An optimized formulation of a sustained release tablet of Gliclazide was developed. The use of Doptimal design with a polynomial statistical model to analyze dissolution data reduced the number of laboratory tests required to obtain an optimal dosage form. The final formulation contained 22 mg of Methocel®E15LV, 16.5 mg Methocel®E15 and 10.0 mg of Dibasic Calcium Phosphate per 30 mg Gliclazide sustained release tablet. Dissolution studies performed on tablets from 5000 tablet test batches released greater than 90 percent of loaded drug in eight hours. Drug release from the optimized tablets followed a pattern more closely similar to zero-order than other mechanisms of drug release tested. Storage of tablets in accelerated and ambient conditions for 6 and 12 months respectively did not alter any of the physico-chemical properties, drug release or the drug release rate compared to initial observations and dissolution data of the prepared tablets. The addition of potassium phosphate and monosodium phosphate to the tablet reduced the effect pH has on Gliclazide dissolution compared to the commercially available product.

外语对学生来说是一门非常难学的科目,尤其是语法方面更难。汉语时间副词数量较多,汉语时间副词与越南语对应词有相似之处也有不同之处。因此,处于越南汉语初级阶段的学生在习得汉语时间副词时难以把握其知识点,并在使用的过程中容易产生偏误,成为一道难题。因此本研究采用问卷调查法、对比分析访谈法、偏误分析法等,对越南汉语初级阶段学生习得汉语时间副词情况展开研究分析。同时提出针对性的教学对策,为提高越南学生的汉语能力贡献一份绵薄之力。本文绪论主要阐述了论文的研究缘起、文献综述、研究方法和语料来源。第一章概况汉语时间副词和越南语时间副词的特征和概念,分析汉语和越南语时间副词的概念、分类以及汉语时间副词的语法功能。第二章对13个汉语时间副词“先”、“刚”、“正”、“在”、“正在”、“就”、“一直”、“已经”、“才”、“快”、“马上”、“曾经”、“立即”与越南语对应词进行对比,找出它们之间的异同点。第三章从越南汉语初级阶段学生习得13个汉语时间副词的实际情况出发,调查越南汉语初级阶段学生使用13个汉语时间副词偏误情况。第四章指出导致这些偏误的原因,包括客观因素和主观因素。第五章基于这些原因,提出了适当的纠正建议,以克服越南汉语初级阶段学生习得汉语时间副词的偏误。

The main objective of this study is to predict soil erosion in the Lattakia Governorate(W Syria) using the Water Erosion Prediction Project model(WEPP) and to compare the result with that of the RUSle. Field survey and data collection were carried out, and 44 soil samples were analyzed. In addition, all the necessary input files were prepared for use in the WEPP model and RUSle. Results show that more than of 80% of the locations studied experience slight to moderate erosion(less than 5 t/ha/y), whereas the rest of the locations experience severe soil erosion hazard. Moreover, the volume of runoff estimated by the WEPP model is in the range of 51 e321 mm, and the R~2 between the simulated soil erosion and the predicted runoff reached 0.68. Interestingly, the R~2 between the WEPP model and RUSle is 0.56, which indicates a good correlation between the two models.

Hazards and disasters have always negative impacts on the way of *** is an overwhelming natural as well as man-made disaster that causes loss of natural resources and human properties throughout *** present study aimed to assess and compare the prediction efficiency of different models in landslide susceptibility in the Kysuca river basin,*** this regard,the fuzzy decision-making trial and evaluation laboratory combining with the analytic network process(FDEMATEL-ANP),Naïve Bayes(NB)classifier,and random forest(RF)classifier were ***,a landslide inventory map was produced with 2000 landslide and nonlandslide points by randomly dividedwith a ratio of 70%:30%for training and testing,*** geospatial database for assessing the landslide susceptibility was generated with the help of 16 landslide conditioning factors by allowing for topographical,hydrological,lithological,and land cover *** ReliefF methodwas considered for determining the significance of selected conditioning factors and inclusion in the model ***,the landslide susceptibility maps(LSMs)were generated using the FDEMATEL-ANP,Naïve Bayes(NB)classifier,and random forest(RF)classifier ***,the area under curve(AUC)and different arithmetic evaluation were used for validating and comparing the results and *** results revealed that random forest(RF)classifier is a promising and optimum model for landslide susceptibility in the study area with a very high value of area under curve(AUC=0.954),lower value of mean absolute error(MAE=0.1238)and root mean square error(RMSE=0.2555),and higher value of Kappa index(K=0.8435)and overall accuracy(OAC=92.2%).

The Tan Rai Bauxite Project, which exploits a large bauxite mine in Lam Dong province, Vietnam has been in operation since 2012. In addition to the economic efficiency of the project, bauxite mining and processing uses a large area arable land and affect the regional environment. Remote sensing technology is increasingly widely used in many purposes in monitoring the changes of environment and resources, including land use change with high accuracy, giving managers more information to monitor the exploitation and use process of land resource. This study used a Change Vector Analysis (CVA) method of analysis on various remote sensing data sources to monitor the process of land exploitation and restoration of the Tan Rai Bauxite project. High-resolution remote sensing images were used as diverse as SPOT-5, VNREDSat-1, Google Earth from 2013 to 2019 to demonstrate the ability of the MCVA method to combine many other types of remote sensing images together. The results of fluctuation analysis were validated by 200 random points in the study area, and the accuracy of result is more than 90%. The results of land use change statistics were also compared with the annual data of Tan Rai Bauxite Factory. From this study, it can be concluded that the MCVA analysis method can quickly detect land use change areas and can combine many different image sources with a high accuracy. In addition, it also provides statistics of mining areas and restored areas, thereby assisting managers in monitoring the operation of the mine.

