BACKGROUND t.in reversed arterial perfusion(tRAP) sequence is an extremely rare congenital anomaly in monochorionic(MC) *** condition is characterized by a malformed fetus(acardiac t.in) without cardiac activities being perfused by a structurally normal one(pump t.in) via an artery-to-artery anastomosis in a reverse *** SUMMARY We described the first case of tRAP to receive laser surgery in *** 26-wk pregnancy was originally misdiagnosed in another hospital as MC t.ins with single intrauterine fetal *** admission to our center,the diagnosis was amended to a 26-wk tRAP sequence stage *** acardiac t.in was 7.5 cm at the longest length,the ratio of the weight of the acardiac t.in to the weight of the pump t.in was more than 90%,the pump t.in showed fetal distress with absent diastolic flow in umbilical artery of pump t.in,and the peak systolic velocity in the middle cerebral artery = 1.6 Mo *** performed emergency laser photocoagulation of the acardiac t.in’s umbilical *** surgery,we successfully maint.ined the pregnancy for 8 wk and ended it electively by cesarean section at 34 wk of gestation due to rupture of *** tRAP should be appropriately diagnosed and treated early to avoid complications of the pump *** laser photocoagulation is a new and effective treatment for t.is condition.

Objective: to evaluate the anti-arthritic effects of Polygonatum kingianum rhizome extract using both in vitro and in vivo ***: Lipopolysaccharide-induced RAW 264.7 macrophages were treated with an ethanol extract of Polygonatum kingianum rhizomes at different concentrations to determine nit.ic oxide and prostaglandin E2(PGE2) production. For in vivo study, Polygonatum kingianum ethanol extract was further investigated for its ant.inflammatory effect.in a mouse model with collagen antibodyinduced arthritis. Phytochemical study of Polygonatum kingianum ethanol extract was also ***: Saponins(142 mg/g total yield) was the main component.in the Polygonatum kingianum ethanol extract. 5α,8α-ergosterol peroxide,(E,E)-9-oxooctadeca-10,12-dienoic acid and 3-(2?-hydroxy-4?-methoxy-benzyl)-5,7-dihydroxy-8-methyl-chroman-4-one were isolated from the extract. Polygonatum kingianum ethanol extract exhibited potential anti-inflammatory effects by inhibiting nit.ic oxide and PGE2 production in RAW 264.7 cells in a dosedependent manner. the level of arthritis in mice with collagen antibody-induced arthritis was significantly reduced(Pter treatment with Polygonatum kingianum ethanol extract, particularly at a dose of 1 000 mg/kg body weight. Besides, the extract demonstrated the regulatory effects on serum tumor necrosis factoralpha, interleukin-6, and interleukin-10 in treated ***: Polygonatum kingianum ethanol extract has beneficial effects on inflammatory cytokine regulation and PGE2 inhibition in an experimental mouse model with collagen antibody-induced arthritis. the phytochemical screening reveals that the saponin, as the main component, and sterols(daucosterol and 5α,8α-ergosterol peroxide) from Polygonatum kingianum ethanol extract may cont.ibute to its promising in vitro and in vivo anti-inflammatory activities.

Clinical outcomes of patients with chronic hepatitis C after generic direct-acting antiviral treatments in Vietnam: A retrospective analysis

Objective:to evaluate the outcomes of generic direct-acting antiviral treatments for chronic hepatitis C in ***:the medical records of 522 patients(median 45 years;Female,25.3%)with chronic hepatitis C treated at a tertiary hospital in northern Vietnam in 2016 were retrospectively ***:Female patients were significantly older than male patients(median 52,iQR 41-59 vs.43 years,iQR:39-55;Ptients,49.4%were infected with hepatitis C virus(HCV)genotype 6,followed by 1 a(19.0%),1 b(13.0%),and 3(5.9%).Coinfection with hepatitis B virus or human immunodeficiency virus was noted in 5.8%and 3.1%of patients,*** were treated with ledipasvir/sofosbuvir with or without ribavirin(70.9%),sofosbuvir/pegylated-interferon+ribavirin(13.2%),daclatasvir/sofosbuvir with or without ribavirin(12.5%),or sofosbuvir/ribavirin(3.4%),and 96.4%(n=503)completed the direct-acting antiviral *** patient discontinued treatment due to adverse event(s).A sust.ined virologic response 12 weeks after the end of the treatment(SVR12)was evaluated in 62.6%of *** sust.ined virologic response 12 weeks after the end of the treatment was 98.7%regardless of HCV genotypes or direct-acting antiviral *** severity of liver stiffness was significantly decreased from 10.2 to 6.3 kilopascals measured by transient elastography by the treatment(Ptients who completed the directacting antiviral treatment,17.7%returned for further follow-ups after ***:in Vietnam,the current generic direct-acting antiviral treatment for chronic hepatitis C was effective regardless of HCV genotypes and direct-acting antiviral regimens with the attenuation of liver *** is feasible to implement direct-acting antiviral treatment to cure chronic hepatitis C patients at any liver fibrosis stages in Vietnam.

