Detection and localization of the hemoglobin and collagen distribution of the uterine cervix

Changes of the blood vessels and collagen are associated with the development of abnormal cervical ***,optical coberence tomography and Mueller polarization images were 1used to provide information regarding the presence of collagen fibers in the cervical ***,most of these methods need a lot of time for image recording and are *** addition,the general survey on the absorption and distribution characteristics of collagen and blood in the cervical is still *** this study,we developed a colposcopy combining cross-polarized inage and image procssing algorithm with an fficient analytical model to map the distribution of blood and collagen in the *** this system's proof of concept,we captured and processed the case of cervical ectopy and Nabothian *** results show that the distribution of blood and collagen maps matched with anatomical and physiological when compared with Lugol's iodline *** technology has some advantages,such as low cost,real time,and can replace the 11se of acetic acid or Lugol's iodine in the future.

In vitro and in silico studies of salicylic acid on systemic induced resistance against bacterial leaf blight disease and enhancement of crop yield

Salicylic acid(SA)is an effective elicitor to promote plant defenses and *** study aimed to investigate rice(Oryza sativa L.)*** Dawk Mali 105 treated with salicylic acid(SA)-Ricemate as an enhanced plant protection mechanism against bacterial leaf blight(BLB)disease caused by Xanthomonas oryzae ***(Xoo).Results indicated that the use of SA-Ricemate as a foliar spray at concentrations of more than 100 mg L^(-1)can reduce the severity of BLB disease by 71%.SA-Ricemate treatment also increased the hydrogen peroxide(H_(2)O_(2))content of rice leaf tissues over untreated samples by 39–61%.Malondialdehyde(MDA)in rice leaves treated with SA-Ricemate also showed an increase of 50–65%when comparing to non-treated *** differential development of these defense compounds was faster and distinct when the SA-Ricemate-treated rice was infected with Xoo,indicating plant-induced ***,SA-Ricemate elicitor at a concentration of 50–250 mg L^(-1)was correlated with a substantial increase in the accumulation of total chlorophyll content at 2.53–2.73 mg g^(-1)of fresh weight which suggests that plant growth is activated by *** catalase-and aldehyde dehydrogenase-binding sites were searched for using the CASTp server,and the findings were compared to the *** was used to design and optimize SA,which was then docked to the catalase and aldehyde dehydrogenase-binding domains of the enzymes using the GOLD 3.0.1 *** is shown in several docked conformations with the enzymes catalase and aldehyde *** three catalase amino acids(GLN7,VAL27,and GLU38)were discovered to be involved in the creation of a strong hydrogen bond with SA when SA was *** this mechanism,the aldehyde dehydrogenase amino acids LYS5,HIS6,and ASP2 were all implicated,and these amino acids created strong hydrogen bonds with *** field conditions,SA-Ricemate significantly reduced disease severity by 78%and the total grain yield was si

Concentrations of Heavy Metals in Muscle with Relation to the Growth of Two Marine Fish Species

Heavy metal concentrations in muscle and their relation to thegrowth of two marine fish species,including tonguefish( Cynoglossus arel) and mullet( Mugil cephalus),were studied. The samples were collected in Bach Dang estuary andconcentrations of heavy metals( As,Cd,Co,Mn,Cu,Zn,Pb,and V) in muscle of the fisheswere determined. The result showed that the accumulated trend of heavy metal is different between fish species. The concentration of As,Zn,Mn,V,Cu,Pb,Co and Cd in tonguefish were 73. 7 ± 30. 6,22. 82 ± 4.87,3. 44 ± 2. 13,1. 61 ± 0. 15,0. 71 ± 0. 13,0. 45 ± 0. 24,0. 03 ± 0. 02 and 0. 02 ± 0. 02 mg·g-1,respectively. Meanwhile the concentration of Zn,As,V,Mn,Cu,Pb,Co and Cd in mullet were 83. 41 ±19. 68,9. 78 ± 1. 92,1. 36 ± 0. 54,1. 29 ± 0. 51,0. 65 ± 0. 12,0. 42 ± 0. 20,0. 06 ± 0. 03 and0. 03 ± 0. 01mg·g-1,respectively. Comparison of metal levels among thesespecies indicated that the concentrations of As and Mn in tonguefish were significantly higher than those in mullet,whereas Zn levels in mullet were found to be higher than that in tonguefish. There is no significant differences of Cd,Co,Cu,Pb and V levels in muscle between two species. Significant inversed relationshipsbetween concentration levels of metals and lengths of tonguefish were found for Mn,Cu and Zn,butnot for As,Cd,Pb,and V. There were no significant relationships between the heavy metal concentrations and the length of mullet. In general,decreasesof the heavy metal concentrations corresponded to the increases of fish body lengths,particularly for As,Co,Cu,Mn and V and the exception for Cd. Terefore reduced risks were associated with consuming biggermullet fish,and increased risks of As and Cd were associated with consuming bigger tonguefish in Bach Dang river mouth.

The Cooperation of Logistics Among European Countries as These Experiences for South East Countries When It Comes to the Establishment of ASEAN Economic Community

The called paper presents logistics cooperation activities in European countries, which are put in the situation of establishment of ASEAN Economic Community, particularly South East countries. This will be considered as the experience in managing by government officers as well as the board management of logistics. The authors＇ methodology is almost descriptive, theoretical analyses. In addition, conducting information-related survey and in-depth interviews by experts will be considered in case of necessary. This paper focuses on Logistic Corporation leading to result in some benefits including bringing on effective in transportation, cutting cost, and saving time; improving the transportation connectivity among countries in ASEAN area; facilitating the construction of infrastructure and legal framework, and assisting to develop regional logistic activity. In this research, the authors focus on analyzing in the period before and after 2015, they attempt to investigate the turning point in the installment of ASEAN Economic Community, including 10 countries with the signed print by the prime minister in these nations. For future research, it is suggested that the cooperation is worth taking into consideration as the innovation related to management activities in microscopes （inside business） as well as macro scopes （countries） in logistics sector. Furthermore, lessons from the success of the European market are the basis foundation for the ASEAN Economic Community in setting up a common market in the field of logistics, shortening time to avoid mistakes and making the intended plan more possible to develop regional logistic activity. Logistic cooperation among nations has played an important and critical role in formation and development of country collaboration, creating the efficiency and capacity of trade among nations of region. Consequently, this paper can provide valuable pointers for shaping AEC.

Electromagnetic emanation exploration in FPGA-based digital design

As semiconductor technologies have been shrinking,the speed of circuits,integration density,and the number of I/O interfaces have been significantly *** a consequence,electromagnetic emanation(EME)becomes a critical issue in digital system *** devices must meet electromagnetic compatibility(EMC)requirements to ensure that they operate properly,and safely without interference.I/O buffers consume high currents when they *** bonding wires,and lead frames are long enough to play as efficient antennas to radiate electromagnetic interference(EMI).Therefore,I/O switching activities significantly contribute to the *** this paper,we evaluate and analyze the impact of I/O switching activities on the *** will change the circuit configurations such as the supply voltage for I/O banks,their switching frequency,driving current,and slew ***,a trade-off between the switching frequencies and the number of simultaneous switching outputs(SSOs)is also considered in terms of ***,we evaluate the electromagnetic emissions that are associated with the different I/O switching *** results show that the electromagnetic emissions associated I/O switching activities depend strongly on their operating parameters and *** the circuit implementations and measurements are carried out on a Xilinx Spartan-3 FPGA.