Starch is an essential but very complex semi-crystalline biopolymer. In addition to being an important food source, numerous industrial applications have been proposed for this renewable material. Most applications are highly dependent on the physical properties of the material which are a strong function of the amount of intra- and inter-molecular interactions. This research investigates the potential to manipulate the type and amount of chain-chain interactions to tailor the properties of starch for different applications. Three types of additives acting as probe molecules were used to vary these interactions by changing the amounts and the pH of each sample: a very polar organic molecule, glycerol, a high electron density compound, TiO2, and a mostly hydrophobic organic molecule, cholesterol. Differential scanning calorimetry was used to determine the strength and the amount of chain-chain interactions while Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy was used to follow the nature of these interactions. Results show that the different probe molecules do interact with starch but form chemical interactions at different locations on the chain. We conclude that with proper play on amount, type of additive, temperature cycle, and pH a composite of starch could be tailored for numerous and specific applications.

Collocations transmit cultural and societal meanings and stereotypes which have built up over time;therefore,research of collocations,especially lexical collocations,provides particular insights into *** present study examines verb-noun lexical collocations of'eat'and'wear'between 1800 and 2000 through three corpora:Corpus of Historical American English(COHA),Corpus of Contemporary American English(COCA)and Google Books(American).Whilst exploring possible semantic changes in the use of these two verbs,the author seeks for the explanation of the alternative of old collocations and the appearance of new *** is found that there is not much fluctuation in the meaning of'eat'and'wear'after two ***,it also reveals that social changes have had great impacts on language changes which can modify or create new collocations in the verbnoun lexical collocation of'eat'and 'wear'.By means of identifying the syntagmatic and paradigmatic properties of verb-noun lexical collocation of'eat'and 'wear',it is clearly shown that corpus has potential applications in translation studies,language teaching,and other scientific fields.

进入21世纪后,教育愈加成为经济社会发展的源动力。越南政府、社会非常重视教育事业的发展,教育规模与教育投入增长迅速,极大地促进了越南教育事业的扩张。但是,受限于越南整体的经济社会发展水平,其教育投入经费始终相对有限,而教育规模始终持续扩张,对学校教育财政管理,提高财政投入的利用效率的提出了更高的要求。因此,本文以越南广义省为例,研究其基础教育财政管理工作的现状,分析财政管理工作存在的问题,并提出针对性的改善措施。广义省是越南中部地区的重点省市,但是其城镇化进程慢,80%以上的人口分布于农村,在一定程度上限制了广义省经济社会的发展。研究发现,广义省的教育财政管理存在一定的问题,主要表现为教育财政投入相对不足,用于个人支出的比例过高,教育财政更多的是表现为生存型财政,而发展相对乏力。对公立教育而言,公立教育的基础设施支出增长乏力,教育培训支出占比较少,学费收入逐年增加,对贫困生的负担日益增加;对外公立教育而言,外公立教育以学费收入为主,主要用于支付教师工资、租地费用以及日常运行经费,可用于教师培训的费用以及利润额度较低，限制了外公立学校教师的发展以及投资者投资的积极性。上述问题制约了广义省基础教育事业的发展,对此,笔者认为应当从以下几方面采取措施:加大越南政府对基础教育的投入、建立与完善专项财政转移支付制度、积极拓宽教育经费筹措渠道、完善越南广义省基础教育财政管理制度。本文主要由五大部分构成:第一的部分是分为研究背景及意义,介绍了研究背景,研究目的与意义,研究问题与方法,概念界定等;第二部分是从文献综述,分越南国内外视角梳理基础教育财政管理的相关文献,奠定文献资料基础;第三部分为越南广义省基础教育事业发展概况,从公立学校、外公立学校、师资、教室、教育质量等方面介绍了广义省基础教育事业的状况;第四部分为广义省基础教育财政管理概况,介绍了广义省基础教育财政管理的内容,从此分析了广义省基础教育财政管理的现状,指出其存在的问题;第五部分,针对广义省基础教育财政管理中存在的问题,提出相应的对策建议,以期能够改善广义省教育财政管理。

论文“改革开放后越南的研究通货膨胀研究”集中于在理论和实践分析越南和世界上的通货膨胀,着力分析自从1986年越南改革开放以后出现的通货膨胀产生的原因以及治理。本文主要解决了以下四个方面：一是通货膨胀成为整个世界一个热闹的话题,当然在越南同样是一个热闹的话题。二是引致越南通货膨胀的原因。引致越南通货膨胀的首要原因是越南政府的决策失误,出现了大量的财政赤字;其次是越南国家银行没有权力去独立地调整货币政策,从而导致政策有时无效,甚至于对经济有害。国内生产仍然不能满足国内的需要,从而依赖于进口,导致也存在着输入型通货膨胀。三是分析在不同时期采用不同政策治理通货膨胀和解决经济问题的政策效果。文章分析发现越南在不同时期采用不同的政策治理通货膨胀或者通货紧缩,例如汇率政策、利率政策、货币供给政策和财政政策。但仍然存在着以下问题：过紧的货币供给、政策效果时滞、越南盾贬值等等……。四是文章提出了在今后治理通货膨胀、促进经济增长的对策建议：极端审慎的财政政策、审慎使用的货币政策、银行体系改革和调整汇率政策。尽管本文已经对改革开放后越南通货膨胀的研究有了一定的进展,但随着世界经济一体化的进程,通货膨胀将会成为未来更迫切的课题。因此,我希望这篇文章有益于越南通货膨胀理论和宏观经济的研究。
