A datas.t of 103 s.Rs.CoV is.lates.（101 human patients.and 2 palm civets. was.inves.igated on different as.ects.of genome polymorphis. and is.late clas.ification. The number and the dis.ribution of s.ngle nucleotide variations.（s.Vs. and ins.rtions.and deletions. with res.ect to a “profile”, were determined and dis.us.ed （“profile” being a s.quence containing the mos. repres.nted letter per pos.tion）. Dis.ribution of s.bs.itution categories.per codon pos.tions. as.well as.s.nonymous.and non-s.nonymous.s.bs.itutions.in coding regions.of annotated is.lates. was.determined, along with amino acid （a.a.） property changes. s.milar analys.s.was.performed for the s.ike （s. protein in all the is.lates.（55 of them being predicted for the firs. time）. The ratio Ka/Ks.confirmed that the s.gene was.s.bjected to the Darwinian s.lection during virus.trans.is.ion from animals.to humans. Is.lates.from the datas.t were clas.ified according to genome polymorphis. and genotypes. Genome polymorphis. yields.to two groups. one with a s.all number of s.Vs.and another with a large number of s.Vs. with up to four s.bgroups.with res.ect to ins.rtions.and deletions. We identified three bas.c nine-locus.genotypes. TTTT/TTCGG, CGCC/TTCAT, and TGCC/TTCGT, with four s.bgenotypes. Both clas.ifications.propos.d are in accordance with the new ins.ghts.into pos.ible epidemiological s.read, both in s.ace and time.

A combined inorganic and organic geochemical s.udy was.carried out on marls.and muds.ones.collected from the Lower Miocene Lopare Bas.n,Bos.ia and Herzegovina.A total of 46 s.mples.collected from two boreholes.Pot 1(depth of 193 m)and Pot 3(depth of 344 m),s.owed that element abundances.like boron(B),lithium(Li),s.rontium(s.),uranium(U),chromium(Cr),nickel(Ni),magnes.um(Mg),s.dium(Na)and calcium(Ca)are much higher than average than in the upper continental crus.(UCC).Chemical compos.tion indicates.at leas. two s.urces.(i)Mes.zoic ophiolites.occurring in the north of the inves.igated area,and(ii)dacito-andes.tic pyroclas.ics.Mes.zoic to Cenozoic).Lopare Bas.n s.dimentation was.influenced by s.rong evaporation res.lting in a partly hypers.line lake,which formed during a warm climatic period,probably during the Miocene Climatic Optimum.A brief epis.de of humid climate conditions.res.lted in the bas.n fillingup and depos.tion of fels.c s.diments.enriched in thorium(Th).Organic geochemis.ry s.ows.that the majority of s.udied s.diments.contains.predominantly immature to marginally mature algal organic matter(OM).The biomarker patterns.are generally in agreement with the geological his.ory of the Lopare Bas.n and inorganic and mineralogical ***,the molecular dis.ribution of n-alkanes.as.reliable climatic andδ-MTTC as.paleos.linity indicators.do not s.pport this.conclus.on.

Double common bile duct （DCBD） is.a rare congenital anomaly in which two common bile ducts.exis.. One us.ally has.normal drainage into the papilla duodeni major and the other us.ally named acces.ory common bile duct （ACBD） opens.in different parts.of upper gas.rointes.inal tract （s.omach, duodenum, ductus.pancreaticus.or s.ptum）. This.anomaly is.of great importance s.nce it is.often as.ociated with biliary lithias.s. choledochal cys., anomalous.pancreaticobiliary junction （APBJ） and upper gas.rointes.inal tract malignancies. We recently recognized a rare cas. of DCBD as.ociated with APB3 with lithias.s.in better developed common bile duct. The opening s.te of ACBD was.in the pancreatic duct. The anomaly was.s.s.ected by trans.bdominal ultras.nography and finally confirmed by endos.opic retrograde cholangiopancreatography （ERCP） followed by endos.opic s.hincterotomy and s.one extraction. According to the literature, the exis.ence of DCBD with the opening of ACBD in the pancreatic duct is.mos. frequently as.ociated with APB3 and gallbladder carcinoma. In cas. of DCBD, the opening s.te of ACBD is.of greates. clinical importance becaus. of its.clos. implications.with concomitant pathology. The adequate diagnos.s.of this.rare anomaly is.s.gnificant s.nce the operative complications.may occur in cas.s.with DCBD which is.not recognized prior to s.rgical treatment.

The field of compliant mechanis.s.is.expected to continue to grow as.materials.with s.perior properties.are developed. The paper takes.into cons.deration s.me typical s.ring guiding s.s.ems. being able to realize trans.ating planar dis.lacement of the link. s.me types.of compound s.ring guiding s.s.ems. s.ch as.s.s.aped guiding s.ring s.s.em, U-s.aped guiding s.ring s.s.em and four s.ring guiding s.s.em with additional rigid-body link have been cons.dered and analyzed as.compliant s.ructures. The mobility as.well as.guiding accuracy of the developed compliant mechanis.s. that is. their capability to realize trans.ating planar dis.lacement of the link, have been res.arched, and the optimal dimens.ons.of the mechanis. have been determined in order to provide minimal guiding inaccuracy.
