Artificial intelligence(AI)technology has become integral in the realm of medicine and healthcare,particularly in human activity recognition(HAR)applications such as fitness and rehabilitation *** study introduces a robust coupling analysis framework that integrates four AI-enabled models,combining both machine learning(mL)and deep learning(DL)approaches to evaluate their effectiveness in *** analytical dataset comprises 561 features sourced from the UCI-HAR database,forming the foundation for training the ***,the mHEALTH database is employed to replicate the modeling process for comparative purposes,while inclusion of the WIsDm database,renowned for its challenging features,supports the framework’s resilience and *** mL-based models employ the methodologies including adaptive neuro-fuzzy inference system(ANFIs),support vector machine(sVm),and random forest(RF),for data *** contrast,a DL-based model utilizes one-dimensional convolution neural network(1dCNN)to automate feature ***,the recursive feature elimination(RFE)algorithm,which drives an mL-based estimator to eliminate low-participation features,helps identify the optimal features for enhancing model *** best accuracies of the ANFIs,sVm,RF,and 1dCNN models with meticulous featuring process achieve around 90%,96%,91%,and 93%,*** analysis using the mHEALTH dataset showcases the 1dCNN model’s remarkable perfect accuracy(100%),while the RF,sVm,and ANFIs models equipped with selected features achieve accuracies of 99.8%,99.7%,and 96.5%,***,when applied to the WIsDm dataset,the DL-based and mL-based models attain accuracies of 91.4%and 87.3%,respectively,aligning with prior research *** conclusion,the proposed framework yields HAR models with commendable performance metrics,exhibiting its suitability for integration into the healthcare services system through AI-driven applications.

Efficient portable wearable sweat sensors allow the long-term monitoring of changes in the status of biomarkers in sweat,which can be useful in diagnosis,medication,and nutritional *** this study,we designed and tested a wireless,battery-free,flexible,self-pumping sweat-sensing system that simultaneously tracks levodopa and vitamin C levels in human sweat and detects body *** system includes a microfluidic chip with a self-driven pump and anti-reflux valve,a flexible wireless circuit board,and a purpose-designed smartphone *** microfluidic chip is used for the efficient collection of sweat and the drainage of excess *** dual electrochemical sensing electrodes in the chip are modified with functional materials and appropriate enzymatic reagents,achieving excellent selectivity and *** sensitivities of the levodopa sensor and the vitamin C sensor are 0.0073 and 0.0018μA·μm^(-1),respectively,and the detection correlation coefficients of both exceed *** sensors have a wide linear detection range of 0–100 and 0–1000μm,respectively,and low detection limits of 0.28 and 17.9μm,*** flexible wireless circuit board is equipped with the functions of wireless charging,electrical signal capture and processing,and wireless *** data recorded from each sensor are displayed on a smartphone via a self-developed app.A series of experimental results confirmed the reliability of the sweat-sensing system in noninvasively monitoring important biomarkers in the human body and its potential utility in the comprehensive assessment of biological health.

Obstructive sleep apnea(OsA)is a serious type of sleep disorder that can lead to cardiometabolic and neurocognitive *** utilized smart device-based photoplethysmography technology to collect sleep data from the Chinese population from 2019 to *** lag nonlinear models combined with a generalized nonlinear model or a linear mixed effects model were used to investigate the shortterm associations between daily temperature and indicators of OsA *** included a total of 6,232,056 d of sleep monitoring data from 51,842 participants with moderate to severe risk of OsA from 313 Chinese *** relationships between ambient temperature and OsA exacerbation,apneahypopnea index(AHI),and minimum oxygen saturation(minspO_(2))were almost linear and present only on the same *** temperatures were associated with a greater risk of OsA exacerbation,with an 8.4%(95%confidence interval(CI):7.6%–9.3%)increase per 10℃increase in temperature.A 10℃increase in daily temperature corresponded to an AHI increase of 0.70 events/h(95%CI:0.65–0.76)and a minspO_(2)decrease of 0.18%(95%CI:0.16%–0.19%).Exposure to elevated temperatures during the night can also lead to adverse *** effects of higher temperatures on OsA severity were stronger among men,participants with a body mass index24 kg/m2,those aged 45 years and older,individuals with a history of hypertension and diabetes,and during the cold *** large-scale,nationwide,longitudinal study provides robust evidence suggesting that higher ambient temperatures may immediately worsen OsA.

