Attribute reduction,also known as feature selection,for decision information systems is one of the most pivotal issues in machine learning and data *** based on the rough set theory and some extensions were proved to be efficient for dealing with the problemof attribute ***,the intuitionistic fuzzy sets based methods have not received much interest,while these methods are well-known as a very powerful approach to noisy decision tables,i.e.,data tables with the low initial classification ***,this paper provides a novel incremental attribute reductionmethod to dealmore effectivelywith noisy decision tables,especially for highdimensional *** particular,we define a new reduct and then design an original attribute reduction method based on the distance measure between two intuitionistic fuzzy *** should be noted that the intuitionistic fuzzypartitiondistance iswell-knownas aneffectivemeasure todetermine important *** interestingly,an incremental formula is also developed to quickly compute the intuitionistic fuzzy partition distance in case when the decision table increases in the number of *** formula is then applied to construct an incremental attribute reduction algorithm for handling such dynamic ***,some experiments are conducted on real datasets to show that our method is far superior to the fuzzy rough set based methods in terms of the size of reduct and the classification accuracy.

Text summarization aims to generate a concise version of the original *** longer the summary text is,themore detailed it will be fromthe original text,and this depends on the intended ***,the problem of generating summary texts with desired lengths is a vital task to put the research into *** solve this problem,in this paper,we propose a new method to integrate the desired length of the summarized text into the encoder-decoder model for the abstractive text summarization *** length parameter is integrated into the encoding phase at each self-attention step and the decoding process by preserving the remaining length for calculating headattention in the generation process and using it as length embeddings added to theword *** conducted experiments for the proposed model on the two data sets,Cable News Network(CNN)Daily and NEWSROOM,with different desired output *** obtained results show the proposed model’s effectiveness compared with related studies.

Planning and scheduling is one of the most important activity in supply chain operation *** the years,there have been multiple researches regarding planning and scheduling which are applied to improve a variety of supply *** includes two commonly used methods which are mathematical programming models and heuristics *** manufacturing systems are seen normally in industrial environments but few have considered certain constraints such as transportation capacity and transportation time within their supply chain.A two-stage flowshop of a single processing machine and a batch processing machine are considered with their capacity and transportation time between *** objectives of this research are to build a suitable mathematical model capable of minimizing the maximum completion time,to propose a heuristic optimization algorithm to solve the problem,and to develop an applicable program of the heuristics *** Integer Programming(MIP)model and a heuristics optimization algorithmwas developed and tested using a randomly generated data set for *** overall results and performance of each approach was compared between the two methods that would assist the decision maker in choosing a suitable solution for their manufacturing line.

The effect of electric vehicle energy storage on the transition to renewable energy

The most viable path to alleviate the Global Climate Change is the substitution of fossil fuel power plants for electricity generation with renewable energy *** substitution requires the development of very large energy storage capacity,with the inherent thermodynamic irreversibility of the storage-recovery ***,the world experiences a significant growth in the numbers of electric vehicles with large batteries.A fleet of electric vehicles is equivalent to an efficient storage capacity system to supplement the energy storage system of the electricity *** based on the hourly demand-supply data of ERCOT,a very large electricity grid,show that a fleet of electric vehicles cannot provide all the needed capacity and the remaining capacity must be met by *** though the storage capacity of the batteries is close to 1–2%of the needed storage capacity of the grid,the superior round-trip storage efficiency of batteries reduces the energy dissipation associated with the storage and recovery processes by up to 38%and the total hydrogen storage capacity by up to 50%.The study also shows that anticipated improvements in the round-trip efficiencies of batteries are almost three times more effective than improvements in hydrogen storage systems.

Myo-inositol versus metformin effects on clinical features, endocrine and metabolic profiles in infertile women with polycystic ovary syndrome: A randomized controlled trial

Objective:To compare the effectiveness of inositol and metformin on the clinical characteristics,and endocrine and metabolic profiles of infertile polycystic ovarian syndrome(PCOS)women from ***:From June 2018 to August 2022,a randomized trial was undertaken at the Hue Center for Endocrinology and Reproduction on infertile women aged 18 to 40 years with polycystic ovarian *** clinical,endocrine,and metabolic features of these individuals were assessed before and after 3 months of treatment with 2 g of inositol or 1700 mg of metformin per *** pregnancy rates,adverse effects,and tolerance of inositol were ***:The study included 171 infertile PCOS women who were eligible to participate and took part in the baseline assessment,of whom 132 women participated in data analysis after 3 *** metformin treatment,42.1%of women with oligomenorrhea experienced regular *** significantly lowered body mass index(BMI),waist circumference and testosterone levels,but had no effect on other clinical characteristics,endocrine profiles,or metabolic profiles.29.2%Of women reported experiencing side effects.21%Of them attained pregnancy,which resulted in 17.1%of live *** the inositol group,the rate of regular cycle increased by 18.2%and the total testosterone concentration significantly *** overweight/obese women with PCOS,inositol significantly decreased weight,BMI,waist and hip circumferences(P<0.05).100%Of women tolerated inositol and continued treatment.18.9%Of them became pregnant,leading to 17%of live ***:Metformin and inositol can improve weight and waist circumference in overweight/obese infertile women with *** is associated with a higher rate of regular menstruation,whereas inositol is associated with a lower rate of adverse *** spontaneous conception,clinical pregnancy,and live birth rates between two groups are comparable.

In this paper we prove the existence and uniqueness of time global mild solutions to the Navier-Stokes-Oseen equations,which describes dynamics of incompressible viscous fluid flows passing a translating and rotating obstacle,in the solenoidal Lorentz space L_(σ,w)^(3)·Besides,boundedness and polynomial stability of these solutions are also shown.

Progress towards universal HIV testing among TB patients in viet Nam:a retrospective cohort evaluation of TB/HIV surveillance,2011-2017

Background:Tuberculosis(TB)and HIV remain a major causes of morbidity and mortality *** conducted an analysis of TB/HIV surveillance data to describe the trends in HIV testing coverage and HIV positivity rate among TB patients in viet Nam,*** text:This was a descriptive study based on review and analysis of surveillance data from the National Tuberculosis Control Programme from 2011 to *** this period,721342 TB cases were *** these,520490(72.2%)had a previously documented HIV status or were tested for HIV during TB care and *** proportion of TB patients whose HIV status was reported increased,from 58.5%in 2011 to 82.9%in 2017(P value for trend=0.014).The proportion of TB patients infected with HIV decreased,from 8.0%in 2011 to 3.7%in 2017(P value for trend=0.018).Conclusions:The proportion of TB patients with a reported HIV status was increased from 2011 to 2017,however HIV testing coverage remained below the National Tuberculosis Control Programme targets(>90%).National Tuberculosis Control Programme needs to focus on ensuring eveny registered TB patients has a documented HIV status,ensuring full coverage of HIV testing as part of routine TB care.
