this work uses refined first-order shear theory to analyze the free vibration and transient responses of double-curved sandwich two-layer shells made of auxetic honeycomb core and laminated three-phase polymer/GNP/fiber surface subjected to the blast *** of the two layers that make up the double-curved shell structure is made up of an auxetic honeycomb core and two laminated sheets of three-phase polymer/GNP/*** exterior is supported by a Kerr elastic foundation with three *** key innovation of the proposed theory is that the transverse shear stresses are zero at two free surfaces of each *** contrast to previous first-order shear deformation theories,no shear correction factor is ***'s exact solution was used to treat the double-curved shell problem with a single title boundary,while the finite element technique and an eight-node quadrilateral were used to address the other boundary *** ensure the accuracy of these results,a thorough comparison technique is employed in conjunction with credible *** problem model's edge cases allow for this kind of *** study's findings may be used in the post-construction evaluation of military and civil works structures for their ability to sustain explosive *** addition,this is also an important basis for the calculation and design of shell structures made of smart materials when subjected to shock waves or explosive loads.

Investigating natural-inspired applications is a perennially appealing subject for scientists. The current increase in the speed of natural-origin structure growth may be linked to their superior mechanical properties and environmental resilience. Biological composite structures with helicoidal schemes and designs have remarkable capacities to absorb impact energy and withstand damage. However, there is a dearth of extensive study on the influence of fiber redirection and reorientation inside the matrix of a helicoid structure on its mechanical performance and reactivity. The present study aimed to explore the static and transient responses of a bio-inspired helicoid laminated composite(B-iHLC) shell under the influence of an explosive load using an isomorphic method. The structural integrity of the shell is maintained by a viscoelastic basis known as the Pasternak foundation, which encompasses two coefficients of stiffness and one coefficient of damping. The equilibrium equations governing shell dynamics are obtained by using Hamilton's principle and including the modified first-order shear theory,therefore obviating the need to employ a shear correction factor. The paper's model and approach are validated by doing numerical comparisons with respected publications. The findings of this study may be used in the construction of military and civilian infrastructure in situations when the structure is subjected to severe stresses that might potentially result in catastrophic collapse. The findings of this paper serve as the foundation for several other issues, including geometric optimization and the dynamic response of similar mechanical structures.

Investigation of Polymorphisms in Coding Region of OsHKT1in Relation to Salinity in Rice

Rice （Oryza sativa） is sensitive to salinity, but the salt tolerance level differs among cultivars,which might result from natural variations in the genes that are responsible for salt tolerance. High-affinitypotassium transporter （HKTs） has been proven to be involved in salt tolerance in plants. Therefore, wescreened for natural nucleotide polymorphism in the coding sequence of OsHKT1, which encodes the HKTprotein in eight Vietnamese rice cultivars differing in salt tolerance level. In total, seven nucleotidesubstitutions in coding sequence of OsHKT1 were found, including two non-synonymous and five synonymoussubstitutions. Further analysis revealed that these two non-synonymous nucleotide substitutions （G50Tand T1209A） caused changes in amino acids （Gly17Val and Asp403Glu） at signal peptide and the loop ofthe sixth transmembrane domain, respectively. To assess the potential effect of these substitutions on theprotein function, the 3D structure of HKT protein variants was modelled by using PHYRE2 webserver. Theresults showed that no difference was observed when compared those predicted 3D structure of HKTprotein variants with each other. In addition, the codon bias of synonymous substitutions cannot clearlyshow correlation with salt tolerance level. It might be interesting to further investigate the functional roles ofdetected non-synonymous substitutions as it might correlate to salt tolerance in rice.

We introduce the p-adic weighted multilinear Hardy-Cesaro operator. We also obtain the necessary and sufficient conditions on weight functions to ensure the boundedness of that operator on the product of Lebesgue spaces, Morrey spaces, and central bounded mean oscillation spaces. In each case, we obtain the corresponding operator norms. We also characterize the good weights for the boundedness of the commutator of weighted multilinear Hardy-Cesaro operator on the product of central Morrey spaces with symbols in central bounded mean oscillation spaces.

