[背景]交通相关的空气污染(TRAP)对发育中大脑的潜在影响受到越来越多的关注。由于流行病学研究有限,TRAP暴露对儿童期行为的影响尚不完全清楚。[目的]采用一种TRAP替代品(归因于交通的元素碳,EcAT)探讨生命早期TRAP暴露与7岁时注意力缺失/多动症(ADHD)症状之间的关联。[方法]从辛辛那提儿童过敏与空气污染研究(ccAAPS)出生队列中,收集婴儿期EcAT暴露和7岁时行为得分的数据。入组ccAAPS的儿童,其父母中至少有一位患遗传性过敏症,并且出生居所距离一条主要公路1500m。这些儿童的随访时间为自婴儿期至7岁。根据27个空气采样点的测量值和土地利用回归模型,估计生命第一年的EcAT暴露。当儿童7岁时,由家长填写完成儿童行为评估系统(第2版)。通过过度活跃(hyperactivity)、注意力问题(attention problem)、攻击性(aggression)、行为问题(conduct problems)和非典型(atypicality)分量表对ADHD相关症状进行评估。[结果]儿童生命第一年中EcAT暴露位于最高三分位数,与其7岁时处于"风险"范围的过度活跃T评分明显相关[调整后比值比(aOR)=1.7;95%cI:1.0～2.7]。对母亲教育程度分层后发现,在母亲具有较高教育程度的儿童中关联性更强(aOR=2.3;95%cI:1.3～4.1)。[结论]婴儿期EcAT暴露与儿童较高多动症评分相关,这种关联限于母亲具有高中以上教育程度的儿童。

Background Hypertension(HTN)involves genetic variability in the renin-angiotensin system and influences antihypertensive *** previously reported that angiotensinogen(AGT)messenger RNA(mRNA)is endogenously bound by miR-122-5p and rs699 A>G decreases reporter mRNA in the microRNA functional-assay *** AGT promoter variant rs5051 c>T is in linkage disequilibrium(LD)with rs699 A>G and increases AGT *** independent effect of these variants is understudied due to their LD therefore we aimed to test the hypothesis that increased AGT by rs5051 c>T counterbalances AGT decreased by rs699 A>G,and when these variants occur independently,it translates to HTN-related *** We used in silico,in vitro,in vivo,and retrospective models to test this *** In silico,rs699 A>G is predicted to increase miR-122-5p binding affinity by 3%.Mir-ecLIP results show rs699 is 40–45 nucleotides from the strongest microRNA-binding site in the AGT ***,rs699 A>G increases AGT mRNA in an AGT-plasmid-cDNA HepG2 expression ***-Tissue Expression(GTEx)and UK Biobank analyses demonstrate liver AGT expression and HTN phenotypes are not different when rs699 A>G occurs independently from rs5051 c>***,GTEx and the in vitro experiments suggest rs699 A>G confers cell-type-specific effects on AGT mRNA abundance,and suggest paracrine renal renin-angiotensin-system perturbations could mediate the rs699 A>G associations with *** We found that rs5051 c>T and rs699 A>G significantly associate with systolic blood pressure in Black participants in the UK Biobank,demonstrating a fourfold larger effect than in White *** studies are warranted to determine if altered antihypertensive response in Black individuals might be due to rs5051 c>T or rs699 A>*** like this will help clinicians move beyond the use of race as a surrogate for genotype.

The combination of hydrogen/deuterium(H/D)formaldehyde-based isotopic methyl labeling with solid-phase extraction and high-performance liquid chromatography–high resolution mass spectrometry(HPLc-HRMS)is a powerful analytical solution for nontargeted analysis of trace-level amino-containing chemicals in water *** the huge amount of chemical information generated in HPLc-HRMS analysis,identifying all possible H/Dlabeled amino chemicals presents a significant challenge in data *** address this,we designed a streamlined data processing pipeline that can automatically extract H/D-labeled amino chemicals from the raw HPLc-HRMS data with high accuracy and ***,we developed a cross-correlation algorithm to correct the retention time shift resulting from deuterium isotopic effects,which enables reliable pairing of H-and D-labeled ***,we implemented several bioinformatic solutions to remove false chemical features generated by in-source fragmentation,salt adduction,and natural13c ***,we used a data mining strategy to construct the AMINES library that consists of over 38,000 structure-disjointed primary and secondary amines to facilitate putative compound ***,we integrated these modules into a freely available R program,*** rationale of each module was justified and its performance tested using experimental H/D-labeled chemical standards and authentic water *** further demonstrated the application of HDPairFinder to effectively extract N-containing contaminants,thus enabling the monitoring of changes of primary and secondary N-compounds in authentic water *** is a reliable bioinformatic tool for rapid processing of H/D isotopic methyl labeling-based nontargeted analysis of water samples,and will facilitate a better understanding of N-containing chemical compounds in water.

