快速升温下的北极径流变化及其驱动机制综述

全球快速升温背景下,多年冻土广泛发育的北极流域水文情势发生显著变化,不仅改变了该地区的生态环境,也对全球气候系统和社会经济带来了深远影响。因此,北极流域水文过程研究已成为当前国际科学界关注的前沿热点问题。本文通过梳理国内外相关文献,系统回顾并总结了北极主要流域的径流时空变化及其驱动机制的研究成果与最新进展;详细分析了欧亚大陆和北美地区的径流变化规律与时空差异;深入探讨了快速升温下降水变化(降水量、雨/雪组分比例)和冻土退化对北极流域径流的直接与间接作用机制。尽管当前北极水文研究在数据积累和科学认识方面取得了重要进展,但仍面临地面观测站点稀少以及气候、积雪/冻土、水文之间响应难以定量等挑战。因此,建立完善的北极流域观测网络并发展具有北极特色的寒区水文模型,是深入理解北极水系统快速变化的基础,也是应对北极地区水灾害风险和提升水资源管理能力的关键所在。

Various inflammatory stimuli are able to modify or even"re-program"the mitochondrial metabolism that results in generation of reactive oxygen *** noncommunicable chronic diseases such as atherosclerosis and other cardiovascular pathologies,type 2 diabetes and metabolic syndrome,these modifications become systemic and are characterized by chronic inflammation and,in particular,"neuroinflammation"in the central nervous *** processes associated with chronic inflammation are frequently grouped into"vicious circles"which are able to stimulate each other constantly amplifying the pathological *** circles are evidently observed in Alzheimer's disease,atherosclerosis,type 2 diabetes,metabolic syndrome and,possibly,other associated ***,chronic inflammation in peripheral tissues is frequently concomitant to Alzheimer's *** is supposedly associated with some common genetic polymorphisms,for example,Apolipoprotein-eε4 allele carriers with Alzheimer's disease can also develop ***,in the transgenic mice expressing the recombinant mitochondria targeted catalase,that removes hydrogen peroxide from mitochondria,demonstrates the significant pathology amelioration and health *** addition,the beneficial effects of some natural products from the xanthophyll family,astaxanthin and fucoxanthin,which are able to target the reactive oxygen species at cellular or mitochondrial membranes,have been demonstrated in both animal and human *** propose that the normalization of mitochondrial functions could play a key role in the treatment of neurodegenerative disorders and other noncommunicable diseases associated with chronic inflammation in ***,some prospective drugs based on mitochondria targeted catalase or xanthophylls could be used as an effective treatment of these pathologies,especially at early stages of their development.

In addition to susceptibility to infections,conventional primary immunodeficiency disorders(PIDs)and inborn errors of immunity(IeI)can cause immune dysregulation,manifesting as lymphoproliferative and/or autoimmune *** can be the prominent phenotype of PIDs and commonly includes cytopenias and rheumatological diseases,such as arthritis,systemic lupus erythematosus(SLe),and Sjogren’s syndrome(SjS).Recent advances in understanding the genetic basis of systemic autoimmune diseases and PIDs suggest an at least partially shared genetic background and therefore common pathogenic ***,we explore the interconnected pathogenic pathways of autoimmunity and primary immunodeficiency,highlighting the mechanisms breaking the different layers of immune tolerance to self-antigens in selected IeI.

Abstract Objective To determine the concentrations of lead （Pb） and cadmium （Cd） in three kinds of materials （cartilage, cortical bone, and cancellous bone） of the femur head obtained from patients in the process of operation. Methods Concentrations of Pb and Cd were determined in selected parts of the femur head of 30 patients after total hip arthroplasty, using ICP-AeS （atomic absorption spectrophotometry）. Results Pb contained the highest concentration in cortical bone, while Cd did so in cancellous bone. There were statistically significant differences in the concentrations of both elements between the cartilage and cortical bone, and also differences in the concentration of Pb between the cartilage and cancellous bone. There were no significant differences in the concentrations of Pb or Cd between cortical and cancellous bone. Conclusion Comparative studies on toxic metals should take into account both analogous bones and their fragments, as even if they come from the same kind of bones （e.g. femur head）, clear differences exist in concentrations of heavy metals related to the sampling site and type of tissue （cartilage, cortical bone, and cancellous bone）.

The application of metal nanoparticles as an efficient drug delivery system is one of the directions of cancer therapy ***,this strategy requires precise information about how the drug interacts with the applied *** this study,atomic force microscopy combined with infrared spectroscopy(AFM-IR)was used for the first time to investigate the erlotinib adsorption structure on two different types of 15 nm metal nanoparticle mono-layers,namely,silver nanoparticle(AgNP)and gold nanoparticle(AuNP)*** the metal nanoparticles are loosely bound samples,only the tapping AFM-IR mode is suitable for the collection of IR maps and spectra for such a *** obtained results indicated the relevance of the AFM-IR technique for characterizing drug interactions with a metal mono-layer *** investigated drug interacts with the AgNPs mainly through phenyl rings and methoxy moieties,while quinazoline,amino,and ethoxy moieties appear to be farther from the *** the AuNPs,the interaction occurs through both the phenyl ring and the quinazoline ***,the aliphatic groups of erlotinib directly participate in this *** novelty of the present work is also related to the use of the tapping AFM-IR mode to study metal NP mono-layers with a drug adsorbed on *** collected IR maps for the most enhanced erlotinib bands show specific areas with very high signal *** connection between these areas and the"hot spots"typical for the surface plasmon resonance phenomenon of metals is considered.
