In the process of large-scale,grid-connected wind power operations,it is important to establish an accurate probability distribution model for wind farm *** this study,a wind power fluctuation modeling method is proposed based on the method of moving average and adaptive nonparametric kernel density estimation(NPKDE)***,the method of moving average is used to reduce the fluctuation of the sampling wind power component,and the probability characteristics of the modeling are then determined based on the ***,the model is improved adaptively,and is then solved by using constraint-order *** simulation results show that this method has a better accuracy and applicability compared with the modeling method based on traditional parameter estimation,and solves the local adaptation problem of traditional NPKDE.

The high-quality gate dielectric on silicon carbide(SiC)surface is critical to fabricate high-performance SiC metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistors(MOSFETs).This research employs microwave plasma annealing(MPA)to obtain high-quality Al_(2)O_(3)/SiC gate *** designing MPA atmosphere and optimizing the plasma power,the SiC MOS capacitor with a Al_(2)O_(3)dielectric film shows the enhanced *** interface state density is reduced by 1 order of magnitude to 6×10^(11)cm^(-2)·eV^(-1),the breakdown electric field is increased,and the voltage shift is effectively suppressed Besides,the mechanism of MPA process is discussed in terms of the thermal effect and reactant species.X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)results unveil oxygen plasma plays the main *** plasma power during the MPA process results in defect repairs of the firstneighbor Al-O bonding and partial removal of Al-O-H bond from the interface *** study demonstrates that MPA process is an effective option to realize highquality dielectric and interface on SiC.

We investigated serum folic acid （FA） levels in patients with erectile dysfunction （ED） and/or premature ejaculation （PE）. Fasting serum samples were obtained from 42 patients with ED, 36 with PE, 25 ED patients with PE, and 30 healthy men; the mean intravaginal ejaculation latency time （IELT） was measured during a 4 weeks baseline period. Levels of sex hormones （follicle-stimulating hormone, luteinizing hormone, total testosterone）, homocysteine （Hcys）, and FA were measured using chemiluminescent immunoassays. The sexual functions of PE patients and normal control men were evaluated using the Chinese Index of Premature Ejaculation （CIPE）. The abridged Intemational Index of Erectile Function-5 （IIEF-5） questionnaire was used to gauge erectile quality for ED patients and for normal controls. Serum FA concentrations were lower in ED （7.61 ~ 3.97 ng ml-1）, PE （9.37 ＋ 3.40 ng ml-1）, and ED/PE （8.84 ＋ 4.28 ng m1-1） patients than in healthy men （12.23 ~ 5.76 ng ml-z, P〈 0.05）. No significant differences in sex hormone levels were found between patients with sexual dysfunction and healthy controls （P 〉 0.05）. There were positive correlations between serum FA concentrations and ClPE scores （r= 0.530, P〈 0.01）, IIEF-5 scores （r= 0.589, P〈 0.01）, and IELT （r= 0.445, P〈 0.01）; negative correlations with Hcys concentrations （r= -0.487, P〈 0.01） were found in all participants. These findings showed a strong relationship between serum FA levels and sexual dysfunction, possibly due to an effect of FA on the metabolism of nitric oxide, Hcys, and 5-hydroxytryptamine.

BACKGROUND The fundus of the stomach is regarded as a difficult area for endoscopic resection of small tumors originating from the muscularis propria(MP tumors).Three endoscopic resection techniques have been developed to treat these tumors,including ligation-assisted endoscopic full-thickness resection(L-EFTR),snareassisted EFTR(S-EFTR),and endoscopic submucosal dissection-assisted EFTR(EEFTR).To date,no studies have compared these *** We aimed to evaluate and compare S-EFTR with L-EFTR and E-EFTR for treating small MP tumors in the gastric *** We retrospectively reviewed patients with primary small MP tumors in the gastric fundus and treated by these three techniques between January 2016 and December 2018 at Shengjing Hospital,*** demographic and clinicopathologic data,including sex,age,tumor size,surgeon details,and pathological results,were *** regarding operation duration,cost,enbloc resection,and severe complications were also extracted and *** A total of 36 patients(27 women)with a mean age of 55.8±10.20 years were included in this *** mean tumor size was 9.0±3.98 *** the methods showed a 100%en-bloc resection rate and 0%severe complication *** was no statistically significant difference among the three groups in the operation duration(P=0.148).The cost comparison for the whole procedure was as follows:E-EFTR>L-EFTR>S-EFTR(5837.5±7212.96 CNY,5970.7±3465.27 CNY,5852.0±6438.25 CNY,respectively,P<0.001).CONCLUSION S-EFTR,L-EFT,and E-EFTR are all effective for resection of small MP tumors in the gastric fundus.S-EFTR is superior in terms of cost-effectiveness.

