Vegetation Biomass of Sargassum Meadows in An Chan Coastal Waters,Phu Yen Province,Vietnam Derived from PlanetScope image

SW(Seaweed)is a valuable coastal resource for its use in food,cosmetics,medicine and other *** t.is study,PS(PlanetScope)imagery was combined with field sampling to demonstrate the capability of mapping of SAV(Submerge Aquatic Vegetation)(including both SW and SG(Seagrass)beds)and biomass mapping of Sargassum meadows in An Chan coastal waters,tuy An dist.ict,Phu Yen province,*** term of SAV and Sargassum mapping,authors proposed an improved remote sensing technique based on Sagawa’s BRi(Bottom Reflectance index)algorithm with attention to tassan’s concept.in discrimination of light attenuation coefficient Kd between shallow and deep ***’results showed high accuracy in mapping of SAV and Sargassum dist.ibution with overall accuracy and Kappa coefficient of 92.52%and 0.8957,*** classified class of SW(*** sp.)then was separated absolutely from other classes in SAV map for estimation of Sargassum *** red and green spectral pre-processed BRi channels(***3 and BRi2)of PS were used to estimate the Sargassum biomass using a multiple 2nd order polynomial regression model with very high accuracy(R2=0.9707;RMSE=±109.21 g/m2).the average total Sargassum biomass was 897.8 g/m2 with total Sargassum yield in whole region reaching a value of 449.57 tons in cover area of 50.32 ha of Sargassum *** result opens the great potential of biomass and yield estimation of Sargassum and other SW meadows in coastal waters(including enough optically deep waters)by remote sensing techniques based on PS imagery.

Determination of the Administration Routes,Doses and Appropriate Age to Vaccinate With Ornitin t.iple Vaccine For Cross-breed Colored Broilers in Vietnam

the study was to determine the appropriate dose and administration route of Ornitin t.iple vaccine in cross-breed coloured broilers in Vietnam by evaluating the antibody titer against Ornithobacterium rhinotracheale(ORt)and local reactions at.injection sites on chickens after *** study was divided into 2 *** t.ials were designed with 3 vaccine dose groups:0.0ml(control group),0.25ml and 0.5ml and 2 different administration routes:subcutaneous at neck(SC)and intramuscular at breast.iM)*** result showed that,no statistically significant difference was found between antibody titer of two administration routes as well as 2 vaccine doses until *** reactions at the injection sites of iM route was less severe than SC at neck and in higher dose would produce a more severe swelling *** weight gain was found to have a slight decrease in the vaccinated groups wit.in 2 weeks after vaccination,however,no statistically significant difference was found in later stage(P>0.05).in conclusion,Ornitin t.iple can be used to vaccinate by iM with the dose of 0.25ml for coloured broilers at early age(3-week-old),or 0.5ml for older birds and should be careful for some reactions at the injection sites.

the main objective of t.is study is to predict soil erosion in the Lattakia Governorate(W Syria) using the Water Erosion Prediction Project model(WEPP) and to compare the result with that of the RUSLE. Field survey and data collection were carried out, and 44 soil samples were analyzed. in addition, all the necessary input files were prepared for use in the WEPP model and RUSLE. Results show that more than of 80% of the locations studied experience slight to moderate erosion(less than 5 t/ha/y), whereas the rest of the locations experience severe soil erosion hazard. Moreover, the volume of runoff estimated by the WEPP model is in the range of 51 e321 mm, and the R~2 between the simulated soil erosion and the predicted runoff reached 0.68. interestingly, the R~2 between the WEPP model and RUSLE is 0.56, which indicates a good correlation between the two models.

This paper studies the influence factors of atoms number (N) at temperature (T) and after annealing time (t) on the structure shape and the plastic deformation of Polyethylene Ctyle="white-space:normal;">2Htyle="white-space:normal;">4 (PE) by the Molecular Dynamics (MD) method with Dreading pair interaction, cyclic boundary conditions and plastic deformation of Polyethylene (PE) be done by stretching method according to the z-axis. The results of structure, plastic deformation of PE are analyzed through size (l), the total energy of the system (Etyle="white-space:normal;">tot), shape and associated energy (Etyle="white-space:normal;">bond), angular binding energy (Etyle="white-space:normal;">angle), energy Etyle="white-space:normal;">dihedral, interactive energy Vander Walls (Etyle="white-space:normal;">non-bonding). When increasing N, t leads to the number of structural units of Face-Centred Cubic (FCC), Body-Centered Cubic (BCC) and Hexagonal Close-Packed (HCP) increasing, but Amorphous (Amor) decreases while the angle between the atoms is a constant corresponding to 109.5°. Besides, the length of the link (r) increases from r = 1.529 Å to r = 1.558 Å while the plastic deformation energy of PE gets an enormous change and the bonding angle at 109.27°. The length of the link r = 1.529 Åtyle="white-space:normal;"> and the size (l) of the PE material increase from l = 3.7

