Research on Networked Rapid Product Development Process

Today the cycle time of the product develop is requ ir ed to be shortened. At the same time the requirement of the customers becomes mo re and more diverse and complex. The capability of the develop unit is limited b ecause of the existence of heterogeneous systems and distributed environments. I n this paper, we bring forward a new approach to solve the problem in product de velopment process. We also settle part key technologies in it. A great deal of information from all kinds of sources in the distributed develop ment process is interweaved. The solution to organize the workflow and manage th e information in the process is called for anxiously. We use a new approach that is asynchronous and synchronous coupling product development approach based on the network. The approach extends the develop process from the time axis. Then t he activities in the process are organized from the asynchronous and synchronous aspects. The state of every activity projects at the ASN (active semantic netwo rk). The ASN includes decision system, intelligent agent, user interface and net work. The ASN decides the types and states of the activities and deals with the couple relationship among them. The knowledge stored in ASN is open to all users through the relative interfaces. Every specialist keeps contact with their user s relying on collaborative platform implements CSCW (computer support collaborat ive work) that integrated product/process design and development. The lack of gl obal communication in product development process can be prevented in the most d egree. The key technologies that exist in the asynchronous and synchronous coupling pro duct develop approach include: integrated development structure, orderly organiz ation of information, transparent management of process, agile transfer of infor mation and rapid prototype. SiGe-based thermoelectric(TE)materials have gained increasing interests due to their low maintenance costs,environmental friendliness and long ***,the intrinsically high thermal conductivity of Si-based materials also results in poor TE *** this investigation,a zirconia(ZrO_(2))composite strategy was applied to an n-type SiGe alloy,tremendously elevating its TE *** mechanical alloying and spark plasma sintering(SPS)processes,the ZrO_(2)induced the formation of nanopores in the SiGe matrix via phosphorus ***,such increase in porosity enhanced the phonon scattering and dramatically suppressed lattice thermal conductivity,from 2.83 to 1.59 W·m^(-1)·K^(-1)at 873 ***,reduced phosphorus doping led to an increase in Seebeck coefficients and a relatively minor decrease in electrical conductivity,The power factor didn't deteriorate significantly,either,as its maximum of~3.43 mW·m^(-1-)K^(-2)was achieved at 873 K with(Si_(0.8)Ge_(0.2))_(0.097)P_(0.03)(ZrO_(2))_(0.003).In short,a peak figure of merit(ZT)of~1.27 at 873 K and an average ZT~0.7 from 323 to 873 K were *** study demonstrates that the electrical and thermal transportation of SiGe material can be synergistically tuned by compositing ZrO_(2),illustrating a novel strategy to optimize the TE properties of bulk materials.

BACKGROUND Colorectal cancer(CRC)plays a significant role in morbidity,mortality,and economic cost in the Belt and Road Initiative(“B and R”)*** addition,these countries have a substantial consumption of processed ***,the burden and trend of CRC in relation to the consumption of a diet high in processed meat(DHPM-CRC)in these“B and R”countries remain *** To analyze the burden and trend of DHPM-CRC in the“B and R”countries from 1990 to *** We used the 2019 Global Burden of Disease Study to collate information regarding the burden of *** and age-standardized rates(ASRs)of deaths along with the disability-adjusted life years(DALYs)were determined among the“B and R”countries in 1990 and *** joinpoint regression analysis,the average annual percent change(AAPC)was used to analyze the temporal trends of age-standardized DALYs rate(ASDALR)from 1990 to 2019 and in the final decade(2010–2019).RESULTS We found geographical differences in the burden of DHPM-CRC among“B and R”countries,with the three highest-ranking countries being the Russian Federation,China,and Ukraine in 1990,and China,the Russian Federation,and Poland in *** burden of DHPM-CRC generally increased in most member countries from 1990 to 2019(all P<0.05).The absolute number of deaths and DALYs in DHPM-CRC were 3151.15[95%uncertainty interval(UI)665.74-5696.64]and 83249.31(95%UI 15628.64-151956.31)in China in ***,the number of deaths(2627.57-2528.51)and DALYs(65867.39-55378.65)for DHPM-CRC in the Russian Federation has *** fastest increase in ASDALR for DHPM-CRC was observed in Vietnam,Southeast Asia,with an AAPC value of 3.90%[95%confidence interval(CI):3.63%-4.16%],whereas the fastest decline was observed in Kyrgyzstan,Central Asia,with an AAPC value of-2.05%(95%CI:-2.37%to-1.73%).A substantial upward trend in ASR of mortality,years lived with disability,years of life lost,and DALYs from DHPM-CRC changes in 1990-2019 and the final de

Hydrogen storage thermodynamics and kinetics of as-cast Ce-Mg-ni-based alloy

Xiao Tan San jie fang Hampers the Growth of Colon Cancer Stem Cells through the Wnt/β-catenin Signaling Pathway

Objective: The purpose of this research was to examine the potential anticancer properties of Xiao Tan San jie fang(XTSJF) and its potential mechanism of action against colorectal cancer. Materials and Methods: HCT116 cells were induced into HCT116 spheres in DMEM/F12 medium by treatment with epidermal growth factor + fibroblast growth factor + leukemia inhibitory factor + B27. The proliferation ability and stemness of HCT116 spheres was examined. Various concentrations of XTSJF were used to treat HCT116 spheres to observe the impact on proliferation, apoptosis, and expression of stem cell markers. Next, Wnt/β-catenin pathway-related factor proteins were detected. Results: The findings revealed that XTSJF suppressed cell growth and induced cell death in HCT116 cells in a dosage-dependent manner. Similarly, XTSJF promotes apoptosis, inhibits cell proliferation, prolongs survival, and maintains the expression of stem cells through the Wnt/-catenin/TCF4 axis. XTSJF also inhibits AKT activity and subsequently activates glycogen synthesis kinase-3β expression, inhibiting Wnt/beta-catenin pathway activity and downstream target gene transcript expression. The Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway is inhibited by the XTSJF, leading to the suppression of colon cancer stem cell proliferation. Conclusion: Xiaotan Sanjie Prescription inhibited colon cancer stem cell growth through Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway.

Due to the low cost,high working voltage and high storage capacity,Li-rich Mn-based layered compounds show promise as the cathode materials for lithiumion batteries(LIBs).However,the side reactions at the solid-liquid interface of the cathode will lead to rapid capacity decay and inferior rate ***,this article proposes a liquid-phase dispersion strategy to introduce a Na_(2)WO_(4)layer on the Li_(1.2)ni_(0.13)-Co_(0.13)Mn_(0.54)O_(2) cathode,which can reduce the side effects between raw materials and electrolyte and promote the insertion/extraction rate of Li^(+),thus enhancing the material stability and rate *** a result,the capacity retention rate is 96.9%after 200 cycles under ***,the capacities are 177.5,149.5,111.1 and58.3 mAh·g^(-1)at 1C,2C,5C and 10C,implying a superior fast charging *** exceptional performance can be ascribed to both the increased conductivity and enhanced structural stability of the cathode ***'s more,based on the investigation of ion insertion/extraction behavior in electrode materials and the ion migration kinetics in the electrolyte,this study suggests that coating Li-rich Mn-based materials with Na_(2)WO_(4)can be a promising strategy to improve their performance in LIBs.
