the paper introduces a novel approach for detecting structural damage in full-scale structures using surrogate models generated from incomplete modal data and deep neural networks(DNNs).A significant challenge in t.is field is the limited availability of measurement data for full-scale structures,which is addressed in t.is paper by generating data sets using a reduced finite element(FE)model constructed by SAP2000 software and the MAtLAB programming *** surrogate models are trained using response data obt.ined from the monitored structure through a limited number of measurement *** proposed approach involves training a single surrogate model that can quickly predict the location and severity of damage for all potential *** achieve the most generalized surrogate model,the study explores different types of layers and hyperparameters of the training algorithm and employs state-of-the-art techniques to avoid overfit.ing and to accelerate the training *** approach’s effectiveness,efficiency,and applicability are demonstrated by two numerical *** study also verifies the robustness of the proposed approach on data sets with sparse and noisy measured ***,the proposed approach is a promising alternative to traditional approaches that rely on FE model updating and optimization algorithms,which can be computationally *** approach also shows potential for broader applications in structural damage detection.

EP Aquarii:A New Picture of the Circumstellar Envelope

New analyses of earlier ALMA observations of oxygen-rich AGB star EP Aquarii are presented,which complete a previously published analysis and offer a different.interpretation of the morpho-kinematics of the circumstellar *** birth of the equatorial density enhancement(EDE)is shown to occur very close to the star where evidence for rotation has been *** to the star and where outflows have been observed:their interaction with the gas of the nascent EDE is seen to play an important role in the development of the wind and the evolution of its radial velocity from 8 to 10 km s^(-1) on the polar symmetry axis to~2 km s^(-1) at the *** implies complex morpho-kinematics:making reliable interpretations with reasonable confidence is *** particular,it questions an earlier interpretation implying the presence of a white dwarf companion orbiting the star at an angular distance of -0″4 from its *** proposes instead an interpretation in terms of a standard mass ejection associated with a shock wave leaving a void of emission in its *** Doppler velocity wings are seen to consist of two components,the upper velocity end of the global wind,reaching above±12 km s^(-1),and an effective line broadening,confined wit.in 200 mas from the center of the star,reaching above±20 km s^(-1) and interpreted as caused by the pattern of shock waves resulting from the interaction between stellar pulsation and convective cell partition.

in t.iswork,the perovskite LaZnO_(3) was synthesized via sol-gel method and applied for photocatalytic treatment of sulfamet.izole(SMZ)antibiotics under visible light *** was almost completely degraded(99.2%±0.3%)wit.in 4 hr by photocatalyst LaZnO3 at the optimal dosage of 1.1 g/L,with amineralization proportion of 58.7%±0.4%.the efficient performance of LaZnO_(3) can be att.ibuted to itswide-range light absorption and the appropriate energy band edge levels,which facilitate the formation of active agents such as·O_(2)^(−),h^(+),and·*** integration of RP-HPLC/Q-tOF-MS and DFt-based computational techniques revealed three degradation pathways of SMZ,which were initiated by the deamination reaction at the aniline ring,the breakdown of the sulfonamidemoieties,and a process known as Smile-type rearrangement and SO2 *** toxicity of SMZ and the intermediateswere analyzed by quantitative structure activity relationship(QSAR),indicating the effectiveness of LaZnO_(3)-based photocatalysis in preventing secondary pollution of the intermediates to the ecosystem during the degradation *** visible-light-activated photocatalyst LaZnO_(3) exhibited efficient performance in the occurrence of inorganic anions and maint.ined high durability across multiple recycling tests,making it a promising candidate for practical antibiotic treatment.

Beta-lactam antibiotic resistance among Escherichia coli isolates from patients with urinary tract.infections in Vietnam:A systematic review and meta-analysis

Objective:to investigate the evolving patterns of antimicrobial resistance against beta-lactam antibiotics in Escherichia coli isolates from urinary tract.infection patients in Vietnam,covering the period from 2005 to ***:29 Descriptive studies published between 2010 and 2022 in English and Vietnamese were included in the *** on resistance rates to beta-lactam antibiotics,including cephalosporins and carbapenems,were extracted and *** pooled resistance rates were calculated using random-effects *** trends in resistance were assessed using linear regression ***:Among the beta-lactam antibiotics studied,Escherichia coli exhibited varying levels of resistance,with cephalosporins showing higher resistance rates compared to *** pooled resistance rates were 66%for cefotaxime,65%for ceft.iaxone,54%for ceftazidime,and 56%for *** contrast,carbapenems demonstrated lower resistance rates,with weighted pooled resistance rates ranging from 3%to 4%for meropenem,ertapenem,and *** rates were also observed for amoxicillin/clavulanate(35%),ticarcillin/clavulanate(26%),and piperacillin/tazobactam(12%).Significant annual increases in resistance were noted for imipenem(0.56%,Pions:t.is study highlights the critical issue of antimicrobial resistance in urinary tract.infections in Vietnam and emphasizes the importance of prudent antibiotic use and the regular monitoring of resistance *** insights are useful for guiding healthcare professionals in optimizing treatment strategies and for policymakers in formulating evidence-based clinical guidelines to combat antibiotic resistance effectively.