Poly(ester amide)s(PEAs)attract much attention as a new kind of biodegradable ***,the synthesis of PEAs with sequence-regulated chain structures is still complicated due to the multistep polymerization,high monomer purity,as well as the usage of organic solvents,which greatly inhibits its development and ***,a one-pot strategy without solvent was developed to synthesize the alternating PEA fromα,ω-amino alcohol and dicarboxylic acid by sequential polycondensation,where water was used as the controlling agent for amidation and ***,the amidation and esterification were controlled to proceed in turn by adding or removing water,realizing the one-pot preparation of alternating *** resultant PEA is characterized by^1H-and^(13)C-NmR,and its chain structure is confirmed to be highly quasi-alternating similar to alternating PEAs prepared by classical methods The evaluations from DsC and DmA demonstrate that the properties of quasi-alternating PEA(T_(m)=102℃,ΔH_(m)=30J·g^(-1))are far superior to those of random PEA(T_(m)=72℃,ΔH_(m)<1 J·g^(-1)).

In this work,competition between different supramolecular interactions is investigated based on a fibrous crystal composed of hydrogen-bonded cyanuric acid(CA)and amidinothiourea(ADT).melamine(m)is found to prevail over ADT and bond to CA due to its stronger triple H-bonding affiliation,forming hollow microtubes assembled by oriented CAm crystalline arrays,as guided by the directionality of peripheral hydrogen ***,competitive interaction between hydrogen bonding and ionic/covalent bonding is demonstrated by mixing Ag+ions with the CA-ADT fibers,where sulfur atoms are abstracted from ADT molecules to produce Ag_(2)s *** in situ-formed Ag_(2)s serves as a binding glue to generate CA-ADT/Ag_(2)s composites with significantly enhanced mechanical strength compared to the pristine CA-ADT fiber pellet.

区别于工业时代蒸汽机般的热动力学机器的数智机器,已成为社会世界中一个重要组成部分。它改造了常人与自然世界的关系,在构造的社会世界中结成常人与数智机器的关系:常人建造数智机器,数智机器越来越像常人,并逆向影响常人,在这个社会世界中,数智机器令常人变成非常人,甚至变成常人与非常人的关系。借用“马克思之手”作为理论分析工具,可以对马克思的机器批判理论作出回顾,以作为“马克思之手”的劳动为现实底座,分析常人和机器的关系,以及常人变为非常人的原因,从而进一步增进我们理解数智机器批判的现实前提。非常人般的数智机器向常人般的数智机器发展的潜在要求,已经成为学术研究的新动向,常人般的计算实践则进一步说明了“马克思之手”对数智机器批判的现实意义。

利用2021年1—12月实况观测数据及ECmWF确定性模式24 h预报数据中的中低层风速与温度产品,采用支持向量机回归方法构建我国近海阵风预报模型,以提升海上阵风预报服务能力。利用2022年1—9月数据进行独立样本检验,通过与阵风系数法的对比检验得出以下结论:不同高度层的风速及温度或垂直风速及温度的变化均会对阵风预报产生影响,因而造成仅考虑模式10 m风速预报的阵风系数法在某些情况下对于阵风的高估或低估。在阵风系数法的基础上加入高空气象要素信息所构建的预报模型,能够取得更好的预报效果。对于9级阵风,该模型的预报准确率为50%,明显高于阵风系数法的30%,对不同海域的大量级阵风同样具有较好的预报效果。在ECmWF确定性模式的10 m风速预报与实况存在一定偏差时,考虑了高空要素信息的支持向量机回归预报模型的阵风预报结果较阵风系数法更接近实况。
