Cholangiocarcinoma is a rare malignancy of the biliary tract. Key factors in determining therapeutic options include knowledge of tumor extent, anatomy and obt.ining tissue diagnosis. Endoscopically, there are three modalities available to make the diagnosis of cholangiocarcinoma. these include endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography, endoscopic ultrasound with fine needle aspiration and cholangioscopy. Management of cholangiocarcinoma endoscopically is typically confined to stent placement for palliative purposes or as a bridge to surgery. in t.is article, we will review the endoscopic techniques available for the diagnosis and management of cholangiocarcinoma.

Nanotechnology-based drug delivery platforms have been developed over the last two decades because of their favorable features in terms of improved drug bioavailability and *** recent advancement.in nanotechnology platforms,t.is approach still falls short to meet the complexity of biological systems and diseases,such as avoiding systemic side effects,manipulating biological interactions and overcoming drug resistance,which hinders the therapeutic outcomes of the NP-based drug delivery *** address these issues,various strategies have been developed including the use of engineered cells and/or cell membrane-coated *** membrane receptor profiles and characteristics are vital in performing therapeutic functions,targeting,and homing of either engineered cells or cell membrane-coated nanocarriers to the sites of *** t.is context,we comprehensively discuss various cell-and cell membrane-based drug delivery approaches towards cancer therapy,the therapeutic potential of these strategies,and the limitations associated with engineered cells as drug carriers and cell membrane-associated drug ***,we review various cell types and cell membrane receptors for their potential in targeting,immunomodulation and overcoming drug resistance in cancer.

Association between body mass index and body fat measured by dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry (DXA) in China: a systematic review and meta-analysis

Objective:We examined the association between body mass index(BMi)and body fat percentage(BF%)measured by dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry(DXA)among adults and children in ***:We searched four databases-PubMed,China National Knowledge infrastructure,Wanfang,and Vip for studies published in the past 22 ***-analysis was conducted using random-or fixed-effect ***:in total of 21 studies met.inclusion criteria and were included in review,and 17 ot them in *** were conducted across *** sample size ranged from 62 to 5726,and participants'age ranged from 6-80 ***-analysis revealed strong associations between BMi and BF% measured by DXA in adults(pooled r=0.71,95% Ci:0.66 to 0.74)and children(pooled r=0.60,95% Ci:0.52 to 0.68).the association was stronger in Northern China than in East China in children(β=-0.40,95%Ci:-0.65 to-0.14)and in Central China in adults(β=-0.25;95% Ci:-0.51 to-0.01).Urban children's BMi was strongly associated with BF%than rural(β=0.19;95%Ci:0.04 to 0.35),whereas it was stronger in adults living in rural than in urban(β=-0.35;95% Ci:-0.66 to-0.05).Conclusions:BMi was strongly associated with BF%measured by DXA,and the association in children and adults in China varied by residence and region.

Nowadays,wood identification is made by experts using hand lenses,wood atlases,and field manuals which take a lot of cost and time for the training *** quantity and species must be st.ictly set up,and accurate identification of the wood species must be made during exploitation to monitor trade and enforce regulations to stop illegal *** the development of science,wood identification should be supported with technology to enhance the perception of fairness of *** automatic wood identification system and a dataset of 50 commercial wood species from Asia are established,namely,wood anatomical images collected and used to train for the proposed *** the convolutional neural network(CNN),the last layers are usually soft-max functions with dense *** layers cont.in the most parameters that affect the speed *** reduce the number of parameters in the last layers of the CNN model and enhance the accuracy,the structure of the model should be optimized and ***,a hybrid of convolutional neural network and random forest model(CNN-RF model)is introduced to wood *** accuracy’s hybrid model is more than 98%,and the processing speed is 3 times higher than the CNN *** highest accuracy is 1.00 in some species,and the lowest.is *** results show the excellent adaptability of the hybrid model in wood identification based on anatomical *** also facilitates further investigations of wood cells and has implications for wood science.

in the textile industry,garment manufacturing cont.ins four major pro-cesses cont.ining cut.ing,sewing,ﬁnishing,and *** is the most crucial and int.icate section,dealing with a large number of varied operations.A successful sewing process needs to be optimized regarding different factors,including time,sewing equipment,and skilled *** lineﬂow is combined by a set of operations with a particular *** utmost.impor-tance of all garment.industry is to arrange the workstations to minimize the num-ber of employees in order to produce at the best productive rate with the most reasonable cost,shortest time,and satisfying *** most garment factories,the production lines are balanced using the empirical judgment of the line *** the whole process the data of production time at each step,labor pro-ductivity,proper choices of equipment were always needed to calculate line efﬁ*** far as the issue is concerned,there has not been an academically sewing process analyzing software providing adequate data of sewing motions and sewing time as the credible input for the line balancing *** t.is goal,t.is paper presents the results of research on optimizing academically self-built software to analyze the sewing process of knitted products applied to indust.ial production using Java programming language on Google *** results achieved by the software are not only to analyze sewing products and the technological sewing process,calculate the sewing time on the machine but also analyze the sewing activities of workers into manipulations,movements,and motions to calculate the preparation time for two typical knitted products,namely,Polo-Shirt and t-Shirt with the case studies at General textile Garment Joint Stock Company Hanoi and Star Fashion Company Limited.

Ecological interactions of species and thus their spatial pat- terns may differ between homogeneous and heterogeneous forests. to account for t.is, techniques of point pattern analysis were implemented on mapped locations of tree individuals from two 1-ha tropicalforest plots in Vietnam. We analyzed the effect of environmental heterogeneity on tree dist.ibutions; spatial dist.ibution patterns of dominant species; inter-specific associations; and conspecific associations between life stages. Our analyses showed that： environmental conditions were homo- geneous at plot 1 but heterogeneous at plot 2; in both plots, all six domi- nant species were aggregated at various scales up to 30 m, and tree spe- cies were aggregated at larger scales in the homogeneous site than in the heterogeneous site; attraction between pairs of species was remarkably higher at the homogeneous site while negative associations were more frequent.in the heterogeneous site; some species, H. kurzii, t. ilicifolia （homogeneous plot） and D. sylvatica, S. wightianum （heterogeneous plot） showed a lack of early life-stage individuals near conspecific adults. Moreover, additional clustering of young individuals was independent from conspecific adults, except D. sylvatica in both sites. these findings are consistent with the Janzen-ConneU hypothesis. Overall, habitat het- erogeneity influences spatial patterns and inter-specific associations of the tree species and evidences of self-t.inning are shown in most species.