The locally noncentrosymmetric heavy fermion superconductor ceRh2As2 has attracted considerable interests due to its rich superconducting phases,accompanied by possible quadrupole density wave and pronounced antiferromagnetic *** understand the underlying physics,here we report measurements from highresolution angle-resolved *** results reveal fine splittings of the conduction bands related to the locally noncentrosymmetric structure,as well as a quasi-two-dimensional Fermi surface(FS)with strong 4𝑓*** FS shows signs of nesting with an in-plane vector q1=(π/α,π/α),which is facilitated by the heavy bands nearˉ𝑋arising from the characteristic conduction-X *** FS nesting provides a natural explanation for the observed antiferromagnetic spin fluctuations at(π/α,π/α),which might be the driving force for its unconventional *** experimental results can be reasonably explained by density functional theory plus dynamical mean field theory calculations,which can capture the strong correlation *** study not only provides spectroscopic signature of the key factors underlying the field-induced superconducting transition,but also uncovers the critical role of FS nesting and lattice Kondo effect in the underlying magnetic fluctuations.

Given a compact and regular Hausdorff measure space (X, μ), with μ a Radon measure, it is known that the generalised space M(X) of all the positive Radon measures on X is isomorphic to the space of essentially bounded functions L∞(X, μ) on X. We confirm that the commutative von Neumann algebras M⊂B(H), with H=L2(X, μ), are unitary equivariant to the maximal ideals of the commutative algebra c(X). Subsequenly, we use the measure groupoid to formulate the algebraic and topological structures of the commutative algebra c(X) following its action on M(X) and define its representation and ergodic dynamical system on the commutative von Neumann algebras of M of B(H) .

Volunteered data sources are readily available due to advances in electronic communications *** example,smartphones provide tools to collect ground-based observations over broad areas from a diverse set of data collectors,including people with,and without,extensive *** this study,volunteers used a smartphone application to collect ground-based *** structural components were then estimated over a broader area using high spatial resolution RapidEye remote sensing imagery(5 spectral bands 440–850 nm,5 m spatial resolution)and a digital elevation model following a three nearest neighbor approach(K-NN).Participants with professional forestry experience on average chose highpriority fuel load locations near buildings,while nonprofessional participants chose a broader range of conditions over a larger *** used together,the professional and nonprofessional observations provided a more complete assessment of forest conditions.A generalized framework is presented that utilizes K-NN imputation tools for estimating the distribution of forest fuels using remote sensing and topography variables,ensuring spatial representation,checking attribute accuracy,and evaluating predictor *** to integrate volunteered data from smartphone platforms with remote sensing may contribute toward more complete Earth observation for Digital Earth.

climate drives ecosystem processes and impacts *** patterns over large areas,such as canada’s boreal,can be monitored using indirect indicators derived from remotely sensed *** this paper,we characterized the historical space–time relationships between climate and a suite of indirect indicators of biodiversity,known as the Dynamic Habitat Index(DHI)to identify where climate variability is co-occurring with changes in biodiversity *** represented biodiversity using three indirect indicators generated from 1987 to 2007 National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration Advanced Very High Resolution Radiometer *** quantifying and clustering temporal variability in climate data,we defined eight homogeneous climate variability zones,where we then analyzed the *** identified unique areas of change in climate,such as the Hudson Plains,that explain significant variations in *** variability in temperatures and growing season index had a strong influence on observed vegetation productivity and seasonality changes throughout canada’s *** in precipitation,for most of the area,was not associated with DHI *** methodology presented here enables assessment of spatial–temporal relationships between biodiversity and climate variability and characterizes distinctive zones of variation that may be used for prioritization and planning to ensure long-term biodiversity conservation in canada.
