The recent International Consultation on Urological Disease(ICUD)panel 2010 confirmed that a urethral stricture is defined as a narrowing of the urethra consequent upon ischaemic spongiofibrosis,as distinct from sphincter stenoses and a urethral disruption *** possible,an anastomotic urethroplasty should be performed because of the higher success rate as compared to augmentation *** is some debate currently regarding the critical stricture length at which an anastomotic procedure can be used,but clearly the extent of the spongiofibrosis and individual anatomical factors(the length of the penis and urethra)are important,the limitation for this being extension of dissection beyond the peno-scrotal junction and the subsequent production of *** recently,there has been interest in whether to excise and anastomose or to carry out a stricturotomy and reanastomosis using a Heineke-Miculicz *** urethroplasty has evolved towards the more extensive use of oral mucosa grafts as compared to penile skin flaps,as both flaps and grafts have similar efficacy and certainly the use of either dorsal or ventral positioning seems to provide comparable *** is important that the reconstructive surgeon is well versed in the full range of available repair techniques,as no single method is suitable for all cases and will enable the management of any unexpected anatomical findings discovered intra-operatively.

The abundance of telecommunications systems makes it possible to have somewhat significant quantity of radiofrequency energy in the environment. This energy can be recycled to power ultra-low-power devices such as Wireless Sensor Network (WSN). In this paper, the performance of a miniature RF/DC converter is evaluated in order to enslave a WSN’s per-formance to the amount of the recovered energy. More precisely, a highly sensitive and efficient rectifier is designed to achieve optimum performance in the GSM band. The design method relies on a judicious choice of the rectifying diode which is the basis of most losses in a rectifying antenna (rectenna). Optimum performance is achieved by using the gradient method search proposed in the Advanced Design System (ADS) software. A rectifier based on Schottky diodes HSMS 2850 used in a voltage doubler topology is thus obtained. A maximum RF/DC conversion efficiency of 36% is reached for an RF input power level of 10 dBm. An energy budget of a sensor node in a WSN having an equitable distribution of network loads is then defined and used to evaluate the performance of the WSN regarding the distance at which the Base Station (BS) can be located. The Low Energy Adaptive Clustering Hierarchy (LEACH) protocol is used for this purpose. The distance separating the WSN from the BS is used as the enslavement parameter. Our analysis shows that increasing the duration of each round results in an increase in the range of the WSN. As an example, a network with 100 nodes distributed over an area of may be located at 1.3 km from the base station when each node of the WSN must perform measurements every 1 min.

Vanadium nitride （VN） was deposited by DC-sputtering on a vertically aligned carbon nanotube （CNTs） template for the purpose of nano-structuration. This led to the fabrication of hierarchically composite electrodes consisting of porous and nanostructured VN grown on vertically aligned CNTs in a nano-treelike configuration for micro-supercapacitor application. The electrodes show excellent performance with an areal capacitance as high as 37.5 mF cm^-2 at a scan rate of 2 mV s^-1 in a 0.5 M K2504 mild electrolyte solution. Furthermore, the capacitance decay was only 15% after 20,000 consecutive cycles. Moreover, the capacitance was found to increase with VN deposit thickness. The X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy analyses of the electrodes before and after cycling suggest that the oxide layers that form at the VN surface is the responsible for the redox energy storage in this material. Such electrodes can compete with other transition metal nitride based electrodes for micro-supercapacitors.

导航和地图服务在我们的日常生活中变得越来越普遍,其中大多数都是针对室外环境,其中GPS信号发挥了重要作用,但人类的很大一部分活动发生在GPS信号无效的室内环境中,因此需对其中的导航和地图服务进行研究。本文的目的是利用双目视觉系统构建室内环境模型。利用无人车构建整体地图首先要求获得机器人自身的精确位置,近年来研究者提出了同步定位和地图构建(SLAM)的概念。视觉SLAM的目的是结合观察到的周围环境的结构和摄像机自身的移动实现SLAM。利用摄像头构建的视觉里程计(VO)是一种运动估计的有效方式,也成为机器视觉和移动机器人领域的研究热点之一。本文中改进了一种基于ROS的双目视觉SLAM方法并分析了其在室内环境中的应用,采用ZED摄像头估计实际的尺度并易于启动。ORBLAM2方法的一个显著特点是利用由稀疏3D点云构成的局部地图来实现追踪和运动估计,这导致每个特征点的全部历史被用于运动估计,此外,我们采用递进样本一致性方法(PROSAC)代替的随机样本一致性方法(RANSAC),以改善对例外样本的鲁棒性。基于常用的KITTI数据集和新的数据集进行了工作。论文工作中,首先利用KITTI数据集检验了改进ORBLAM2方法的效果,然后利用一种特殊的ZED摄像头在室内环境中进行了实验。鉴于ZED摄像头内置有自身的SLAM算法,基于真实轨迹,比较了两种SLAM算法的效果。