type 2 diabetes mellitus(t2DM) is a growing problem among Asian *** on the Centers for Disease Control,the age-adjusted prevalence of t2 DM for Asian Americans is 9%,placing them at "moderate risk".However differential patterns of disease burden emerge when examining disaggregated data acrossAsian American ethnic groups; with Filipino,Pacific islander,Japanese,and South Asian groups consistently described as having the highest prevalence of t2 *** and strengthening prevalence data is vital for on-going prevention *** strongest evidence currently available to guide the prevention of t2 DM in the United States comes from a large multicenter randomized clinical control t.ial called the Diabetes Prevention Program,which targets individual lifestyle behavior *** has been translated and adopted for some Asian American groups,and shows *** stronger study designs and attention to several key methodological considerations will improve the *** attention has also been directed toward population level downstream prevention *** an infrastructure that.includes both individual and population approaches is needed to prevent t2 DM among Asian American populations,and is essential for reducing health disparities.

Multi-objective Optimization of a two-Stage Helical Gearbox to improve Efficiency and Reduce Height

the goal of t.is research is to look at multi-target optimization of a two-stage helical gearbox in order to determine the best key design elements for reducing gearbox height and enhancing gearbox *** do t.is,the method known as taguchi and GRA(Grey Relation Analysis)were used in two stages to address the *** single-objective optimization problem was addressed first to close the gap between variable levels,and then the multi-objective optimization problem was solved to determine the best primary design *** first and second stage CWFWs(Coefficients of Wheel Face Width),ACS(Permissible Contact Stresses),and first stage gear ratio were also *** study’s findings were utilized to identify the best values for five critical design aspects of a two-stage helical gearbox.

【目的】通过紫色糯玉米(花青素型)与白色甜玉米(超甜糯型)杂交,选育出营养丰富的水果型玉米,以满足越南乃至世界对高营养水果型玉米的市场需求,也为水果型玉米的杂交选育提供参考。【方法】将4个紫色糯玉米品系(♀)与白色甜玉米(♂)进行杂交后再回交,通过形态标记(籽粒皱缩且颜色为深紫色)从BC2F1代中共筛选出20个品系,再经5代连续自交获得80个自交系(UV01~UV80),从中选择20个优良自交系。利用Line×tester模型将20个优良自交系与2个测试种[黄色甜玉米自交系SW1(ti)和白色甜玉米自交系D181(t2)]进行测配,获得40个杂交组合(tH01~tH40),通过随机区组设计在越南河内田间开展种植试验,以SW1011和Fancy111为对照品种。【结果】tH08、tH17、tH18、tH27、tH31和tH35等6个杂交组合的平均产量较高,为13.4~14.4 t/ha,与对照品种SW1011无显著差异(P>0.05),说明这些杂交组合具有较高的商业潜力;UV03、UV07、UV08、UV10、UV12、UV16、UV18、UV42、UV71等9个品系的锤度>16.0%、果皮薄100.0 mg/100 g,属于超甜紫甜玉米品系。UV10、UV24、UV40、UV46和UV71等5个品系在商品产量方面具有较高的一般配合力(GCA),UV12和UV16品系在甜度指数方面具有较高的GCA,UV35、UV36、UV38、UV46和UV73等5个品系在花青素含量方面具有较高的GCA。【结论】UV10和UV12在产量和品质方面均具有较高的GCA,为2个营养丰富的水果型超甜紫甜玉米品系,可在越南及其他适用地区推广种植。

th1 cytokines promote t-cell binding to antigen-presenting cells via enhanced hyaluronan production and accumulation at the immune synapse

Hyaluronan(ha)production by dendritic cells(DCs)is known to promote antigen presentation and to augment t-cell activation and *** hypothesized that pericellular ha can function as intercellular‘glue’directly mediating t cell–DC *** primary human cells,we observed ha-dependent binding between t cells and DCs,which was abrogated upon pre-treatment of the DCs with 4-methylumbelliferone(4-MU),an agent which blocks ha ***,t cells regulate ha production by DCs via t cell-derived cytokines in a t helper(th)subset-specific manner,as demonstrated by the observation that cell-culture supernatants from th1 but not th2 clones promote ha *** effects were seen upon the addition of exogenous th1 cytokines,iL-2,interferon c(iFN-c)and tumor necrosis factor a(tNF-a).the critical factors which determined the extent of DC–t cell binding in t.is system were the nature of the pre-treatment the DCs received and their capacity to synthesize ha,as t-cell clones which were pre-treated with monensin,added to block cytokine secretion,bound equivalently irrespective of their th *** data support the existence of a feedforward loop wherein t-cell cytokines influence DC production of ha,which in turn affects the extent of DC–t cell *** also document the presence of focal deposits of ha at the immune synapse between t-cells and APC and on dendritic processes thought to be important.in antigen *** data point to a pivotal role for ha in DC–t cell interactions at the iS.
