Offensive language detection has received important attention and plays a crucial role in promoting healthy communication on social platforms,as well as promoting the safe deployment of large language *** data is the basis for developing detectors;however,the available offense-related dataset in Chinese is severely limited in terms of data scale and coverage when compared to English *** significantly affects the accuracy of Chinese offensive language detectors in practical applications,especially when dealing with hard cases or out-of-domain *** alleviate the limitations posed by available datasets,we introduce AugCOLD(Augmented Chinese Offensive Language Dataset),a large-scale unsupervised dataset containing 1 million samples gathered by data crawling and model ***,we employ a multiteacher distillation framework to enhance detection performance with unsupervised *** is,we build multiple teachers with publicly accessible datasets and use them to assign soft labels to *** soft labels serve as a bridge for knowledge to be distilled from both AugCOLD and multiteacher to the student network,i.e.,the final offensive *** conduct experiments on multiple public test sets and our well-designed hard tests,demonstrating that our proposal can effectively improve the generalization and robustness of the offensive language detector.

Following the recent report by Dasenbrock-Gammon et al.[Nature 615,244–250(2023)]of near-ambient superconductivity in nitrogendoped lutetium trihydride(LuH_(3-δ)N_(ε)),significant debate has emerged surrounding the composition and interpretation of the observed sharp resistance ***,we meticulously revisit these claims through comprehensive characterization and *** definitively identify the reported material as lutetium dihydride(LuH_(2)),resolving the ambiguity surrounding its *** similar conditions(270–295 k and 1–2 GPa),we replicate the reported sharp decrease in electrical resistance with a 30%success rate,aligning with the observations by Dasenbrock-Gammon et ***,our extensive investigations reveal this phenomenon to be a novel pressure-induced metal-to-metal transition intrinsic to LuH_(2),distinct from ***,nitrogen doping exerts minimal impact on this *** work not only elucidates the fundamental properties of LuH_(2)andLuH_(3),but also critically challenges the notion of superconductivity in these lutetium hydride *** findings pave the way for future research on lutetium hydride systems,while emphasizing the crucial importance of rigorous verification in claims of ambient-temperature superconductivity.

本项工作的目的是研制一种用于显示驱动的高压p沟MOS集成电路。高压PMOS器件用于等离子显示或真空荧光显示中的电流源驱动器。我们把低压电路和高压PMOS器件集成在同一芯片上。高压PMOS晶体管由横向轻掺杂漂移区(p~-)和在低掺杂浓度衬底(v)上的自对准扩散区(DSA)构成,此外,还加了多层场板以确器件体的高可靠性。我们运用了工艺模拟程序SUPREMⅡ使器件的结构和工艺参数达到最佳。这种高压p沟MOS器件具有1000V漏击穿电压,工作在800V漏源电压时,在0.14mm~2的有源区范围内能提供35mA电流,导通电阻低达1.5kΩ。

High-pressure ultrafast dynamics,as a new crossed research direction,are sensitive to subtle non-equilibrium state changes that might be unresolved by equilibrium states measurements,providing crucial information for studying delicate phase transitions caused by complex interactions in Mott *** time-resolved transient reflectivity measurements,we identified the new phases in the spin–orbit Mott insulator Sr_(3)Ir_(2)O_7 at 300 k that was previously unidentified using conventional approaches such as x-ray *** pressure-dependent variation of the amplitude and lifetime obtained by fitting the reflectivity?R/R reveal the changes of electronic structure caused by lattice distortions,and reflect the critical phenomena of phase *** findings demonstrate the importance of ultrafast nonequilibrium dynamics under extreme conditions for understanding the phase transition of Mott insulators.

中国宝钢集团上海一钢公司碳钢和不锈钢热轧带卷项目于2003年12月投产,经过6个月试生产于2004年7月月产达产。由于连铸机提供坯料的原因,到2004年12月中旬生产钢种有碳钢和不锈钢两种。该轧机具有开发完善的一级和二级自控系统,年产量可以达到282.2万t。产品不仅有碳钢,而且还有69.8万t不锈钢,包括典型奥氏体不锈钢SUS304和铁素体不锈钢SUS430。本文介绍了轧线的主要特点,应用的复杂工艺控制技术和近期的操作数据。文中特别讨论了为提高产品外形质量而采用的新的厚度和宽度控制系统。经过试生产阶段,轧机进入稳定轧制阶段,产品质量很好。

A model to predict photosynthetic carbon assimilation rate(A)with high accuracy is important for forecasting crop yield and *** short-term memory(LSTM),a neural network suitable for time-series data,enables prediction with high accuracy but requires mesophyll *** addition,for practical use,it is desirable to have a technique that can predict A from easily available *** this study,we propose a BLSTM augmented LSTM(BALSTM)model,which utilizes bi-directional LSTM(BLSTM)to indirectly reproduce the mesophyll variables required for *** most significant feature of the proposed model is that its hybrid architecture uses only three relatively easy-to-collect external environmental variables—photosynthetic photon flux density(Q_(in)),ambient CO_(2) concentration(C_(a)),and temperature(T_(air))—to generate mesophyll CO_(2) concentration(C_(i))and stomatal conductance to water vapor(g_(sw))as intermediate ***,A is predicted by applying the obtained intermediate outputs to the learning ***,in this study,1)BALSTM(Q_(in),C_(a),T_(air))had a significantly higher A prediction accuracy than LSTM(Q_(in),C_(a),T_(air))in case of using only Q_(in),C_(a),and T_(air);2)BALSTMC_(i),g_(sw),which had C_(i) and g_(sw) as intermediate products,had the highest A prediction accuracy compared with other candidates;and 3)for samples where LSTM(Q_(in),C_(a),T_(air))had poor prediction accuracy,BALSTMC_(i),g_(sw)(Q_(in),C_(a),T_(air))clearly improved the ***,it was found that incorrect predictions may be formed when certain factors are not reflected in the data(e.g.,timing,cultivar,and growth stage)or when the training data distribution that accounts for these factors differs from the predicted data ***,a robust model should be constructed in the future to improve the prediction accuracy of A by conducting gasexchange measurements(including a wide range of external environmental values)and by increasing the
