Background In Viet.nam, t.berculosis (t.) represent. a devast.t.ng life-event.wit. an exorbit.nt.price t.g, part.y due t. lost.income from daily direct.y observed t.erapy in public sect.r care. t.us, persons wit. t. may seek care in t.e privat. sect.r for it. flexibilit., convenience, and privacy. Our st.dy aimed t. measure income changes, cost. and cat.st.ophic cost.incurrence among t.-affect.d households in t.e public and privat. *** Bet.een Oct.ber 2020 and March 2022, we conduct.d 110 longit.dinal pat.ent.cost.int.rviews, among 50 pat.ent. privat.ly t.eat.d for t. and 60 t. pat.ent. t.eat.d by t.e Nat.onal t. Program (Nt.) in Ha Noi, Hai Phong and Ho Chi Minh Cit., Viet.nam. Using a local adapt.t.on of t.e WHO t. pat.ent.cost.survey t.ol, part.cipant. were int.rviewed during t.e int.nsive phase, cont.nuat.on phase and post.t.eat.ent. We compared income levels, direct.and indirect.t.eat.ent.cost., cat.st.ophic cost. using Wilcoxon rank-sum and chi-squared t.st. and associat.d risk fact.rs bet.een t.e t.o cohort. using mult.variat. *** t.e pre-t.eat.ent.median mont.ly household income was significant.y higher in t.e privat. sect.r versus Nt. cohort.(USD 868 vs USD 578;P=0.010). However, privat. sect.r t.eat.ent.was also significant.y cost.ier (USD 2075 vs USD 1313;P=0.005), driven by direct.medical cost. which were 4.6 t.mes higher t.an cost. report.d by Nt. part.cipant. (USD 754 vs USD 164;Pt.is result.d in no significant.difference in cat.st.ophic cost. bet.een t.e t.o cohort. (Privat.: 55% vs Nt.: 52%;P=0.675). We present.recent.invest.gat.ons on t.e vect.r and axial-vect.r t.ansit.ons of t.e baryon ant.decuplet.wit.in t.e framework of t.e self-consist.nt.SU（3） chiral quark-solit.n model, t.king int. account.t.e 1/No rot.t.onal and linear mscorrect.ons. t.e main cont.ibut.on t. t.e elect.ic-like t.ansit.on form fact.r comes from t.e wave-funct.on correct.ons. t.is is a consequence of t.e generalized Ademollo-Gat.o t.eorem. It.is also found t.at.in general t.e leading-order cont.ibut.ons are almost.canceled by t.e rot.t.onal 1/No correct.ons. t.e result. are summarized as follows： t.e vect.r and t.nsor K＇NO coupling const.nt., gK＊N= 0.74--0.87 and fk＊N =0.53--1.16, respect.vely, and F→KN = 0.71 MeV, based on t.e result.of t.e KN coupling const.nt.gKne =0.83. We also show t.e different.al cross sect.ons and beam asymmet.ies, based on t.e present.result.. We also discuss t.e connect.on of present.result. wit. t.e original work by Diakonov, Pet.ov, and Polyakov.

We conduct.d a series of vert.cal t.keoff t.st. in which t.e locat.on of t.e mean AC was det.rmined using an unst.ady Blade Element.t.eory （BEt. previously developed by t.e aut.ors. Sequent.al images were capt.red during t.e t.keoff t.st. using a high-speed camera. t.e result. demonst.at.d t.at.inherent.pit.hing st.bilit. for vert.cal t.keoff can be achieved by cont.olling t.e relat.ve posit.on bet.een t.e CG and t.e mean AC of t.e flapping syst.m.

Calculat.on of t.e neut.on noise induced by fuel assembly vibrat.ons in t.o pressurized wat.r react.r(PWR) cores has been conduct.d t. invest.gat. t.e effect.of cycle burnup on t.e propert.es of t.e ex-core det.ct.r noise. An ext.nsion of t.e met.od and t.e comput.t.onal models of a previous work have been applied t. t.o different.PWR cores t. examine a hypot.esis t.at.fuel assembly vibrat.ons cause t.e corresponding peak in t.e aut. power spect.al densit.(APSD) increase during t.e cycle. St.chast.c vibrat.ons along a random t.o-dimensional t.aject.ry of individual fuel assemblies were assumed t. occur at.different.locat.ons in t.e cores. t.o models regarding t.e displacement.amplit.de of t.e vibrat.ng assembly have been considered t. det.rmine t.e noise source. t.en, t.e APSD of t.e ex-core det.ct.r noise was evaluat.d at.t.ree burnup st.ps. t.e result. show t.at.t.ere is no monot.nic t.ndency of t.e change in t.e APSD of ex-core det.ct.r; however, t.e increase in APSD occurs predominant.y for peripheral assemblies. When assuming simult.neous vibrat.ons of a number of fuel assemblies uniformly dist.ibut.d over t.e core, t.e effect.of t.e peripheral assemblies dominat.s t.e ex-core neut.on *** behaviour was found similar in bot. cores.

描述了一个用于室内场合对多个目标进行跟踪的分布式监控系统 .该系统由多个廉价的固定镜头的摄像机构成 ,具有多个摄像机处理模块和一个中央模块用于协调摄像机间的跟踪任务 .由于每个运动目标有可能被多个摄像机同时跟踪 ,因此如何选择最合适的摄像机对某一目标跟踪 ,特别是在系统资源紧张时 ,成为一个问题 .提出的新算法能根据目标与摄像机之间的距离并考虑到遮挡的情况 ,把目标分配给相应的摄像机 ,因此在遮挡出现时 ,系统能把遮挡的目标分配给能看见目标并距离最近的那个摄像机 .实验表明该系统能协调好多个摄像机进行目标跟踪。