Objective:to investigate the prevalence and risk factors associated with long COViD symptoms among children and adolescents who have recovered from ***:t.is study applied a cross-sectional approach wit.in community set.ings in a southern province of Vietnam.A structured questionnaire featuring socio-demographic information and common long COViD symptoms was *** correlation coefficients assessed associations among pairs of long COViD ***,multivariable logistic regression models were performed to investigate the risk factors of long COViD in recovered COViD-19 children and ***:Among 422 participants,39.3%reported long COViD symptoms,with a prevalence of 45.2%(SD=0.5)in children and 22.2%(SD=0.4)in *** symptoms reported were cough 34.6%(SD=0.5),fatigue 20.6%(SD=0.4),shortness of breath 10.9%(SD=0.3),and lack of appetite 6.6%(SD=0.3).Concerning risk factors of long COViD,a higher risk was observed among demographic groups,including girls(OR 1.25,95%Ci 1.15-1.37;Pildren compared to adolescents(OR 1.24,95%Ci 1.12-1.37;Pight.individuals(OR 1.14,95%Ci 1.02-1.27;P=0.018,reference:healthy weight),and participants without any COViD-19 vaccination(OR 1.36,95%Ci 1.20-1.54;Pived only one single dose(OR 1.35,95%Ci 1.10-1.64;P=0.004)compared to those who have received two ***,patients with a COViD-19 treatment duration exceeding two weeks also had a higher risk of long COViD(OR 1.32,95%Ci 1.09-1.60;P=0.003)than those who recovered less than seven ***:the insights from t.is study provide crucial guidance for predicting the factors associated with the occurrence of long COViD in pediat.ic patients,cont.ibuting to strategic interventions aimed at mitigating the long COViD risks among children and adolescents in Vietnam.

Urea-assisted natural seawater electrolysis is an emerging technology that.is effective for grid-scale carbon-neutral hydrogen mass production yet *** scaling relations is an effective strategy to break through the bottleneck of natural seawater ***,by DFt calculation,we demonstrated that the interface boundaries between Ni2P and MoO2play an essential role in the selfrelaxation of the Ni-O interfacial bond,effectively modulating a coordination number of intermediates to control independently their adsorption-free energy,thus circumventing the adsorption-energy scaling *** t.is conceptual model,a well-defined 3D F-doped Ni2P-MoO2heterostructure microrod array was rationally designed via an interfacial engineering strategy toward urea-assisted natural seawater *** a result,the F-Ni2P-MoO2exhibits eminently active and durable bifunctional catalysts for both HER and OER in acid,alkaline,and alkaline sea water-based *** in-situ analysis,we found that a t.in amorphous layer of NiOOH,which is evolved from the Ni2P during anodic reaction,is real catalytic active sites for the OER and UOR ***,such electrode-assembled urea-assisted natural seawater electrolyzer requires low voltages of 1.29 and 1.75 V to drive 10 and600 mA cm-2and demonstrates superior durability by operating continuously for 100 h at 100 mA cm-2,beyond commercial Pt/C || RuO2and most previous reports.

Advancing Wound Filling Extraction on 3D Faces:An Auto-Segmentation and Wound Face Regeneration Approach

Facial wound segmentation plays a crucial role in preoperative planning and optimizing patient outcomes in various medical *** t.is paper,we propose an efficient approach for automating 3D facial wound segmentation using a two-stream graph convolutional *** method leverages the Cir3D-FaiR dataset and addresses the challenge of data imbalance through extensive experimentation with different loss *** achieve accurate segmentation,we conducted thorough experiments and selected a high-performing model from the *** selectedmodel demonstrates exceptional segmentation performance for complex 3D facial ***,based on the segmentation model,we propose an improved approach for extracting 3D facial wound fillers and compare it to the results of the previous *** method achieved a remarkable accuracy of 0.9999993% on the test suite,surpassing the performance of the previous *** t.is result,we use 3D printing technology to illustrate the shape of the wound *** outcomes of t.is study have significant.implications for physicians involved in preoperative planning and intervention *** automating facial wound segmentation and improving the accuracy ofwound-filling extraction,our approach can assist.in carefully assessing and optimizing interventions,leading to enhanced patient ***,it cont.ibutes to advancing facial reconstruction techniques by utilizing machine learning and 3D bioprinting for printing skin tissue *** source code is available at https://***/SiMOGroup/WoundFilling3D.
