Probabilistic assessment of drought plays an important role in providing valuable information for evaluating water resources systems under drought conditions, and bivariate copulas are effective and efficient for the probabilistic assessment of drought based on joint distributions and/or joint return periods of drought characteristics. In this study, hydrological drought events and their characteristics (including duration and severity) in the Tien Yen River Basin of Quang Ninh province are detected using the Standardized Streamflow Index (SSFI). The BB8Copula is selected as the best-fit copula for hydrological drought duration and severity. Joint probabilities and joint return periods of drought duration and severity in the cases “and” and “or” are calculated based on the BB8Copula, which are employed for drought assessment. The results show that the drought events with 1-season or cross-quarter duration were more popular than others;joint probabilities and joint return periods of the detected drought events from 1962 to 2009, ranged from 0.2% to 92.2% and from 0.782 years to 315.414 years, respectively, in the case “and”, and ranged from 3.8% to 99.6% and from 0.724 years to 18.785 years, respectively, in the case “or”.

This paper studies the influence factors of atoms number (N) at temperature (T) and after annealing time (t) on the structure shape and the plastic deformation of Polyethylene C2H4 (PE) by the Molecular Dynamics (MD) method with Dreading pair interaction, cyclic boundary conditions and plastic deformation of Polyethylene (PE) be done by stretching method according to the z-axis. The results of structure, plastic deformation of PE are analyzed through size (l), the total energy of the system (Etot), shape and associated energy (Ebond), angular binding energy (Eangle), energy Edihedral, interactive energy Vander Walls (Enon-bonding). When increasing N, t leads to the number of structural units of Face-Centred Cubic (FCC), Body-Centered Cubic (BCC) and Hexagonal Close-Packed (HCP) increasing, but Amorphous (Amor) decreases while the angle between the atoms is a constant corresponding to 109.5°. Besides, the length of the link (r) increases from r = 1.529 Å to r = 1.558 Å while the plastic deformation energy of PE gets an enormous change and the bonding angle at 109.27°. The length of the link r = 1.529 Å and the size (l) of the PE material increase from l = 3.7

Surgical sperm retrieval(SSR)is currently one of the most common procedures in in vitro fertilization(IVF).However,a gap between the guidelines and routine clinical practice regarding antibiotic use in sSR,which might lead to antibiotic resistance,is a challenging problem worldwide.A cross-sectional survey was conducted from May 1,2021,to July 15,2021,to investigate antibiotic usage by medical professionals when performing SSR in IVF centers in *** confidential questionnaire comprised 12 items,including characteristics of the study population,awareness of antimicrobial resistance,attitude toward prescribing antibiotics,and current practice of prescribing antibiotics when performing *** were completed by 30 of 45 registered IVF centers(66.7%).Among 67 physicians working at those centers,the age and work-experience years(mean±standard deviation[s.d.])were 38.6±6.6 years and 11.2±7.0 years,*** 60%of them held a degree in Obstetrics and Gynecology,and over four-fifths were *** respondents"often/very often/always"raised awareness of antimicrobial resistance to their patients(83.3%),but only half of them"often/occasionally"prescribed antibiotics to patients with SSR in cases where the prescription would be *** one-tenth of respondents followed the recommendation from the American Urological Association using"prophylaxis only"for SSR *** more invasive SSR,physicians tended to prescribe more complicated and sometimes inappropriate *** conclusion,antibiotic usage in SSR was not always appropriate among IVF *** studies may define specific recommendations for regimens,intervention strategies,and programs to promote appropriate antibiotic use for SSR patients among IVF specialists.

After a brief reminder of the mechanism of gravitational lensing of ex- tended sources, the particular case of the host galaxy of QSO RXJ0911, a high red-shift （z - 2.8） quadruply imaged quasar, is explored. The non linearity of the problem, together with the proximity of the source to a cusp of the lens inner caustic, has impor-tant consequences on the dependence of the image appearance on the size and shape of the source. Their expected main features and their interpretation in terms of source extension and shape are investigated in a spirit of simplicity and in preparation for the analysis of high sensitivity and spatial resolution images that will soon be within reach with the completion of the Atacama Large Millimeter/submillimeter Array （ALMA）. In particular, the information on source size carded by relative image brightness is dis-cussed. Extension of the results to other types of quadruply imaged quasars is briefly considered.

