The rapidly increasing population,urbanization,and industrialization of Hanoi city in the last few decades have necessitated the urgent development of a new underground public transport infrastructure such as the urban mass rapid transit(UMRT)system that is now under ***,concerns on the possible effects of land subsidence on the to-be-constructed and operated UMRT lines must be *** of the difficulties while assessing land subsidence in Hanoi is the insufficient subsidence monitoring ***,a good geotechnical characterization of the subsoil profile and proper numerical analysis can help predict groundwater pumping-induced subsidence *** UMRT line No.2 that was selected for this study is special as it runs across the old quarter downtown,located at the very heart of Hanoi *** this paper,the Hanoi aquifer system,groundwater extraction,and subsidence monitoring network of Hanoi are reviewed *** data from 30 investigation boreholes were analyzed to characterize the subsoil profile underlying a segment of the UMRT line No.2 that consists of both elevated and underground *** soil layers were identified up to a depth of 50 m,including a compressible soft clay layer 10-15 m thick that is supposed to be most vulnerable to subsidence by groundwater *** on the long-term groundwater monitoring data,one-dimensional finite element method(FEM)consolidation analyses were carried out for three drawdown boundary conditions of 5,10,and 15 m and yielded a total subsidence of 0.15,0.35,and 0.5 m,respectively,after 25 years with 1994 as the reference *** results of this study confirmed that land subsidence in particular should be considered in the construction and maintenance of the UMRT lines in Hanoi,in particular for underground sections that are founded on soft to medium clay layers.

The quality of contour blasting depends on many initial blasting *** parameters including blasthole diameter,rock Protodyakonov coefficient,tunnel area and distance between cracks on the tunnel face are more *** this study,an algorithm linking between Delphi programming language and AutoCAD was created to develop a tunnel blasting *** this model,tunnel contour blasting passport in AutoCAD can be obtained *** effects of rock Protodyakonov coefficient and cracks’distance on blastholes number and specific charge with the variation of blasthole diameter and the semi-circular tunnel face area were investigated to yield a set of equations with the highest *** results show that specific charge increases as rock Protodyakonov coefficient,cracks’distance and drillhole diameter increase,but decreases when tunnel face area *** addition,the number of drillholes increases linearly as tunnel face area increases but decreases when drillhole diameter increases.

The Cretaceous non-marine deposits play an important role in the history of formation and evolution of Earth’s crust in northern territory of Vietnam. According to analyzing results of material composition and depositional environments, these deposits can be divided into three lithofacies assemblages, such as proluvial-deluvial, fluviatile and lacustrine lithofacies. These Cretaceous non-marine sequences in the North of Vietnam indicate a typically continental hot and dry palaeoclimatic regime.

Groundwater is an important and readily available source of fresh water in the Mekong-Lancang River Basin. With a rapid population growth and increasing human activities, an increasing number of countries in the Mekong-Lancang River Basin are experiencing depleted and degraded groundwater supplies. In transboundary river basins, such as the Mekong-Lancang River, prioritizing the use of the shared aquifer by one riparian government may affect the opportunities of other riparian governments and lead to potential water conflicts between neighboring countries. To promote the sharing of strategies and information for the sustainable and equitable use of water resources of the shared basin, international collaborative workshops on groundwater resources have been organized for all Mekong-Lancang River countries. These workshops provide an opportunity to communicate and discuss nationally sensitive issues on groundwater by the associated countries, with topics covering multiple aspects of groundwater, such as the groundwater status in the basin, quality issues, water use conflicts, hydrological information gaps, management policies and capacity building for successful water resource management. Consensus has been reached by all countries on the importance of catchment-based groundwater management and the need for close communication among the countries. Strategies for managing transboundary aquifer issues must foster international collaboration based on the regional network, influence national networks and enhance the capacity to building maps and monitoring systems based on associated databases. The sustainability of water resources cannot be achieved without the integrated involvement and contributions by multiple countries and various stakeholders. Therefore, collaborative workshops provide a great opportunity to further our understanding of the hydrologic processes of the Mekong River Basin, share the benefits of the aquifer and provide a strategy and vision for sustain