行政服务对一个国家的政治和经济发展方面起着非常重要的作用。iSO9000质量管理体系不仅符合应用在企业管理中，而且也符合应用在公共行政管理中，所以被世界上很多国家进行运用。所以iSO9000被应用在行政管理中不仅有助于世界上很多国家解决行政管理中难以解决的复杂问题，而且这些国家也可以获得iSO9000质量管理的理论精华，工作方法，工作过程以及程序等。应用iSO9000使国家管理机关提供最好的行政服务给人民，满足人民的愿望和要求。越南国家也不例外，从2000年以来，在越南的一些机构已经实施了iSO9000，并且对越南行政改革的过程做出了重大贡献。但是在实践过程中还存在许多问题，需要改进。基于对一些国内外iSO9000质量管理体系的研究和一些管理理论展开研究。首先分析iSO在行政管理的作用，iSO9000与政府行政管理的特点，说明应用iSO9000在国家行政管理的必要性和目标。其次，本文分析了iSO9000在马来西亚和中国的应用情况，从两国应用的情况可以获得经验和教训，使iSO9000成为越南最有效的行政改革工具，提高国家的公共行政体系。然后，本文以越南文化体育及旅游部为例，详细介绍了越南文化体育与旅游部应用iSO9000的情况，取得的进展和存在的问题。特别针对在应用过程中的经费安排以及明确的实施计划等进行了系统的研究。最后，从越南应用iSO9000的情况和在微观、宏观两个层面提出措施和对策以提升iSO9000在改进质量行政管理服务的作用。研究的内容将会对越南国家行政管理应用iSO9000改进行政服务质量提供理论借鉴。

Overweight, obesity and associated factors among secondary school students in a northern city of Vietnam in 2011

Overweight and obesity is an emerging public health problem among school-aged children in Bac Giang city in the Northen part of Vietnam recently. t.is study aims to identify overweight-obesity prevalence of secondary school children in t.is city and it’s associated factors. the study was a nested case control in a cross-sectional study design in 1528 secondary students selected from 4 secondary schools in 2 inner communes and 2 suburban communes of Bac Giang city, Vietnam. Result: Overweight prevalence among secondary school students in Bac Giang was 6.7%, the prevalence of obesity was 2.0%. Overweight and obesity is more prevalence in male students, inner communes and students from family have higher income and higher food expense. Overweight and obesity was associated with higher energy intake, more fat consumption, having supplement meals and bedtimemeal, increased physical activities and increased sleep duration. Conclusion: Education campaign targeting reducing overweight and obesity should target both parents about dietary adequacy and balance and children about more physical activities.

离合词为汉语词汇中由两个语素构成的一种数量庞大而且比较特殊的词语群体,其最大的一个特点为既可合又可离,正因为离合词的这一特殊性质和复杂性使得越南学生在习得汉语离合词时经常受到偏误的困扰,尤其是动宾式离合词带补语的偏误。目前在越南,虽然有关汉语离合词该领域的研究愈来愈多,但仔细针对汉语动宾式离合词的研究还相对较少,关于汉语动宾式离合词带补语的偏误研究则更为稀少。因此,笔者决定基于前人研究成果,在对比分析理论和偏误分析理论的基础上通过问卷调查以及数据统计分析软件(SPSS),进行了一项尽可能全面的关于越南中高级阶段学生动宾式离合词带趋向补语、结果补语、可能补语、数量补语及程度补语等五种补语偏误的实证研究。在问卷数据统计的基础上,探究并分析了偏误的一些规律和问题以及产生偏误的原因,从而结合笔者本身的实践教学经验给国家汉语动宾式离合词带补语教学提出了相应的教学建议和启示。调查结果显示,越南中高级阶段学生对动宾式离合词带补语的习得及掌握情况目前属于颇不乐观的状态,在习得与应用的过程中常会出现大量的偏误,且大多数偏误都是错在“补语位置上”的。偏误产生的原因颇多,但主要是由母语负迁移、目的语负迁移、离合词特殊性、教材编写方面的不足以及教学方面的欠缺等因素造成的。通过偏误产生原因的具体分析,笔者分别从教材编写方面、教师讲解方面以及操练设计方面提出了建议,特别强调要使学生理解离合词的概念、特点及其大致用法,然后在日后的教学期间,一步一步地插入离合词并带不同补语扩展形式的教学,同时进行细致的讲解及系统化的操练,教学中注意结合语境,培养学生对动宾式离合词带补语扩展形式的语感,以减少偏误的发生。

Objective: to evaluate the impact of plant growth regulators including kinetin(KN),benzyl adenine and naphthalene acetic acid, yeast extract and casein hydrolyzate on biomass accumulation of Vietnamese ginseng Panax vietnamensis(P. vietnamensis) in cell suspension ***: Cell suspension cultures were established from friable calluses derived from leaves and petioles of 3-year-old in-vitro P. vietnamensis plants. the cell suspension cultures were grown in Murashige and Skoog basal media supplemented with various concentrations of KN, benzyl adenine, naphthalene acetic acid, and yeast extract and casein ***: All tested factors generated an increase in the cell biomass of P. vietnamensis in suspension culture, but the impact of each varies depended on the factor type, concentration, and incubation period. Addition of 2.0 mg/L KN resulted in the largest biomass increase after 24 d,(57.0 ± 0.9) and(3.1 ± 0.1) mg/m L fresh and dry weight, respectively,whereas addition of benzyl adenine or naphthalene acetic acid produced optimum levels of Panax cell biomass at 1.0 and 1.5 mg/L, respectively. Addition of the elicitor yeast extract led to a 1.4–2.4 fold increase in biomass of P. vietnamensis, while addition of casein hydrolyzate enhanced biomass accumulation 1.8–2.6 ***: the addition of each factor causes significant changes in biomass accumulation of P. vietnamensis. the largest biomass accumulation is from cultures grown in MS media cont.ining 2.0 mg/L KN for 24 d. the outcome of the present study provides new insights into the optimal suspension culture conditions for studies on the in vitro cell biomass production of P. vietnamensis.
