene oxide to the Cu_x Co_y O_z *** the incorporation of 1.5 wt.% of graphene oxide to the copper–cobalt oxide coatings, a high solar selectivity of 29.01（the ratio of the average solar absorptance in visible and the average thermal emittance in infrared to far infrared region; α/ε） was achieved.

Amino acids(AAs) are prevalent in source water, particularly during spring run-off. Monitoring of amino acids in source water is desirable for water treatment plants(WTP) to indicate changes in source water quality. The objective of this study was to establish analytical procedures for reliable monitoring of amino acids in source water. Therefore, we examined two different methods, large volume inject(LVI) and solid phase extraction(spe), for sample preparation prior to HILIC-MS/MS. The LVI-HILIC-MS/MS method can provide fast and sensitive detection for clean samples, but suffers from matrix effects, resulting in irreproducible separation and shortening column lifetime. We have demonstrated that spe was necessary prior to HILIC-MS/MS to achieve reproducible and reliable quantification of AAs in source water. A natural heterocyclic amine 1-methyl-1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-β-carboline-3-carboxylic acid(MTCCA) was also included in the method to indicate changes in other natural nitrogenous compounds in source water. The spe-HILIC-MS/MS method was able to achieve limits of detection from 2.6-3400 ng/L for the amino acids and MTCCA with RSDs( n = 3) of 1.1%-4.8%. As well, retention times(RT) of the analytes were reproducible with variation less than 0.01 min( n = 3) through the entire project. We further applied the spe-HILICMS/MS method to determine AAs in authentic source water samples collected from two drinking water treatment plants(WTPs) during the 2021 spring run-off season. The results support that the spe-HILIC-MS/MS method does not require derivatization and can provide reliable, accurate, and robust analysis of AAs and MTCCA in source water, supporting future monitoring of source water quality.

Background:Complex noise and its relation to hearing loss are difficult to measure and *** complex noise measurement,individual exposure results may not accurately represent lifetime noise ***,the mean LAeq,8 h values of individuals in the same workgroup were also used to represent LAeq,8h in our *** study aimed to explore whether the mean exposure levels of workers in the same workgroup represented real noise exposure better than individual exposure levels ***:A cross-sectional study was conducted to establish a model for cumulative noise exposure (CNE) and hearing loss in 205 occupational noise-exposed workers who were recruited from two large automobile manufacturers in *** used a personal noise dosimeter and a questionnaire to determine the workers' occupational noise exposure levels and exposure times,respectively.A qualified audiologist used standardized audiometric procedures to assess hearing acuity after at least 16 h of noise ***:We observed that 88.3％ of workers were exposed to more than 85 dB(A) of occupational noise (mean:89.3 ± 4.2 dB(A)).The personal CNE (CNEp) and workgroup CNE (CNEg) were 100.5 ± 4.7 dB(A) and 100.5 ± 2.9 dB(A),*** the binary logistic regression analysis,we established a regression model with high-frequency hearing loss as the dependent variable and CNE as the independent *** Wald value was 5.014 with CNEp as the independent variable and 8.653 with CNEg as the independent ***,we found that the figure for CNEg was more similar to the stationary noise reference than CNEp *** CNEg model was better than the CNEp *** this circumstance,we can measure some subjects instead of the whole workgroup and save ***:In a complex noise environment,the measurements of average noise exposure level of the workgroup can improve the accuracy and save manpower.

在高功率激光二极管抽运固体激光器中,热效应已成为获得高输出功率和高光束质量的最大阻碍因素.用有限元方法研究了高功率激光二极管端面抽运Nd∶YVO4激光器中热透镜分布规律,提出了用复合晶体消除热透镜效应的方法.研究表明在端面抽运的传统单一Nd∶YVO4晶体激光器中,由于抽运功率密度很高,热透镜效应非常严重,由端面变形而造成的热透镜效应约占整个热透镜效应的50%;而采用复合晶体能够很好地消除由端面变形而造成的热透镜效应,同时得到很好的冷却效果,获得比采用传统单一晶体高出许多的基模输出功率和更好的光束质量.实验证明,采用复合结构晶体在23 W的抽运功率水平下得到了11 W的基模输出功率,光束质量因子M2 <1 5,光光转换效率达到48%.

本研究检测7例肥大细胞病患者c—kit基因激酶编码区突变情况，以探讨该基因变异在肥大细胞病诊断及治疗中的意义。应用PCR测定、变性高效液相色谱技术及DNA测序方法对患者进行c—kit基因外显子17～外显子19突变检测。结果表明：1例患者外显子17扩增产物在DHPLC中出现异常色谱峰，测序结果显示在外显子17出现A→T突变，即D816V；另2例患者外显子18／19经DHPLC检测，结果显示1个额外的色谱峰，测序结果证实在外显子18出现G→C改变，为同义突变L862L。结论：变性高效液相色谱技术是一种高效、可靠的突变检测方法，c—kit基因突变检测对肥大细胞病临床治疗有指导意义。