近年来,随着社会经济的快速发展和人们生活水平不断的提高,旅游渐渐成为人类生活当中必不可少的基本需求。在如今的社会,人们追求的不仅是物质上的吃好穿美问题而且还需要精神上的供养:花钱去旅行。因此,旅游也被美称为“无烟工业”,旅游业的发展将带动整个经济链的稳步发展。新时代的旅游者不仅仅追求单纯的观光旅游传统形式,而更希望提高旅游的文化知识,加强自己在旅游过程中的参与性和体验性。美食旅游是旅游新颖的一种形式,选择美食旅游形式,游客既可以通过美食品尝和各种饮食烹饪相关活动来满足自己想要的参与性和体验性,也可以提高对旅游目的地的历史文化知识。这有利于当地文化的发展与传承,对旅游业的发展有重要的作用。越南由于地形狭长,形成了在不同的地区拥有属于自己的特色饮食文化,再经过历时变迁之后,不断交流融合,最终会聚成了越南饮食文化,同时还能保留各地方的传统美食佳肴。首都河内也不是例外。河内美食的精髓体现于菜肴烹饪的方法,品尝美食的姿态和食客与厨师之间的情感。河内美食的每道菜都有特征的味道和独特的魅力,它不仅是平常的食物,而被人们视为在烹饪的艺术。因此,如何开发利用河内美食资源来发展旅游对越南人尤其是河内人来说是当前的一个热题。本文通过文献查找、资料收集,并对河内美食旅游资源进行实地考察,在获取河内美食旅游资源的材料与信息之后,总结出河内美食旅游资源的特色,力求发现科学且符合实际的河内特色美食旅游资源开发策略。本文共分为六章。第一章主要介绍论文的研究背景与意义、文献综述、研究方法及内容。第二章阐述了美食旅游的理论研究:美食旅游的概念、理论依据、重要特点和基本功能。第三章进行分析河内美食旅游资源的构成要素、资源特点并介绍一些河内特色菜肴。第四章为分析河内美食旅游资源开发现状与问题。第五章在提供河内美食旅游资源开发的策略,其中包括:开发原则、市场定位、空间分布、多样产品、营销手段、基础设施、人才培养,并且设计出几条美食旅游精品线路。最后第六章为研究结论与展望。

BACKGROUND Tacrolimus(TAC)is metabolized primarily by the CYP3A-encoded enzyme family(CYP3A4,CYP3A5,and CYP3A7).Individuals expressing the CYP3A51 allele are considered fast metabolizers and generally require higher TAC doses to reach therapeutic *** To evaluate the predictive value of the TAC concentration-to-dose(C0/D)ratio for identifying CYP3A5 poly-morphisms in renal transplant *** Eighty-six de novo kidney transplant recipients with TAC-based immunosuppression from the Department of Nephrology and Dialysis at Military Hospital 103(Hanoi,Vietnam)were included in this retrospective *** samples were collected within the first week post-transplantation to monitor TAC levels and to perform genotyping for CYP3A5 genetic *** The CYP3A53/3 genotype was identified in 37 patients(43%),CYP3A51/3 in 40 patients(46.5%),and CYP3A51/1 in 9 patients(10.5%).Patients carrying the CYP3A51/3 or CYP3A51/1 genotype,classified as fast metabolizers(CYP3A5 expressers),had significantly lower TAC C0 concentrations and C0/D ratios compared to slow meta-bolizers(CYP3A53/3 genotype)at multiple time points during follow-up(all P<0.001).Notably,the TAC C0/D ratio obtained on day 1(0.91)was shown to predict CYP3A5 polymorphism with a sensitivity of 84.6%and a specificity of 84.6%.CONCLUSION This study demonstrates that the TAC C0/D ratio provides a reliable predictive value for CYP3A5 polymorphisms,which can be used to individualize TAC dosing in renal transplant recipients in Vietnam and other low-income countries.

《海上懒翁医宗心领》是越南第一部内容完备的医学全书,在越南医学史上有里程碑的意义。该书由越南医家黎有卓所著,早期以手稿本或传抄本形式流传于其弟子之间,名为《懒翁心领》,经后人搜集、刊印,于咸宜元年(1885)刊刻出版,名为《新镌海上懒翁医宗心领全帙》。通过考据该书版本的发生发展过程以及发展过程中形成的相互关系,梳理该书不同版本之间的源流演变,为今人研究越南医家黎有卓医学思想在越南的发展脉络提供参考。
