As some recent information security legislation endowed users with unconditional rights to be forgotten by any trained machine learning model,personalised IoT service pro-viders have to put unlearning functionality into their *** most straight-forward method to unlearn users'contribution is to retrain the model from the initial state,which is not realistic in high throughput applications with frequent unlearning *** some machine unlearning frameworks have been proposed to speed up the retraining process,they fail to match decentralised learning scenarios.A decentralised unlearning framework called heterogeneous decentralised unlearning framework with seed(HDUS)is designed,which uses distilled seed models to construct erasable en-sembles for all ***,the framework is compatible with heterogeneous on-device models,representing stronger scalability in real-world *** experiments on three real-world datasets show that our HDUS achieves state-of-the-art performance.

新闻可以反映一个国家最基本的政治及社会结构,是了解这个国家的政治、社会和文化等方面的重要方式。新闻报道总会收到相应的社会文化以及意识形态等方面影响,各个国家因为文化思想、政治体制等方面的差异而具有各不相同的传媒制度。因此,在进行新闻报道研究的过程中,应该按照各国相应的社会文化以及政治制度邓芳进行解读。中国和越南都是社会主义国家,都是在其共产党领导下进行新闻宣传的。而《新闻联播》节目作文两国的“官方节目”,具有强烈的权威性,通过该节目进行报道的新闻也受到全国人民的重大关注。本文以中、越两国的19点的《新闻联播》中的民生新闻作为研究对象,运用观察法、分析法以及对比研究法等研究方法,对两国节目中的民生新闻报道进行了对比分析,从两国《新闻联播》节目中民生新闻的报道形式和内容进行了差异性分析。在内容方面,笔者主要从报道范围和题材选择两国方面进行对比两国节目中的差异。在所选取的时间段内,通过对两国《新闻联播》节目中的民生新闻进行监看,并进行相关的纪录,从而进行对比。在节目形式方面,笔者主要从节目时间,报道方式以及主持人的风格等方面进行分析和对比。研究目的是通过对比研究,能进一步了解中越两国的媒介文化,指出两国在《新闻联播》节目中民生新闻报道的异同,以及两国在相关报道方面的优缺点。在论文的各章节中,第一章主要是对19点《央视新闻》中民生新闻的概念的界定以及两国《新闻联播》节目中的民生新闻的相关背景做了详细分析。第二章是比较中国和越南民生新闻的报道形式和报道内容,指出两国在这两个方面的相同和差异。第三章是分析中越在报道民生新闻有相同和差异的主要原因,最后部分是指出越南在新闻工作存在哪些不足,同时提出两国在进行民生新闻报道过程中的建议。笔者对中越两国《新闻联播》的民生新闻对比研究主要为越南《新闻联播》中的新闻报道提供发展的思路和角度,促进越南《新闻联播》节目以及新闻事业的发展。

关元与命门内科主治病症规律的古代文献研究

目的:本课题研究以通过古代文献检索的方式,检索文献来源于《中华医典》第五版所收录的中医古籍,收集和整理有关关元穴与命门穴主治内科病症的古代文献,将其相关条文梳理归纳并进行统计。总结关元穴与命门穴在内科系统的主治病症规律,并探讨其临床应用特点,为临床应用研究提供文献参考。方法:以《中华医典》第五版为中医古代文献的检索源,收录到民国为止以前历代古籍较为完善的版本。为了确保检索的完整性,采用关键词进行检索,以腧穴的名称和别名为检索的关键词,并以简体字和繁体字合并检索和摘录。检索出的条文经过计算机检索和人工阅读,删除重复的文献,参照中国中医药出版社出版的全国高等中医药院校规划教材(新世纪第四版)及《中华人民共和国国家标准——中医临床中诊疗术语(疾病部分)》对古文献所描述的病症进行科别区分和病症名称统一。按照文献的纳入、排除标准选取符合主治内科病症的条文及病案。先将相关文献以关元穴和命门穴主治内科病症分为两大类,再按照内科的7个系统:肺系、心脑系、脾胃系、肝胆系、肾膀胱系、气血津液系、肢体经络系进行归类。对每条文献都要注明其出处、系别及主治的病症,并运用频数统计方法对二穴主治的内科病症进行统计。采用微软Excel电子表格建立数据档案及记录频次统计的结果。通过频数统计结果的表示后,根据计算公式:平均频次等于总频次/病症种类,以此为标准,将大于平均频次的病症种类作为优势病种。总结二穴主治内科各系统的优势病种以及主治应用规律。探讨二穴的主治规律特点和二穴的应用异同。结果:(1)经检索后,有关关元穴的条文有1712条,符合标准的条文共有397条,有关命门穴的条文有3760条,符合标准的条文共有55条。(2)经病症频次统计后,关元穴主治内科病症种类为35种,其中肺系:3种病,心脑系、肝胆系、气血津液系、肢体经络系:各4种病,脾胃系、肾膀胱系:各8种病。而命门穴主治内科病症种类有16种,其中脾胃系、肝胆系:各2种病,心脑系、肾膀胱系、气血津液系、肢体经络系:各3种病。(3)根据计算公式:平均频次等于总频次/病症种类,以此为标准,将大于平均频次的病症种类作为优势病种。总结出关元穴主治的优势病种为12种,其频次从高到低依次为:“泄泻”、“积聚”、“淋证”、“腹痛”、“感冒”、“遗精”、“中风”、“癃闭”、“血证”、“黄疸”、“霍乱”、“头痛”。关元穴在脾胃系统的应用频次最多,其次是肾膀胱、肝胆系统。命门穴主治的优势病症种类有4种,其频次从高到低依次为:“腰痛”、“头痛”、“遗精”、“血证”。命门穴在肢体经络系统应用的频次最多,其次是肾膀胱、气血津液系统。结论:关元穴与命门穴都用于治疗内科各系统的病症。关元穴与命门穴均可治疗肾膀胱系的病症,尤其是在治疗“遗精”关元穴与命门穴可共同配伍应用。关元穴多偏于治疗脾胃系病症、肝胆系病症,而命门穴多偏于治疗肢体经络系病症、气血津液系病症。二穴虽有相同的主治范围,但二穴的主治应用上均有各自的特点,其应用的特点与二穴特异性有着密切相关。