Morphological Change in the Northern Red River Delta,Vietnam

Coastal erosion has become a worldwide concern, typically in the densely populated Asian mega-river deltas. Severe coastal erosion in the southern Red River Delta(RRD) has been intensively studied. Coastal morphological change in the northern RRD was examined in detail through DEM(Digital Elevation Model) analysis based on time series of bathymetrical maps(1965–2004) and Landsat images(1975–2015) in this study. The results show that the northern RRD is featured by rapid coastal accretion in the past few decades, although suspended sediment flux has dropped by roughly 60% after the completeness of Hoa Binh Dam(HBD) in 1988 and relative sea level rose at 1.9 mm yr^(-1). However, accretion at the outer part of subtidal shoals and platforms was observed to slow down quickly or even turned into erosion in the last two decades. The resuspended sediments from the erosion zone can be transported landward to replenish the inner coastal zone, keeping the latter accretion in the near future to compensate for the sediment discharge decrease from the river. However, this lag effect should be terminated soon if other adverse effects go worse, e.g., damming rivers, sea-level rising, strengthening storms, land reclamation and other poor-designed coastal engineering. Coastal planners and managers should pay full attention to these changes.

Time-stamped data is fast and constantly growing and it contains significant information thanks to the quick development ofmanagement platforms and systems based on the Internet and cutting-edge information communication *** the time series data including time series prediction has many practical *** new techniques were developed for use with various types of time series data in the prediction *** those,this work suggests a unique strategy to enhance predicting quality on time-series datasets that the timecycle matters by fusing deep learning methods with fuzzy *** order to increase forecasting accuracy on such type of time-series data,this study proposes integrating deep learning approaches with fuzzy ***,it combines the long short-termmemory network with the complex fuzzy set theory to create an innovative complex fuzzy long short-term memory model(CFLSTM).The proposed model adds a meaningful representation of the time cycle element thanks to a complex fuzzy set to advance the deep learning long short-term memory(LSTM)technique to have greater power for processing time series *** on standard common data sets and real-world data sets published in the UCI Machine Learning Repository demonstrated the proposedmodel’s utility compared to other well-known forecasting *** results of the comparisons supported the applicability of our proposed strategy for forecasting time series data.

Effect of Combinations of Sucrose and Cryoprotectants on the Survival of Catfish Embryos （Pangasidae hypophthamus）

Although cryopreservation of embryos has been used in most terrestrial animals, the application of this technique has not been succeeded for aquatic animals. In this study, the authors investigate the effect of different combinations of sucrose （SUC, C12H22OH） and cryoprotectants （CPAs） on the survival of the catfish embryos （Pangasidae hypophthalmus） at low temperatures （4, 0 and -20 ℃） for short-term storage. For this aim, embryos with somites and optic cups were exposed to different combinations of sucrose with methanol （SUC ＋ MeOH）, 1.2-propylene glycol （SUC ＋ PROH） and ethylene glycol （SUC ＋ EG） at four concentrations ratios：（1） 0.5 M SUC ＋ 0.5 M CPA; （2） 1 M SUC ＋ 0.5 M CPA; （3） 0.5 M SUC ＋ 1 M CPA; （4） 1 M SUC ＋ 1 M CPA for 40 min at 4, 0 and -20 ℃. Embryos kept in water at room temperature （RT）, 4, 0 and -20℃ were used as controls. The survival rate was expressed as a percentage of hatched embryos per total embryos treated. The results showed that the hatching rate declined significantly when embryos were stored in water at 0 ℃ and -20℃. For embryos at 0 ℃ storage, the highest survival rate （87.78%） was obtained with 1 M SUC ＋ 1 M MeOH combination while at -20 ℃, only embryos in the combined treatments of 0.5 M SUC ＋ 1 MEG and 0.5 M SUC ＋ 1 M PROH reached the hatching stage （40% and 83.33%, respectively）. In conclusion, the results showed that the catfish embryos are sensitive to sub-zero temperatures and the combined treatment of 0.5 M sucrose and 1 M propylene glycol can be used to protect catfish embryos from damages caused by low temperature （0 ℃ and -20 ℃）.

Optimum Determination of Partial Transmission Ratios of Coupled Planetary Gearboxes

this paper presents a new study on optimum determination of the partial ratios of coupled planetary gear sets for getting minimum radial size of the gear sets. In this paper, based on moment equilibrium condition of a mechanic system including two-row planetary gear sets and their regular resistance conditions, an explicit model for calculating the partial ratios of coupled planetary gear sets was proposed. In addition, by giving this effective model, the partial ratios can be calculated simply and accurately.

