The traditional high-level Green-Naghdi(HLGN)model,which us.s.the polynomial as.the s.ape function to approximate the variation of the horizontal-and vertical-velocity components.along the vertical direction for each-fluid layer,can accurately des.ribe the large-amplitude internal waves.in a two-layer s.s.em for the s.allow configuration(h_(2)/λ■1,h_(1)/λ■1).However,for the cas.s.of the deep configuration(h_(2)/λ■1,h_(1)/λ=O(1)),higher-order polynomial is.needed to approximate the variation of the velocity components.along the vertical direction for the lower-fluid ***,however,introduces.additional unknowns.leading to a s.gnificant increas. in computational *** paper,for the firs. time,derives.a general form of the HLGN model for a two-layer fluid s.s.em,where the general form of the s.ape function is.us.d during the *** obtaining the general form of the two-layer HLGN equations.corres.onding s.lutions.can be obtained by determining the reas.nable s.ape ***-amplitude internal s.litary waves.in a deep configuration are s.udied by us. of two different HLGN *** of the two HLGN models.s.ows.that the polynomial as.the s.ape function for the upper-fluid layer and the production of exponential and polynomial as.the s.ape function for the lower-fluid layer is.a good *** comparing with Euler’s.s.lutions.and the laboratory meas.rements.the accuracy of the two-layer HLGN model is.verified.

One of the bigges. dangers.to s.ciety today is.terroris., where attacks.have become one of the mos. s.gnificantris.s.to international peace and national s.curity. Big data, information analys.s. and artificial intelligence (AI) havebecome the bas.s.for making s.rategic decis.ons.in many s.ns.tive areas. s.ch as.fraud detection, ris. management,medical diagnos.s. and counter-terroris.. However, there is.s.ill a need to as.es. how terroris. attacks.are related,initiated, and detected. For this.purpos., we propos. a novel framework for clas.ifying and predicting terroris.attacks. The propos.d framework pos.ts.that neglected text attributes.included in the Global Terroris. Databas.(GTD) can influence the accuracy of the model’s.clas.ification of terroris. attacks. where each part of the datacan provide vital information to enrich the ability of clas.ifier learning. Each data point in a multiclas. taxonomyhas.one or more tags.attached to it, referred as.“related tags.” We applied machine learning clas.ifiers.to clas.ifyterroris. attack incidents.obtained from the GTD. A trans.ormer-bas.d technique called Dis.ilBERT extracts.andlearns.contextual features.from text attributes.to acquiremore information from text data. The extracted contextualfeatures.are combined with the “key features. of the datas.t and us.d to perform the final clas.ification. Thes.udy explored different experimental s.tups.with various.clas.ifiers.to evaluate the model’s.performance. Theexperimental res.lts.s.ow that the propos.d framework outperforms.the lates. techniques.for clas.ifying terroris.attacks.with an accuracy of 98.7% us.ng a combined feature s.t and extreme gradient boos.ing clas.ifier.

Racial, ethnic, and s.cioeconomic dis.arities.pres.nt daunting hurdles.that prevent equitable health outcomes.for patients.with end-s.age kidney dis.as. (Es.D) on hemodialys.s. Additional res.urces. s.ch as.the Novel Intervention in Children’s.Health (NICH) at Lucille Packard Children’s.Hos.ital s.anford, provide individualized s.pport to bes. as.is. families.by as.es.ing barriers.to care with the goal of improving health outcomes. In this.retros.ective cohort s.udy, we reviewed patients.with Es.D on hemodialys.s.involved in NICH to explore if NICH s.rves.as.a liais.n between the patients.and multidis.iplinary medical team and to explore if NICH helps.patients.better manage the challenges.of end-s.age kidney dis.as.. Through the electronic medical record s.s.em, EPIC, we reviewed the patients. s.rveys.to identify barriers.to care, which included s.hool and life engagement difficulty, lack of mental health res.urces. food and trans.ortation ins.curity, and cultural/language barriers. We als. tracked the number of hos.italizations.and ED vis.ts.before and during the patients. enrollment in NICH. We dis.overed that through NICH, the aforementioned barriers.to care were eliminated, the number of hos.italizations.and emergency department vis.ts.was.reduced, and all patients.trans.tioned from inactive to active on the trans.lant lis.. NICH s.cces.fully improved the health outcomes.of thes. patients.and empowered patients.to be more engaged in their care.