K区位于渤海湾盆地东南部,整体为自南向北逐阶下掉的斜坡,研究目的层古近系沙河街组三段以三角洲前缘沉积为主,是主要的含油层系。目前该区块周边的研究均分块、分段进行,在地层划分对比、构造及沉积等方面缺乏统一的认识,沉积相类型和演化认识不一致,沉积砂体的类型、储层展布规律尚不清楚。因此,开展地层划分对比、建立等时地层格架,分析沉积特征、建立沉积模式,确定沉积砂体展布,建立准确的储层地质模型,对指导研究区油气开发有重要的理论和实际意义。本文以高分辨率层序地层学、沉积学理论为指导,综合钻井、岩心、测井及地震资料,建立全区地层统一划分方案,井震结合完成了沙三中亚段砂层组的对比,建立了等时地层格架。在合成地震记录制作及井震标定的基础上,利用地震资料开展断层及主力层位构造追踪,并利用时深转换,绘制深度域构造图,研究其构造特征。在此基础上,从关键井岩心观察描述入手,判断沉积相类型,建立取心井沙河街组的垂向沉积相序。在岩心相标志识别的基础上,划分沉积相、沉积微相类型,分析沉积微相特征,建立了合理的沉积相模式。以沉积相模式为指导,井震结合,点-线-面结合开展沉积特征和展布规律研究。最后,综合等时地层格架、构造特征、沉积储层特征研究成果,建立了K区的构造格架模型、沉积微相模型以及相控约束的储层属性模型。研究表明:沙三中亚段可划分为5个砂层组,砂体向西北有逐渐变厚趋势。构造特征表现为自南向北层层下降的断阶,构造形态为南高北低的斜坡。沉积微相主要为三角洲前缘亚相,其岩性主要有泥岩、砾岩和砂岩;三角洲前缘亚相内主要发育水下分流河道、水下分流间湾、水下天然堤、河口坝、前缘席状砂等5种沉积微相;水下分流河道和河口坝微相呈南北向展布。在构造格架模型及沉积微相模型约束下建立的储层属性模型表明,水下分流河道、河口坝等有利砂体内孔隙度和渗透率较高,含水饱和度在构造高部位分布低值,模型储量与地质储量接近。

Several toxic compounds are known to induce apoptosis in mammalian cell *** human neuroblastoma cells(SHSH-SY5Y)were exposed to the phosphatase inhibiting toxin okadaic acid(OA)or hydrogen peroxide(H2O2)to induce apoptosis as well as generate reactive oxygen species(ROS).Mitoxantrone(MXT)was used as a positive control for *** SHSH-SY5Y cells were transfected with eukaryotic expression plasmid pHyPer-dMito encoding mitochondrial-targeted fluorescent or pHyPer-dCito encoding cytoplasmic-targeted fluorescent sensor for hydrogen peroxide(HyPer).The ERp57,also called GRP58(Glucose-regulated protein 58),is a stress protein induced in conditions like glucose starvation and viral *** ERp57 was shown to translocate from the endoplasmatic reticulum to the cell surface in anthracycline-induced apoptotic ***57 co-translocation together with calreticulin has been suggested to be crucial for recognizing tumor cells to induce immunogenic cell ***57 translocation after exposure to okadaic acid was studied using immunofluorescence and confocal *** studies indicated that okadaic acid has induced the translocation of ERp57 to the cellular membrane.

The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of coating of alginate-chitosan (AL:CS) beads on the colonic drug delivery. The AL:CS systems containing triamcinolone (TC) were coated with the HPMCP and Eudragit? L100 by immersion and by spraying methods. The drug release profile in simulated colonic medium was determined using 5% human fecal content suspension in 0.01 N buffer solution, pH 6.8. The systems coated with HPMCP showed a lower rate of drug delivery in simulated enteric medium. The delivery profile in simulated colonic medium followed zero-order kinetic. The coated systems provided a promising drug-delivery profile for application in colonic drug delivery.
