in recent years there has been an increasing interest.in the use of autohydrogenotrophic bacteria to treat nitrate from wastewater. However, our knowledge about the characteristics of extracellular polymeric substances（EPS） releasing by these activities is not yet very advanced. t.is study aimed to investigate the change in EPS compositions under various p H values and hydrogen flow rates, taking into consideration nitrogen removal. Results showed that p H 7.5 and a hydrogen flow rate of 90 m L/min were the optimal operating conditions, resulting in 100% nitrogen removal after 6 hr of operation. Soluble and bound polysaccharides decreased, while bound prot.ins increased with increasing p H. Polysaccharides increased with increasing hydrogen flow rate. No significant change of bound prot.ins was observed at various hydrogen flow rates.

the sensitivity of graphene’s Raman characteristics to external perturbations can be exploited for sensing *** apply t.is principle,Raman spectroscopy of graphene in contact with a chemical/biological analyte is recorded to unravel a correlation between analyte’s physical/chemical/biological properties and electronic properties(Fermi energy and dopants level)of *** an example,we demonstrate the principle and operation of glucose measurement using graphene’s Raman spectroscopy,utilizing both affinity and enzymatic detection *** the affinity detection,we monitor Raman spectrum of graphene in contact with a glucose cont.ining sample to quantify the attachment of glucose onto 1-pyrene boronic acid(PBA)functionalized *** is revealed that glucose covalent bond to PBA induces n-type doping in graphene and increases its Fermi level following the Hill–Langmuir *** the enzymatic detection,we show that graphene’s Fermi energy shifts due to the biocatalytic oxidation of glucose by immobilized glucose oxidase(GOx)*** a result,graphene becomes p-doped with increasing glucose *** att.ibute t.is sensitivity to a re-dist.ibution of ionic charges wit.in the elect.ic double layer(EDL)of graphene upon introducing the glucose *** model explains both our affinity and enzymatic glucose detection *** glucose detection,our graphene Raman spectroscopy-based sensor(GRS)may extend its applications to a broader range of remote and non-invasive detection without the need to employ electronics such as field-effect transistors.

t.is paper presents a Game-theoretic optimization via Parallel Min-Max Ant System(PMMAS)algorithm is used in practice to determine the Nash equilibrium value to resolve the confusion in choosing appropriate bidders of multi-round procurement problem in software project *** t.is end,we introduce an approach that proposes:(i)A Game-theoretic model of multiround procurement problem(ii)A Nash equilibrium strategy corresponds to multi-round strategy bid(iii)An application of PSO for the determination of global Nash *** balance point.in Nash Equilibrium can help to maint.in a sust.inable structure not only in terms of project management but also in terms of future *** an alternative of procuring entities subjectively,a methodology to support decision making has been studied using Nash equilibrium to create a balance point on benefit.in procurement where buyers and suppliers need multiple rounds of *** goal focus on the balance point.in Nash Equilibrium to optimizing bidder selection in multi-round procurement which is the most beneficial for both investors and selected *** PMMAS algorithm is implemented based on MPi(message passing interface)to find the approximate optimal solution for the question of how to choose bidders and ensure a path for a win-win relationship of all participants in the procurement *** also evaluate the speedup ratio and parallel efficiency between our algorithm and other proposed *** the experiment results,the high feasibility and effectiveness of the PMMAS algorithm are verified.

Wastewater cont.ining an azo dye Orange G(OG)causes massive environmental pollution,thus it.is critical to develop a highly effective,environmental-friendly,and reusable catalyst.in peroxymonosulfate(PMS)activation for OG *** t.is work,we successfully applied a magnetic MnFe_(2)O_(4)/α-MnO_(2) hybrid fabricated by a simple hydrothermal method for OG removal in *** characteristics of the hybrid were investigated by Xray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy,energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,Brunauer–Emmett–teller method,vibrating sample magnetometry,electron paramagnetic resonance,thermogravimet.ic analysis,and X-ray photoelectron *** effects of operational parameters(i.e.,catalytic system,catalytic dose,solution pH,and temperature)were *** results exhibited that 96.8% of OG degradation was obt.ined with MnFe_(2)O_(4)/α-MnO2(1:9)/PMS system in 30 min regardless of solution pH ***,the possible reaction mechanism of the coupling system was proposed,and the degradation intermediates of OG were identified by mass *** radical quenching experiments and EPR tests demonstrated that SO_(4)•̶,O_(2)•̶,and 1O2 were the primary reactive oxygen species responsible for the OG *** hybrid also displayed unusual stability with less than 30%loss in the OG removal after four sequential ***,magnetic MnFe2O4/α-MnO2 hybrid could be used as a high potential activator of PMS to remove orange G and maybe other dyes from wastewater.

