Biotic and abiotic factors control aboveground biomass(AGB)and the structure of forest *** study analyses the variation of AGB and stand structure of evergreen broadleaved forests among six ecoregions of Vietnam.A data set of 1731-ha plots from 52 locations in undisturbed old-growth forests was *** results indicate that basal area and AGB are closely correlated with annual precipitation,but not with annual temperature,evaporation or hours of *** area and AGB are positively correlated with trees>30 cm *** areas surveyed(52.6%)in these old-growth forests had AGB of 100–200 Mg ha^-1;5.2%had AGB of 400–500 Mg ha^-1,and 0.6%had AGB of>800 Mg ha^-*** percent of the areas surveyed had stand densities of 300–600 ***^-1,and 64%had basal areas of 20–40 m^2 ha^-*** is an important factor influencing the AGB of old-growth,evergreen broadleaved forests in *** causing the loss of large-diameter trees(e.g.,>100 cm DBH)affects AGB but may not seriously affect stand density.

随着中国实力迅速发展,汉语热在世界各地不断升温。为了满足热爱汉语群体的需求,促进汉语语言文化传播与影响,中国国家汉办/孔子学院总部在海外不断成立孔子学院。自从2004年在韩国首尔建立第一所孔子学院之后,至2017年底中国已经在146个国家/地区建成了525所孔子学院和1113孔子课堂。其发展的速度令世人瞩目,关于孔子学院的研究也随之成为学术界的焦点。本文要研究的是河内大学孔子学院,2014年12月越南首家孔子学院在河内大学揭牌成功,也变成越南唯一一所孔子学院。自从成立之后,孔子学院在一年内的时间几乎没有进行任何宣传与活动。到2015年底越南孔子学院发展开始起色,但与其他孔子学院的活动方向有所特殊即以文化活动为主,教学活动为副。孔子学院在越南的发展现状如何?越南河内大学孔子学院在发展过程中主要遇到哪些困扰的问题?这些问题如何影响河内大学孔子学院的成长?如何解决这些问题,共建一个健康的孔子学院?本文以文献分析法、访谈法以及量化分析法为研究方法,从多方面、多角度地描述与分析孔子学院在越南发展过程中遇到的问题,并提出相对的建议。研究发现,河内大学孔子学院在发展过程中遇到教学与文化活动、宣传效果、主流报道倾向、群众认识与合作等问题,通过这些问题的分析我们找出原因,并提出了适当的解决方案。希望能够帮助孔子学院的发展日益健康,完成自己的任务是传授汉语和传播美丽灿烂的中华文化。

Research and Experimental Application of Empirical Formulas to Calculate Riverbank Erosion in Tien River in the Mekong Delta

In recent years,the problem of riverbank and coastal erosion in the MD(Mekong Delta)is very complicated;landslides occur in most of the inland and coastal *** riverbank landslides occur gradually,but in contrast to sudden landslides that cause great damage,occur with increasing *** shows that the trend of riverbank erosion will be more complicated and more frequent,especially in the context of extreme weather changes and changes in hydrological regime in the next *** from the authorities show that,if in 2010 the whole region had nearly 100 landslide points;by 2020 it had increased to more than 680 points;in which Dong Thap in the Tien River is one of the two localities with the most serious riverbank ***,there are many methods used to assess and forecast the level of riverbank erosion in specific areas,such as:method of document analysis,measurement data;physical model;mathematical models and empirical *** this study,the empirical formula is used to calculate the landslide level for the Tien River section in Cao Lanh,Dong Thap *** calculation results according to the empirical formula have a certain agreement with the actual data,the correlation coefficient is 0.90 and the Nash coefficient is 0.78,the relative error of less than 15%is 80%of the *** results have shown the possibility of applying empirical formulas to establish and calculate for other landslide areas along the banks of Hau River and MD.

In recent times,approaches to flood prevention and mitigation have changed a *** changes are to shift the focus from flood control to flood risk management,in which the assessment of vulnerability to floods caused by each sector and field corresponding to each flood magnitude is *** flood vulnerability assessment studies are basically holistic based on factors affected by floods or in aspects:economy,society and ecological environment,and aspects that are mentioned in all areas of social *** content of the flood vulnerability assessment method usually considers 3 components:E(Exposure),S(Susceptibility),A(Adaptability-Recovery).Each component will contain many different variables belonging to different objects and different natural-economic-social characteristics in each ***,for each research area,the evaluation method needs to establish an appropriate set of indicators.A set of indicators used to assess flood vulnerability must:be scientific;be practical;simplify the investigation,collection and synthesis of *** study has established a set of combinatorial indicators including 27 indicators for the T-BRB(Thach Han-Ben Hai River Basin)on the basis of analysis and synthesis from case studies.

Along with the concept, the method of assessing the vulnerability is becoming more and more diversified in many directions and fields. In general, these methods can be classified into two groups：（i） direct-qualitative （survey methods, integrated map ...） and （ii） indirectly-quantitative （method index）. The set of indicator plays a very important role in the successful application to any method and brings reliable results. Each basin or area with different natural geography, economics and society and so on, requires a different set of indicator. However, assessing any river basin in Vietnam needs the basic indicator. This study will establish the basic indicator for the construction of flood vulnerability index in Vietnam.