Influence of laser re-melting and vacuum heat treatment on plasma-sprayed FeCoCrNiAl alloy coatings

FeCoCrNiAl high entropy alloy coatings were prepared by supersonic air-plasma *** coatings were post-treated by vacuum heat treatment at 600 and 900°C,and laser re-melting with 300 W,respectively,to study the influence of different treatments on the structure and properties of the *** phase constitution,microstructure and microhardness of the coatings after treatments were investigated using X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive *** showed that the as-sprayed coatings consisted of pure metal and *** AlNi;phase was obtained after the vacuum heat treatment process.A body-centered cubic structure with less AlNi;could be found in the coating after the laser re-melting *** average hardness values of the as-sprayed coating and the coatings with two different temperature vacuum heat treatments and with laser re-melting were 177,227,266 and 682 HV,*** suggests that the vacuum heat treatment promoted the alloying process of the coatings,and contributed to the enhancement of the coating wear *** laser re-melted coating showed the best wear resistance.

Divisions at the periphery and midzone of mitochondria are two fission signatures that determine the fate of mitochondria and *** induction of excessively asymmetric mitofissionassociated cell death(MFAD)by switching the scission position from the mitochondrial midzone to the periphery represents a promising strategy for anticancer *** screening a series of paninhibitors,we identified pracinostat,a pan-histone deacetylase(HDAC)inhibitor,as a novel MFAD inducer,that exhibited a significant anticancer effect on colorectal cancer(CRC)in vivo and in *** increased the expression of cyclin-dependent kinase 5(CDK5)and induced its acetylation at residue lysine 33,accelerating the formation of complex CDK5/CDK5 regulatory subunit 1 and dynaminrelated protein 1(Drp1)-mediated mitochondrial peripheral *** cells with high level of CDK5(CDK5-high)displayed midzone mitochondrial division that was associated with oncogenic phenotype,but treatment with pracinostat led to a lethal increase in the already-elevated level of CDK5 in the CRC ***,pracinostat switched the scission position from the mitochondrial midzone to the periphery by improving the binding of Drp1 from mitochondrial fission factor(MFF)to mitochondrial fission 1 protein(FIS1).Thus,our results revealed the anticancer mechanism of HDACi pracinostat in CRC via activating CDK5-Drp1 signaling to cause selective MFAD of those CDK5-high tumor cells,which implicates a new paradigm to develop potential therapeutic strategies for CRC treatment.

The high carrier mobility and long diffusion length of perovskite material have been regarded because of its excellent photovoltaic performance. However, many studies have shown that a diffusion length longer than 1 μm and higher carrier mobility have no positive effect on the cells' performance. Studies of organic solar cells have demonstrated the existence of an optimal mobility value, while systematic research of the carrier mobility in the PSCs is very rare. To make these questions clear, the effect of carrier mobility on perovskite solar cells' performance is studied in depth in this paper by *** study shows that the optimal mobility value of the charge transportation layer and absorption layer are influenced by both doping concentration and layer thickness. The appropriate carrier mobility can reduce the carrier recombination rate and enhance the carrier concentration, thus improving the cells' performance. A high efficiency of 27.39% is obtained in the simulated cell with the combination of the optimized parameters in the paper.

A new electrical power generation device based on high-frequency dynamic piezoelectric shear deformation under friction is *** the operation of a moving plate compressed and sliding on the top of a piezoelectric patch with constant velocity,dynamic shear deformation of the elastic piezoelectric patch is excited by periodic friction force and status(sliding and stick)*** dynamic piezoelectric shear strain can then generate continuous electrical power for energy absorbing and harvesting *** design of the piezoelectric couple device is first provided,and its mechanism,dynamic response and electric power generation under friction are described by a detailed iteration *** comparing with previous experimental results,the accuracy of the proposed model is *** numerical studies,the influences of the equivalent mass of the system,the velocity of the sliding object,the static friction coefficient and its lower limit,as well as the friction force delay rate on the power generation are obtained and *** numerical results show that with the proposed design,up to 50-Watt maximum electrical power could be generated by a piezoelectric patch with a dimension of 20×2×6 cm under continuous friction with the moving plate at the velocity of 15 m/*** possible bi-linear elastic stiffness variation of the system is also introduced,and the threshold of bi-linear elastic deformation,where the system stiffness changes,can be optimized for obtaining the highest power generation.

Effect of Mg addition on formation of intragranular acicular ferrite in heat-affected zone of steel plate after high-heat-input welding

The effects of Mg content, inclusion size, and austenite grain size on the intragranular acicular ferrite （IAF） nucleation in heat-affected zone of steel plate after high-heat-input welding of 400 kJ/cm were investigated by welding simulation and observation using a scanning electron microscope equipped with an energy dispersive spectrometer and an optical microscope. The IAFs are observed in steel with Mg addition, and the volume fraction of IAF is as high as 55.4% in the steel containing 0.0027 mass% Mg. The MgO-Al2O3-Ti2O3-MnS inclusions with size around 2 μm are effective nucleation sites for IAF, whereas Al2O3-MnS inclusions are impotent to nucleate the acicular ferrite. The prior-austenite grain （PAG） size distribution in low Mg steel is similar to that in steel without Mg addition. The austenite grain with size about 200 μm is favorable for the IAF formation. In the steel with high Mg content of 0.0099%, the growth of PAG is greatly inhibited, and PAG sizes are smaller than 100 μm. Therefore, the nucleation of IAF can hardly be observed.
