Pedigree information is of fundamental importance in breeding programs and related genetics ***,many individuals have unknown *** methods to identify and confirm direct parent–offspring relationships are routine,those for other types of close relationships have yet to be effectively and widely implemented with plants,due to complications such as asexual propagation and extensive *** objective of this study was to develop and demonstrate methods that support complex pedigree reconstruction via the total length of identical by state haplotypes(referred to in this study as“summed potential lengths of shared haplotypes”,SPLoSH).A custom Python script,HapShared,was developed to generate SPLoSH data in apple and sweet *** was used to establish empirical distributions of SPLoSH data for known relationships in these *** distributions were then used to estimate previously unknown *** studies in each crop demonstrated various pedigree reconstruction scenarios using SPLoSH *** cherry,a full-sib relationship was deduced for‘Emperor Francis,and‘Schmidt’,a half-sib relationship for‘Van’and‘Windsor’,and the paternal grandparents of‘Stella’were *** apple,29 cultivars were found to share an unknown parent,the pedigree of the unknown parent of‘cox’s Pomona’was reconstructed,and‘Fameuse’was deduced to be a likely grandparent of‘McIntosh’.Key genetic resources that enabled this empirical study were large genome-wide SNP array datasets,integrated genetic maps,and previously identified pedigree *** with similar resources are also expected to benefit from using HapShared for empowering pedigree reconstruction.

Background:Depressive symptoms are common and increase with *** studies have examined the relationship between time-dependent depressive symptoms and the risk of cardiovascular and all-cause mortality among elderly in *** and Results:A total of 1,999 elderly subjects（≥55 years）who were enrolled in Beijing Longitudinal Study of Aging in 1992 were *** symptomswere repeatedly assessed using the 20-item Depression Scale of the Center for Epidemiological Studies（CES-D）at baseline,2,5,8 and 12 *** on deaths were obtained from local death registers until December 31,*** ratio with 95%CI for all-cause mortality was calculated from cox proportional-hazards *** hazard ratio with 95%CI for CVD death was obtained from competing risks regression model,which considered non-cardiac death as competing risks *** 19,658 person-years of follow-up,1,127（55.65%）deaths were recorded,of which 483（23.85%）were attributable to cardiovascular *** depression status（CES-D≥16）was not associated with all-cause mortality（adjusted HR:1.12,95%CI:（0.94-1.33））nor cardiovascular mortality（adjusted SHR:1.10,95%CI:（0.82-1.46））after adjusting potential cardiac-risk *** depressive symptoms were used as time-dependent variable,the associations were significant both for all-cause mortality（adjusted HR:1.40,95%CI:（1.19-1.65））and CVD mortality（adjusted SHR:1.32,95%CI:（1.02-1.72））.Men and free of stroke at baseline with depressive symptoms was likely to suffer from cardiac death（P interaction＜0.05）.Conclusions:Time-dependent depressive symptoms increase the risk of all-cause and CVD mortality among elderly in China.

目的估计初级保健诊所内新发腰背痛患者的1年预后，并确定其预后因素。设计1年随访队列研究。地点澳大利亚悉尼的初级保健诊所。参试者初级保健诊所接诊的973例非特异性腰背痛连续患者（平均年龄43.3岁，男性54.8％）。该起始队列患者腰背痛时间不足两周，征集自170名全科医生、理疗师或按摩师诊所。主要评估指标参试者完成基线调查问卷后，分别于初次就诊后6周、3个月和21个月时复查评估。评估内容包括：工作恢复情况、功能恢复情况和疼痛消失情况。潜在预后因素与恢复所需时间的关联性用cox回归建模分析。结果12个月随访率〉97％。基线时工作能力下降的患者半数在14天内恢复了以前的工作状态（95％可信区间11-17天），83％在3个月内恢复。残疾（中位恢复时间31天，25-37天）和疼痛（中位58天，52-63天）则需要较长的时间才能恢复。只有72％的受试者于基线访问后12个月获得完全康复。高龄、赔偿诉讼、疼痛较重、就诊前腰背痛时间较长、就诊前因疼痛活动减少天数较多、抑郁情绪以及预期危险持续与所需恢复时问较长相关。结论在这个急性腰背痛初级保健患者队列，患者的预后并不像临床指南声称的那样乐观。多数患者的恢复缓慢。近三分之一的患者在腰背痛发作后1年尚未恢复。