Atacama Large Millimetre/sub-millimetre Array(ALMA) observations of CO(1–0) and CO(2–1) emissions from the circumstellar envelope of the asymptotic giant branch(AGB) star EP Aqr have been made with four times better spatial resolution than previously available. They are analysed with emphasis on the de-projection in space of the effective emissivity and flux of matter using as input a prescribed configuration of the velocity field, assumed to be radial. The data are found to display an intrinsic axisymmetry with respect to an axis making a small angle with respect to the line of sight. A broad range of wind configurations, from prolate(bipolar) to oblate(equatorial) has been studied and found to be accompanied by significant equatorial emission. Qualitatively, the effective emissivity is enhanced near the equator to produce the central narrow component observed in the Doppler velocity spectra and its dependence on star latitude generally follows that of the wind velocity with the exception of an omni-present depression near the poles. In particular, large equatorial expansion velocities produce a flared disc or a ring of effective emissivity and mass loss. The effect on the determination of the orientation of the star axis of radial velocity gradients, and possibly competing rotation and expansion in the equatorial disc, is discussed. In general,the flux of matter is found to reach a broad maximum at distances of the order of 500 AU from the *** are given that may be used to favour one wind velocity distribution over another. As a result of the improved quality of the data, a deeper understanding of the constraints imposed on morphology and kinematics has been obtained.

Haemophilus parasuis (H. parasuis) is one of the bacterial pathogens of great concern as it causes huge economic losses to the swine industry worldwide. One of the reasons why the control of H. parasuis has failed is the increase in antimicrobial resistance (AMR). The country of Vietnam has the second-largest pig production in Asia. However, there is still a lack of data about the AMR prevalence of H. parasuis in *** purpose of this study is to investigate the prevalence of AMR and analyze the association between AMR and AMR genes (ARGs). The H. parasuis strains used in this research were isolated from swine in the Quang Binh and Thua Thien Hue Provinces, Central Vietnam, as reported in our previous study. All of the strains were tested for AMR against 25 antibacterial agents using the broth microdilution method and for the presence of ARGs using the polymerase chain reaction (PCR) method. The tested strains were shown to have a high frequency of resistance to trimethoprim/sulfamethoxazole (94.6%), followed by resistance to colistin, chloramphenicol, gentamicin, penicillin, lincomycin, and amoxicillin. The most prevalent ARGs in these strains were blaTEM-1 (94.6%), int (76.8%), gyrA (58.9%), and rmtD (50.0%). Cefuroxime, chloramphenicol, and tobramycin resistances were strongly correlated with the presence of the ARGs blaROB-1 (odds ratio (OR) = 26.3, 95% confidence interval (CI) 2.7–255.7, p = 0.002), catl (OR = 25.1, 95% CI 2.4–258.9, p = 0.004), and strB (OR = 23.5, 95% CI 2.6–212.6, p = 0.001), *** study reveals for the first time the current situation of H. parasuis AMR in Central Vietnam, which is helpful for the clinical control of this disease, as well as for the development of policies and clinical practice guidelines to reduce AMR in swine production in Central Vietnam.

Objective:We examined the association between body mass index(BMI)and body fat percentage(BF%)measured by dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry(DXA)among adults and children in ***:We searched four databases-PubMed,China National Knowledge Infrastructure,Wanfang,and Vip for studies published in the past 22 ***-analysis was conducted using random-or fixed-effect ***:In total of 21 studies met inclusion criteria and were included in review,and 17 ot them in *** were conducted across *** sample size ranged from 62 to 5726,and participants'age ranged from 6-80 ***-analysis revealed strong associations between BMI and BF% measured by DXA in adults(pooled r=0.71,95% CI:0.66 to 0.74)and children(pooled r=0.60,95% CI:0.52 to 0.68).The association was stronger in Northern China than in East China in children(β=-0.40,95%CI:-0.65 to-0.14)and in Central China in adults(β=-0.25;95% CI:-0.51 to-0.01).Urban children's BMI was strongly associated with BF%than rural(β=0.19;95%CI:0.04 to 0.35),whereas it was stronger in adults living in rural than in urban(β=-0.35;95% CI:-0.66 to-0.05).Conclusions:BMI was strongly associated with BF%measured by DXA,and the association in children and adults in China varied by residence and region.

