Conductivity s and thermal conductivity k are directly related to carrier concentration while Seebeck coefficient S is inversely proportional to carrier ***,improving thermoelectric(TE)performance is ***,the first-time analysis of secondary phase-controlled TE performance in terms of density-of-state effective mass m*d,weighted mobility mw and quality factor B is discussed in ZnO *** results show that the secondary spinel phase Ga2O_(3)(ZnO)9 not only impacts on k but also on s and S at high temperature,while the effect of carrier concentration seem to be dominant at low *** the high-spinel-segregation sample,a compensation of dopant atoms from the spinel to substitutional sites in the ZnO matrix at high temperature leads to a low decreased rate of temperaturedependent m**** compensation process also induces a band sharpening,a small mw reduction,and a large B *** a result,In and Ga co-doped ZnO bulk with the highest spinel segregation achieves the greatest PF improvement by 112.8%,owing to enhanced Seebeck coefficient by 110%as compared to the good Zn-substitution sample.

Nanorod-like TiO2 (nc-TiO2) and MoO3 (nc-MoO3) films were thermally grown from Ti- and Mo-metallic wafers. Nanohybrid films of N,N’-diphenyl-N,N’-bis(1-naphthyl)(1,1’-biphenyl)-4,4’diamine (NPB)/TiO2 and NPB/MoO3 used as anode/hole transport layer (HTL) heterojunctions in blue organic light emission diodes (OLEDs) were prepared by coating NPB onto the nc-TiO2 and nc-MoO3 and TiO2. Characterization of the nanostructured hybrid layers showed that both the photoluminescent property and current-voltage (I-V) characteristics of the hybrid materials were significantly enhanced in comparison with the standard NPB polymer. The electroluminous efficiency of the hybrid devices was considerably enhanced in comparison with the standard device. This suggests a useful application for fabricating “reverse” OLEDs, where the emission light goes-out through the semitransparent cathode, instead of the indium tin oxide (ITO) anode. For this, the ohmic contacts of conducting wires to metallic electrodes can be made much better than to ITO anodes.

The experiment was conducted in winter-spring 2015-2016 in Thua Thien Hue to identify different foliar fertilizer for Petunia hybrida having good growth and development,beautiful colors and long lifetime under local *** experiment included four treatments with three kinds of forliar fertilizers—Dau Trau MK 30-10-5,gibberellin 25-10-10 and abscisic *** control treatment(T0)used sterilized water without foliar *** results showed that all the foliar fertilizers influenced well on growth and development of Petunia *** Trau MK 30-10-5 helped Petunia hybrida have high quality and high value/cost ratio than the others.

Adapting and restricting salinity intrusion in Vietnam is being concerned by more researchers as well as the local *** study aimed to use remote sensing and geographic information system(GIS)technology for mapping paddy areas and salinity intrusion in spring crop 2015 at Phu Vang district,thereby helping precondition for assessing and monitoring changes in salinity intrusion to serve for salinization management in study *** on acquisition imagery,land use map and normalized difference vegetation index(NDVI)were extracted to interpolate the salinity of area by combining the laboratory analysis of collected soil samples from the *** result showed that there were 1,067.107 ha of salinity land area accounting for 10.04%of the rice land in Phu Vang district,where the moderate salinity level was 180.67 ha and low salinity level was 866.431 *** salinity rice land was mainly distributed in Vinh Ha commune,Phu An commune and Phu Dien *** salinity in this area ranged from 0.4 mS/cm to 1.41 mS/cm and the moderate salinity was approximately 0.9 mS/***,this research also showed that the salinity(electrical conductivity)and the development of vegetation(NDVI)were closely related with each other up to 61.4%.
