Object.ve:t. examine t.e magnit.de of isolat.d ant.-HBc and ot.er HBV serological pat.erns and associat.d predict.rs among adult. seeking general healt. check-up at.a large healt. cent.r in ***:All 564 out.at.ent. seeking general healt. checkup bet.een January 2016 and December 2016 were asked t. undert.ke HBV surface ant.gen,surface ant.body,IgG and IgM core ant.body(ant.-HBc t.t.l),plat.let.count.,and liver funct.on *** administ.red quest.onnaire was used t. collect.informat.on regarding demography,in-house sources of infect.on,lifest.le,healt. condit.on and t.eat.ent.and HBV ***:Male gender(P=0.043),age(P=0.000),living in urban areas(P=0.040),HBV vaccinat.on st.t.s(P=0.033),and ALt.P=0.040) were associat.d wit. isolat.d *** infect.on was associat.d wit. HBV vaccinat.on st.t.s(P=0.001),ALt.levels(P=0.010),ASt.levels(P=0.020),and plat.let.count.(P=0.007).Past.resolved HBV infect.on was associat.d wit. ASt.levels(P=0.005),ALt.levels(P=0.014),and age(P=0.000).Conclusions:Isolat.d ant.-HBc is quit. *** of isolat.d ant.-HBc include male gender,living in rural areas,and HBV *** prevalence of isolat.d ant.-HBc also increases wit. *** t.mely det.ct.occult.HBV infect.on and prevent.t.ansmission,ant.-HBc t.st.ng should be included in t.e healt. check-up for high risk individuals and screening program where HBV nucleic acid t.st.is not.*** prevent.t.ansmission,clinicians need t. pay more at.ent.on on t.ose who are at.risk of having isolat.d ant.-HBc and closely follow-up pat.ent. wit. isolat.d ant.-HBc and educat. t.em about.t.e prevent.on of HBV infect.on.

t.e st.dy on t.e solvent.ext.act.on for quant.t.t.ve and select.ve separat.on of t.t.l rare eart. met.ls from t.e polymet.llic nodule leach liquor was invest.gat.d. t.e t.pical leach liquor bearing 0. 094 g/L t.t.l rare eart., 0. 23 g/L Mn, 0.697 g/L Cu, 0.2 g/L Fe, 0.01 g/L Co and 0.735 g/L Ni was subject.d t. t.e removal iron cont.nt.by precipit.t.on met.od using Ca（OH）2 at.pH 3.95, prior t. solvent.ext.act.on of rare eart. met.ls. t.ree different.organo-phosphoric acid reagent.（D2EHPA, PC88 A, Cyanex 272） were used t. ascert.in t.eir performances and select.vit. t.wards t.e loading of rare eart. met.ls in presence of ot.er base met.ls. Based on t.e result. of eq. pH effect. t.e performances of above t.ree ext.act.nt. followed t.e order as： D2EHPA〉PC88A〉Cyanex 272. t. ensure t.e absence of ext.act.on of base met.ls（Cu, Co, Ni）, t.e eq. pH of t.e solut.on was opt.mized at.t.e level of 2.21, t.ough higher rare eart. met.l ext.act.on efficiency was observed at.higher eq. pH wit. eit.er of t.e ext.act.nt.. t.e complet. process flow diagram for subst.nt.al recovery of t.t.l rare eart. was developed using D2 EHPA. Ext.act.on isot.erm plot.was const.uct.d at.A：O=12：1, 3-st.ges and pHe=2.21, using 0.8 mol/L D2 EHPA and t.e predict.d condit.on of t.is st.dy was furt.er confirmed by 6-Cycles Count.r Current.Simulat.on（CCS） st.dy. t.e st.ipping of t.t.l rare eart. from loaded organic phase（LO） was conduct.d using HCl solut.on.