Embryonic, genetic and clinical outcomes of fresh versus vitrified oocyte: A retrospective cohort study

Objective:To compare embryonic development,ploidy status and clinical outcomes between fresh and frozen-thawed ***:This retrospective cohort study evaluated 83 fertilization cycles including both fresh and frozen oocytes from 79 patients at the HP Fertility Center of Hai Phong International Hospital of Obstetrics and Pediatrics in *** patient underwent several ovarian stimulation cycles to accumulate a certain number of oocytes that would be *** the last oocyte retrieval,all patient’s oocytes including both frozen and fresh would be *** outcomes included the rates of oocyte survival,cleavage embryo,blastocyst,ploidy status,pregnancy,biochemical pregnancy and clinical ***:The oocyte survival rate after thawing was 96.5%.No statistically significant difference was found when comparing fresh and frozen oocytes regarding fertilization rate(78.1%vs.75.5%,P=0.461),usable cleavage embryo rate(86.9%vs.87.2%,P=0.916)but usable blastocyst rate was found higher statistically in the frozen oocyte group(44.4%vs.54.0%,P=0.049).The percentages of euploid,aneuploid and mosaic embryos between the fresh group and the vitrified group had no significant differences(33.8%vs.31.6%,P=0.682;51.0%vs.54.2%,P=0.569;15.2%vs.12.4%,P=0.787;respectively).The rates of pregnancy,biochemical pregnancy and clinical pregnancy had no statistical difference(68.8%vs.64.8%,P=0.764;12.5%vs.3.6%,P=0.258;37.5%vs.46.4%,P=0.565).17 Mature oocytes are the minimum to have at least one euploid ***:Oocyte vitrification does not affect embryonic,genetic and clinical *** number of mature oocytes should be considered for fertilization in some cases.

宝树尖铜多金属矿床位于长江中下游成矿带安庆-贵池矿集区,是一个新发现的矽卡岩型矿床。本文主要通过岩石地球化学和年代学方法来解释矿床的成因。锆石U-Pb年代学研究表明,宝树尖岩体形成于148.6±3.2Ma,是长江中下游燕山晚期的产物,为长江中下游成矿带内发现的一个较早的中酸性含矿侵入体。对于该成矿岩体及矿床的深入研究,将为区内燕山期岩浆活动及成矿提供一个不可多得的范例。岩石属于高钾钙碱性、钙碱性系列,地球化学特征显示为埃达克质岩;矿区矿石金属硫化物以方铅矿、闪锌矿、黄铜矿和黄铁矿为主,非金属矿物有透辉石、石榴石、透闪石、石英、钠长石、方解石、绿泥石和绿帘石等。矿区侵入岩主要由闪长岩和闪长玢岩组成,总体上具有高的全碱含量,低的Al2O3、TiO 2、Fe2O3^T和P2O5含量,富集大离子亲石元素(U、Rb、Sr)和高场强元素(Nb、Ta、Ti),轻稀土富集、重稀土亏损。岩石具有高的La/Yb、Sr/Y比值,低的Yb、Y含量,属于埃达克质岩。锆石稀土元素配分图显示典型的轻稀土亏损、重稀土富集。锆石Ti温度计表明岩石形成的平均温度为674.3℃。全岩Sr-Nd-Pb同位素特征表明岩石起源于俯冲洋壳的部分熔融。矿石黄铁矿δ34 S变化范围为7.6‰~9.6‰,表明成矿物质来源于岩浆热液和地层。锆石Eu异常特征和Ce^4+/Ce^3+比值表明形成岩石的岩浆具有高氧逸度,这有利于Cu、Au、Zn等成矿物质的迁移。结合区域地质背景,我们认为宝树尖矽卡岩型矿床的形成过程是:燕山期太平洋板块向中国东部俯冲,导致板片部分熔融产生埃达克质岩浆,最后经埃达克质岩浆分异形成的含矿气水热液在地壳浅部与上覆寒武系灰岩发生接触交代作用。
