An updraft.gasifier was employed t. t.eat.3 kg of dried rice husk per bat.h wit. different.t.pes of gasifying agent. such as air,st.am/air,and air wit. dolomit. cat.lyst.addit.on at.various operat.ng *** H2 cont.nt.low heat.ng value,and H2/CO rat.o in syngas were compared t. det.rmine t.e most.effect.ve solut.on t. enhance t.e H2 product.on from rice husk *** presence of dolomit. in air gasificat.on produced t.e highest.H2 cont.nt.in t.e product.gas,up t. 15.4 mol%,followed by 7.08 and 3.6 mol%when st.am/air and air st.ndalone were used as gasifying agent.,*** higher low heat.ng value of syngas 5.1 MJ/Nm3 was observed in cat.lyt.c air gasificat.on compared t. 3.6 MJ/Nm3 when st.am was *** opt.mal operat.on condit.on was report.d at.an airflow rat. of 3 m3/h and a cat.lyst.mixing rat.o of 15%.

We developed a ground observat.on syst.m for solid precipit.t.on using t.o-dimensional video disdromet.r (2DVD). Among 16,010 part.cles observed by t.e syst.m, around 10% of t.em were randomly sampled and manually classified int. five classes which are snowflake, snowflake-like, int.rmediat., graupel-like, and graupel. At.first. each part.cle was represent.d as a vect.r of 72 feat.res cont.ining fract.l dimension and box-count.t. represent.t.e complexit. of part.cle shape. Feat.re analysis on t.e dat.set.clarified t.e import.nce of fract.l dimension and box-count.feat.res for charact.rizing part.cles varying from snowflakes t. graupels. On t.e ot.er hand, performance evaluat.on of t.o-class classificat.on by Support.Vect.r Machine (SVM) was conduct.d. t.e experiment.l result. revealed t.at. by select.ng only 10 feat.res out.of 72, t.e average accuracy of classifying part.cles int. snowflakes and graupels could reach around 95.4%, which had not.been achieved by previous st.dies.

Paramet.rs affect.d t.e ext.act.on efficiency and norbixin recovery yield were solvent.concent.at.on, rat. of solvent.seed, incubat.on t.me, and incubat.on t.mperat.re. t.e opt.mizat.on result. including： concent.at.on of et.anol is 51.82°; concent.at.on of NaOH is 0.52 M; rat.o of solvent.seed is 7.1/1; incubat.on t.me is 33.12 minut.s, incubat.on t.mperat.re is 58.6℃, and t.e rat. of 36% HCl/color solut.on is 0.5/5 （v/v）.

Carbon nanot.be （CNt.was applied in various fields for it.superior elect.ical, mechanical and t.ermal charact.rist.cs. Aft.r composit.s were fabricat.d by ext.usion processusing ball-milledCu-CNt.powders, mechanicalpropert.esofCu-CNt.composit.s according t. CNt.fract.on were reviewed. CNt.（1%, 5% and 10%）,Cu （d=100 nm）, zirconia balls （90 g） and et.anol （20mL） were mixed and dispersed for5h at.a speed of 500 r/minusing a planet.ry ball mill. A billet.（d=50 mm, lengt.=100 mm） was made wit. Cu, and t.e composit. powderswerefilled up int. billet.using t.e uni-axial press. In t.e ext.usion process, aft.r t.e billet.was heat.d at.880℃for1h, specimens were produced in t.e shape of a round bar using t.e billet.by applying a load of 200 t. t.e composit. powdersweremeasured for part.cle size bypart.clesize dist.ibut.onequipment. t.en t.e specimen surface fabricat.d by ext.usion was observed by SEM. In t.is st.dy, a novel layer-by-layer polyaniline/graphene （PANi/Gr） st.uct.re for elect.ochemical det.c- t.on of at.azine was developed. Gr film was synt.esized by t.ermal chemical vapor deposit.on （CVD） met.od and t.ansferred ont. t.e PANi-predeposit.d microelect.ode. t.e propert.es of PANi/Gr film were t.oroughly invest.gat.d by high-resolut.on t.ansmission elect.on microscopy and Raman t.chniques. t.e most.at.ract.ve feat.re of t.is syst.m is a suit.ble microenvironment. which could provide an amplifi- cat.on of t.e conduct.ve signal, t.us may cont.ibut. t. enhancing elect.on t.ansfer and subsequent.y improve t.e sensit.vit. in elect.ochemical measurement.. Wit. low det.ct.on limit.（- 43 × 10 -12 g/L）, ac-cept.ble st.bilit. and good reproducibilit., t.e proposed elect.ochemical immunosensor could be advant.geously ext.nded for mult.plexed det.ct.on of ot.er agent. of environment.l pollut.on.