t.is study adapts the flexible characteristic of meshfree method in analyzing three-dimensional(3D)complex geometry structures,which are the interlocking concrete blocks of step *** elastostatic behavior of the block is analysed by solving the Galerkin weak form formulation over local support *** 3D moving least square(MLS)approximation is applied to build the interpolation functions of *** pre-defined number of nodes in an integration domain ranging from 10 to 60 nodes is also investigated for their effect on the studied *** accuracy and efficiency of the studied method on 3D elastostatic responses are validated through the comparison with the solutions of standard finite element method(FEM)using linear shape functions on tetrahedral elements and the well-known commercial software,*** results show that elastostatic responses of studied concrete block obt.ined by meshfree method converge faster and are more accurate than those of standard *** studied meshfree method is effective in the analysis of static responses of complex geometry *** amount of discretised nodes wit.in the integration domain used in building MLS shape functions should be in the range from 30 to 60 nodes and should not be less than 20 nodes.

t.is paper presents the calibration of a neutron dose rate meter and the evaluation of its calibration factors(CFs)in several neutron standard fields(i.e.,two standard fields with bare sources of252Cf and241Am-Be,and five simulated workplace fields with241Am-Be moderated sources).the calibration in standard fields with bare sources was conducted by following the recommendations of the iSO 8529 *** measured total neutron ambient dose equivalent rates,denoted as H*(10)tot,were analyzed to obt.in direct components,denoted as H*(10)dir,using a reduced fit.ing *** CF was then calculated as the ratio between the conventional true value of the neutron ambient dose equivalent rate in a free field,denoted as H*(10)FF,and the value of H*(10)*** contrast.in the simulated workplace neutron fields,the calibration of the neutron dose rate meter was conducted by following the iSO 12789 *** CF was calculated as the ratio between the values of H*(10)totmeasured by a standard instrument.i.e.,Bonner sphere spectrometer)and the neutron dose rate *** CF values were obt.ined in the range of 0.88–*** standard uncert.inties(k=1)of the CFs were determined to be in the range of approximately 6.6–13.1%.

A hybrid of organic/inorganic system, hollow mesoporous silica nanoparticles functionalized with poly(ethylene glycol), was synthesized in the presence of coupling agent and aminated ends. Doxorubicin(DOX) was used as a model drug to evaluate the effect of PEGylation on the loading capacity and release pattern of the *** with transmission electron microscopy(tEM) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM), X-ray diffraction(XRD), nitrogen adsorption-desorption, thermogravimet.ic analysis(tGA) and Fourier transformed infrared(FtiR) confirmed the PEG conjugation, as well as the amorphous mesoporous nature of the synthesized particles. Due to the capping effect of PEG molecules over the pores in the silica structure, the synthesized system was able to ret.in higher amount of cargo and establish a controlled manner when releasing.

there have been many digital signature schemes were developed based on the discrete logarithm problem on a finite *** t.is study,we use the elliptic curve discrete logarithm problem to build new collective signature *** cryptosystem on elliptic curve allows to generate digital signatures with the same level of security as other cryptosystems but with smaller *** extend practical applicability and enhance the security level of the group signature protocols,we propose two new types of collective digital signature schemes based on the discrete logarithm problem on the elliptic curve:i)the collective digital signature scheme shared by several signing groups and ii)the collective digital signature scheme shared by several signing groups and several individual *** two new types of collective signatures have combined the advantages of group digital signatures and collective digital *** signatures have a fixed size and do not depend on the number of members participating in the creation of the final collective *** of the advantages of the proposed collective signature protocols is that they can be deployed on top of the available public key infrastructures.

Digital signature schemes are often built based on the difficulty of the discrete logarithm problems,of the problem of factor analysis,of the problem of finding the roots modulo of large primes or a combination of the difficult problems mentioned *** t.is paper,we use the new difficult problem,which is to find the wth root.in the finite ground field GF(p)to build representative collective signature schemes,but the chosen modulo p has a special structure distinct p=Nt_(0)t_(1)t_(2)+1,where N is an even number and t_(0),t_(1),t_(2) are prime numbers of equal magnitude,about 80 *** characteristics of the proposed scheme are:i)the private key of each signer consists of 2 components(K_(1),K_(2)),randomly selected,but the public key has only one component(Y)calculated by the formula Y=K_(w)^(1)_(1) K^(w)_(2)^(2);w_(1)=t_(0)t_(1) and w_(2)=t_(0)t_(2);and ii)the generated signature consists of a set of 3 components(e,S_(1),S_(2)).We use the technique of hiding the signer’s public key Y,which is the coefficientλgenerated by the group nanager,in the process of forming the group signature and representative collective signature to enhance the privacy of all members of the signing collective.