1986年改革开放后,越南的经济增长迅猛,越来越多的中小企业开始崛起,其数量已经远远超过了越南国有企业的数量。这些越南中小企业在促进国家财政收入和创造国内就业机会的同时,也正面临人才匮乏和技术落后的挑战。近年来,越来越多的越南中小企业开始意识到这一问题的严重性,并开始针对员工的离职率进行深入研究,聚焦吸引和留住人才、促进员工归属感与满意度提升,提出了一系列的改进策略,并通过实践不断优化人力资源管理的手段。在过去的研究中,人力资源管理专家和学者大多专注于关注员工对组织的承诺与忠诚度,却忽视了组织对员工的支持和承诺。笔者着重考察了个人-组织匹配、组织支持感和离职倾向三者之间的关系,并对国外优秀的人力资源管理经验进行了学习和借鉴,以期为降低员工离职倾向、提升组织向心力,提供具有指导意义的建议。该研究通过考察个人-组织匹配和组织支持感对离职倾向的显著性,以此探究影响越南中小企业员工离职的主要因素。本文首先对个人-组织匹配、组织支持感和离职倾向的概念及测量等进行了文献综述,其次分析了越南中小企业的发展现状、特点和员工离职率情况,探索越南中小企业内个人-组织匹配、组织支持感及离职倾向三者的动态变化间是否有内在联系。最后据此提出了提高员工与企业匹配度、建立有效的员工激励机制、做好员工关怀提升忠诚度、畅通企业的有效沟通渠道、常态化培训促进员工认同、加强文化建设形成凝聚力等管理建议。本文基于人-组织匹配理论的观点,分析了越南中小企业人力资源管理中员工与企业间的相互作用、组织给员工带来的主观支持感受等方面对员工离职倾向的影响,主要有以下四个方面的结论:(1)通过对被试人口统计学变量的分析,得出性别、婚姻状况两项对员工个人-组织匹配、组织支持感及离职倾向的影响没有差异。年龄、任职时间对员工个人-组织匹配、组织支持感及离职倾向的影响存在显著差异。(2)越南中小企业的个人-组织匹配对组织支持感存在显著的正向作用。从因子维度上看,个人组织匹配与组织支持感中的利益性支持、价值性支持具有很强的相关性,组织支持感与个人组织匹配中的需求-供给匹配具有很强的相关性。(3)越南中小企业的个人-组织匹配对离职倾向存在显著负向作用。从因子维度上看,离职倾向与个人-组织匹配中的价值观匹配、需求-供给匹配相关性较强。(4)越南中小企业的组织支持感对离职倾向存在显著负向作用。从因子维度上看,离职倾向与组织支持感中的情感性支持、价值性支持相关性较强。

如今,中小型企业在越南经济中扮演越来越重要的角色,是推动越南社会经济发展和就业的主要动力。国家的发展进程与中小企业发挥主导作用的私营企业的整合和并购紧密相关。虽然中小企业对国家经济活动的影响存在着一定的差异,但中小企业在越南经济中的作用非常关键。一方面,中小企业可以利用较少的投资创造更多的服务和产品,用较少的资金成本提供更多的就业机会,受到经济波动的影响相对较小,而且可以更好的随市场的变化和差异性而改变;另一方面,中小企业更倾向于技术创新,较易形成稳定的区域性发展,促进缩小国家范围内各地区的收入差异。因此,寻找促进中小企业持续发展和竞争优势的有效途径,对于中小企业以及越南的经济发展都具有十分重要的作用。从长远角度来看,为使企业获得并始终保持竞争优势,许多研究都将组织学习模式和组织文化建设作为重要的解决方案。在这样的背景下,本文将重点研究协作文化(作为企业文化的核心价值观)以及组织学习对中小型制造企业竞争优势方面的具体影响和表现形式。本论文的研究主题是探讨影响中小企业竞争优势的一些潜在因素,选取的研究样本为2015年越南网公布的500家中小企业名单中的86家中小企业。最终的样本是从86家初始中小企业中选取的35家公司,结构方程模型(SEM)应用于测量自变量对相关变量的影响程度,数据来源于越南的一些发达城市(如河内、胡志明市和北宁城等)的35家中小型企业,236名参与者。本文采用了SPSS和AMOS version 21等软件对收集的数据进行分析,分类集中探讨越南中小型企业中协作文化与组织学习之间的关系以及对企业竞争优势的影响.总体而言,研究结果表明组织学习在协作文化和竞争优势之间的关系中扮演中介变量的角色。这意味着协作文化的实践通过提高组织学习的某些具体方面直接或间接地对竞争优势产生显著影响。本文的研究提供了理论基础,可以用来分析协作文化、组织学习的具体方面以及竞争优势之间的关系。此外,从实践角度出发,通过较为深入的讨论协作文化对组织学习具体方面的影响,进而形成竞争优势,从而使企业CEO或管理者对鼓励和促进中小企业竞争优势的必要因素有了更加深刻的认识。特别地,本研究为企业CEO或管理者在选择战略(差异化竞争战略或低成本竞争战略)方面提供了一些具体建议和方案,即通过在恰当的实践中集中合适的资源和努力选择正确的竞争战略。