Urban flooding has impacted siginficantly on people＇s living： economic development, environmental pollution, etc.. It has been the serious problem of many cities in file world, especially in urban areas in developing countries because urbanization is too fast but lack of adaptive management planning and infrastructure. In Vietnam, the big cities, such as HCM （Ho Chi Minh） City, Hanoi, etc. have also been influenced severely by floods. By early 2017, HCM City has 171 flooded sites assigned by the district level; 40 submergence points assigned by Steering Center of Flooding Control Program, and 9 tidal flooded points. The paper will establish a suitable method for assessing flood vulnerability in HCM City from natural, social and environmental aspects. The results of a case study in District 6 show that there are four wards with high vulnerability and 10 wards with average vulnerability.

As the adoption of explainable AI(XAI) continues to expand, the urgency to address its privacy implications intensifies. Despite a growing corpus of research in AI privacy and explainability, there is little attention on privacy-preserving model explanations. This article presents the first thorough survey about privacy attacks on model explanations and their countermeasures. Our contribution to this field comprises a thorough analysis of research papers with a connected taxonomy that facilitates the categorization of privacy attacks and countermeasures based on the targeted explanations. This work also includes an initial investigation into the causes of privacy leaks. Finally, we discuss unresolved issues and prospective research directions uncovered in our analysis. This survey aims to be a valuable resource for the research community and offers clear insights for those new to this domain. To support ongoing research, we have established an online resource repository, which will be continuously updated with new and relevant findings.

This study investigates the variations of microcystins(MCs)in water,cyanobacterial blooms,sediment,and aquatic organisms collected from the Dau Tieng Reservoir(DTR).*** liquid chromatography(HPLC)was employed to measure MC concentrations in various target *** indicate that Microcystis *** as the primary MC producer in the *** average concentrations of analyzed MCs in surface water ranged from 1.10 to 5.54μg/L,temporally and *** sediment,average concentrations varied from 0.15 to 1.13μg/g wet weight(WW)temporally and from 0.41 to 0.72μg/g WW *** were detected in different organs of fish species(Oreochromis *** Labiobarbus sp.)and in the entire soft tissues of bivalve(Corbicula sp.)and gastropod(Assiminea sp.).The highest observed MC concentration in July was 0.83±0.22μg/g WW in the intestines of fish Oreochromis *** presence of MCs in grass shrimp Palaemonetes *** observed solely in June,reaching a concentration of 0.28±0.19μg/g *** is the first report of MC accumulation in the grass shrimp Palaemonetes *** field *** the bivalve Corbicula sp.,the presence of analyzed MCs was consistent throughout the study period,except for March and September,with the highest concentrations in July at 0.77±0.1μg/g *** correlation analysis revealed significant positive correlations between MCs in water and sediment with MC concentrations in aquatic animals,indicating the potential transfer of MCs across different trophic *** estimated daily intake values for analyzed MCs indicate that fish collected from the DTR are considered safe for consumption,as long as only the edible organs,such as the muscle,are ***,bivalves or gastropods collected from the DTR are not safe for human *** study underscored the importance of monitoring MC accumulation in aquatic animals used as food to mitigate adverse effects on human health.

Effect of Land Use Change on Runoff and Sediment Yield in Da River Basin of Hoa Binh province, Northwest Vietnam

The objective of this study was to assess runoff discharge and sediment yield from Da River Basin in the Northwest of Vietnam using Soil and Water Assessment Tools(SWAT) *** SWAT model was calibrated and validated using the observed monthly stream flows and sediment yield at selected gauging *** results indicated that SWAT generally performs well in simulating runoff and sediment yield according to Nash-Sutcliffe efficiency(NSE), Observation's standard deviation ratio(RSR), and percent bias(PBIAS) *** runoff, the values of NSE, RSR, and PBIAS were 0.98,0.02, and 3.69 during calibration period and 0.99,0.01, and 1.56 during validation period, *** sediment yield, the efficiency was lower than the value of NSE, RSR, and PBIAS during calibration period were 0.81, 0.19, and-4.14 and 0.84, 0.16, and-2.56 during validation period, *** results of the study indicated that the vegetation status has a significant impact on runoff and sediment *** in land use type between 1995 and2005 from forest to field crop and urban strongly contributed to increasing the average annual runoff from 182.5 to 342.7 mm and sediment yield from101.3 to 148.1 ton-1 *** 2005 and 2010, adecrease of both runoff(from 342.7 to 167.6 mm) and sediment yield(from 148.1 to 74.0 ton-1 ha) was due to the expansion of forested area and application of soil conservation *** results of this study are important for developing soil and water conservation programs, extending future SWAT modelling studies and disseminating these results to other regions in Vietnam.

Attribute Reduction on Decision Tables Based on Hausdorff Topology

Attribute reduction through the combined approach of Rough Sets(RS)and algebraic topology is an open research topic with significant potential for *** research works have introduced a strong relationship between RS and topology spaces for the attribute reduction ***,the mentioned recent methods followed a strategy to construct a new measure for attribute ***,the strategy for searching for the reduct is still to select each attribute and gradually add it to the ***,those methods tended to be inefficient for high-dimensional *** overcome these challenges,we use the separability property of Hausdorff topology to quickly identify distinguishable attributes,this approach significantly reduces the time for the attribute filtering stage of the *** addition,we propose the concept of Hausdorff topological homomorphism to construct candidate reducts,this method significantly reduces the number of candidate reducts for the wrapper stage of the *** are the two main stages that have the most effect on reducing computing time for the attribute reduction of the proposed algorithm,which we call the Cluster Filter Wrapper algorithm based on Hausdorff *** validation on the UCI Machine Learning Repository Data shows that the proposed method achieves efficiency in both the execution time and the size of the reduct.
