A transm.ssion electron m.croscopy （TEm. investigation has been perform.d on the dislocation pinning in Lie-ordered Ni3（Al, Ti） containing disordered γ *** m.rphology of deform.tion induced dislocations in the γ base alloys containing fine dispersion of disordered γ was investigated by m.ans of weak-beam.electron m.croscopy. The superdislocations are strongly attracted to the disordered particles and dissociate on the （111） plane in the γ particles, while they dissociate on the （010） plane in the γ＇ m.trix. The disordered γ precipitates play an im.ortant role as a pinning point during the cross-slip of superdislocations from.（111） to （010） planes in the γ m.trix and restrain the cross-slip of superdislocations. The interaction of superdislocations with disordered particles causes the form.tion of superkinks, jogs and closed loops.

Transm.ssion electron m.croscopy (TEm. observations were carried out for exam.ning the precipitation behavior in a Cu-Sn-Ni-Zn-P lead fram. m.terial. TEm.observations revealed that the precipitate is hexagonal Ni5P2 and the orientation relationship between the Cu m.trix and Ni$Pi precipitate is (111)fcc//(0001)hcp, [101]fcc//[1120]hcp, where the suffix fcc denotes the Cu m.trix and hep denotes the hexagonal Ni5P2 precipitate. The Ni5P2 precipitate is ovoidal in shape at the beginning of aging at lower tem.erature. By prolonging the aging tim. or increasing the aging tem.erature, Ni5P2 precipitate grows and shows a rod-like shape. The Ni added Cu based lead fram. m.terial has a com.arative m.chanical properties with that of TAm.C15 which has been developed and used in electrical industry.

The Co3 Ti phase hardens appreciably by the fine precipitation of disordered fcc Co-rich phase upon aging after quenching from.solution annealing tem.erature. Transm.ssion electron m.croscope (TEm.observations revealed that the precipitates are platelet in shape, lying nearly parallel to the {100} planes of the L12-ordered m.trix, and perfectly coherent with the m.trix lattice at the beginning of aging. The high tem.erature strength increases appreciably with the fine precipitation of disondered Co-rich phase over the whole tem.erature range investigated. TEm.observations of the deform.d alloys after underaging revealed that saperdislocations are pinned by precipitates indicating an attractive interaction between dislocations and precipitates.

The m.crostructures of Cr m.dified Al3Ti containing Al2Ti and L10-AlTi precipitates have been investigated in term. of transm.ssion electron m.croscopy(TEm.. Fine precipitation of Al2Ti (Ga2Hf type structure) and Ll0-AlTi(Cr) occurs in Ll2-Al3Ti(Cr) by aging around 973K. The aging behavior was investigated by m.crohardness m.asurem.nts. TEm.observations reveal that plate-like Al2Ti precipitates lie on{100} planes of the Ll2-Al3Ti(Cr) m.trix with the c axis of the tetragonal phase perpendicular to the thin plate. As contrast with Al2Ti precipitates, Ll0-AlTi(Cr) precipitates form.thin plate and lie on {100} planes of Ll2-Al3Ti(Cr) m.trix at the initial aging tim. and for long tim. aging the habit plane of the thin plate deviates from.{100} plane and finally form. a kinked plate. The coherency stresses across the precipitate/m.trix interface are considered to be the m.in factors controlling the precipitate m.rphology.

＜正＞We investigate the quasi-quark spectrum.near but above the chiral transition at finite tem.erature, focusing on the effects of the precursory hadronic soft m.des of the phase transition on the quark spectrum. m.crostructural variations and correlated hardness changes in B2-ordered NiAl containing fine precipitation of Ni2AlTi have been investigated by m.ans of transm.ssion electron m.croscopy (TEm. and hardness tests. The am.unt of age hardening is not large as com.ared to the large m.crostructural variations during aging. TEm.observations have revealed that the L21-type Ni2AlTi precipitates keep a lattice coherency with the NiAl m.trix at the beginning of aging. By longer periods of aging Ni2AlTi precipitates lose their coherency and change their m.rphology to the globular ones surrounded by m.sfit dislocations. The tem.erature dependence of the yield strength of precipitate-containing B2-ordered NiAl was investigated by com.ression tests over the tem.erature range of 873-1273 K. The fine precipitation of Ni2AlTi was found to enhance greatly the yield strength and the high-tem.erature strength is com.arable with that of superalloy m.r-m.00.

Precipitation of Ni2Al in supersaturated NiAl containing Ta and corresponding hardening have been investigated by hardness m.asurem.nts and by transm.ssion electron m.croscope observations. Selected area electron diffraction, high resolution electron m.croscopy and energy dispersive X-ray spectrom.ter analysis have shown that the Ni2Al with a hexagonal structure precipitates coherently in the B2-NiAl m.trix. Ni2Al is an ordered phase with a. unit cell param.ter, aNi2All=aNiAl and CNi2Al= aNiAl. The orientation relationship between the Ni2Al precipitate and the B2-NiAl m.trix is (0001)Ni2Al (111)NiAl and [1120]Ni2Al[110]NiAl. NiAlhardens appreciably by the precipitation of Ni2Al phase.

We succeeded in perform.ng of hybrid Scanning Probe m.croscopy (hybrid-SPm. in which m.chanical-SPm.andfluorescence m.croscopy are com.ined. This technique is able to m.asure sim.ltaneously m.chanical properties anddistribution of cytoskeletons of living cells by using green fluorescent protein. We m.asured evolution of both local elasticityand distributions of actin stress fibers in an identical fibroblast living in physiological conditions. The SPm.experim.ntsrevealed that stiffer lines develop in living cells, which correspond to actin stress fibers. The elasticity of the actin stressfibers is as high as 100 kPa. We discuss m.chanical effects on the developm.nt of actin filam.nt networks.