An analytical method for analyzing the thermal vibration of multi-directional functionally graded porous rectangular plates in fluid media with novel porosity patterns is developed in this *** properties of MFG porous plates change according to the length,width,and thickness directions for various materials and the porosity distribution which can be widely applied in many fields of engineering and defence ***,new porous rules that depend on spatial coordinates and grading indexes are proposed in the present *** Hamilton's principle and the refined higher-order shear deformation plate theory,the governing equation of motion of an MFG porous rectangular plate in a fluid medium(the fluid-plate system)is *** fluid velocity potential is derived from the boundary conditions of the fluid-plate system and is used to compute the extra *** GalerkinVlasov solution is used to solve and give natural frequencies of MFG porous plates with various boundary conditions in a fluid *** validity and reliability of the suggested method are confirmed by comparing numerical results of the present work with those from available works in the *** effects of different parameters on the thermal vibration response of MFG porous rectangular plates are studied in *** findings demonstrate that the behavior of the structure within a liquid medium differs significantly from that within a vacuum ***,they offer appropriate operational approaches for the structure when employed in various mediums.

In this work,a novel refined higher-order shear deformation plate theory is integrated with nonlocal elasticity theory for analyzing the free vibration,bending,and transient behaviors of fluid-infiltrated porous metal foam piezoelectric nanoplates resting on Pasternak elastic foundation with flexoelectric *** analysis(IGA)and the Navier solution are applied to the *** innovation in the present study is that the influence of the in-plane variation of the nonlocal parameter on the free and forced vibration of the piezoelectric nanoplates is investigated for the first *** nonlocal parameter and material characteristics are assumed to be material-dependent and vary gradually over the thickness of *** on Hamilton’s principle,equations of motion are built,then the IGA approach combined with the Navier solution is used to analyze the static and dynamic response of the ***,we investigate the effects of the porosity coefficients,flexoelectric parameters,elastic stiffness,thickness,and variation of the nonlocal parameters on the mechanical behaviors of the rectangular and elliptical piezoelectric nanoplates.

The objective of this study is to develop a novel and efficient model for forecasting the nonlinear behavior of structures in response to time-varying random *** key idea is to design a deep learning architecture to leverage the relationships,between external excitations and structure's vibration signals,and between historical values and future values,within multiple time-series *** proposed method consists of two main steps:the first step applies a global attention mechanism to combine multiple-measured time series and time-varying excitation into a weighted time series before feeding it to a temporal architecture;the second step utilizes a self-attention mechanism followed by a fully connected layer to predict multi-step future *** viability of the proposed method is demonstrated via two case studies involving synthetic data from a three-dimensional(3D)reinforced concrete structure and experimental data from an 18-story steel ***,comparison and robustness studies are carried out,showing that the proposed method outperforms conventional methods and maintains high performance in the presence of noise with an amplitude of less than 10%.

This work uses isogeometric analysis(IGA),which is based on nonlocal hypothesis and higher-order shear beam hypothesis,to investigate the static bending and free oscillation of a magneto-electro-elastic functionally graded(MEE-FG)nanobeam subject to elastic boundary constraints(BCs).The magneto-electric boundary condition and the Maxwell equation are used to calculate the variation of electric and magnetic potentials along the thickness direction of the *** study is innovative since it does not use the conventional boundary ***,an elastic system of straight and torsion springs with controllable stiffness is used to support nanobeams’beginning and end positions,creating customizable *** governing equations of motion of nanobeams are established by applying Hamilton’s principle and IGA is used to determine deflections and natural frequency *** studies were performed to evaluate the convergence and accuracy of the proposed *** from this,the impact of the input parameters on the static bending and free oscillation of the MEE-FG nanobeam is examined in *** findings could be valuable for analyzing and designing innovative structures constructed of functionally graded MEE materials.

The phenomenon of sloshing causes a significantly negative impact on a wide range of industries.A time‐optimal flatness‐based trajectory planning and Lyapunov‐based model predictive control(LMPC)is proposed for trajectory tracking of a transmitting cylindrical container filled with ***,this research presents an equivalent discrete model based on a mass‐spring‐damper ***,after the flatness of the adopted non‐linear model for 2D is established,time‐optimal trajectories are introduced.A control method called LMPC is shown to solve the problem of orbital tracking,which allows setting limits for state *** addition,to ensure system performance,a linear extended state observer(LESO)is integrated to cope with system ***,the efficiency of the proposed approach for liquid sloshing suppression and tracking is illustrated by simulations.
