increasing global energy consumption has become an urgent problem as natural energy sources such as oil,gas,and uranium are rapidly running *** into renewable energy sources such as solar energy is being pursued to counter *** energy is one of the most promising renewable energy sources,as it has the potential to meet the world’s energy needs *** study aims to develop and evaluate artificial intelligence(ai)models for predicting hourly global *** hyperparameters were optimized using the Broyden-FletcherGoldfarb-Shanno(BFGS)quasi-Newton training algorithm and STATiSTiCA *** from two stations in Algeria with different climatic zones were used to develop the *** error measurements were used to determine the accuracy of the prediction models,including the correlation coefficient,the mean absolute error,and the root mean square error(RMSE).The optimal support vector machine(SVM)model showed exceptional efficiency during the training phase,with a high correlation coefficient(R=0.99)and a low mean absolute error(MAE=26.5741 Wh/m^(2)),as well as an RMSE of 38.7045 Wh/m^(2) across all ***,this study highlights the importance of accurate prediction models in the renewable energy,which can contribute to better energy management and planning.

The present work analyzed the yield, water utilize efficiency and water productivity for carrot Crop under climate change effects. in this research, river water was used with irrigation ratios with drain water to irrigate the carrots (Daucus carota L.) crop during the winter growing season 2021-2022 in free field and utilizing furrow irrigation method with calculation the water use efficiency and water productivity to three sites. The study was conducted in the three sites in the Babil province in Town of Sadat-AlHindya reached 80 km from Baghdad city. Site 1 was used 33% drain water and 67% river water while site 2 was used 83% drain water and 17% river water but the site 3 was used 100% river water. The reduction of yield in site 1 was 17.3% and in site 2 was 75%. The reducing of WUE in site 1 was 23% and in site 2 was 77%. The decrease of WP in site 1 was 22.98% and in site 2 was 82.28%. The value of water stress coefficient (Ks) because irrigation by water salanity and soil salanty was 0.83, 0.78 and 0.92 in site 1,site 2 and site 3, respectively, water salanity and soil salanty reduction in productivity by 9%, 14% and 7% in production of site 1, site 2 and site 3, respectively in every irrigating.

Genome-wide chromatin interaction analysis has become important for understanding 3D topological structure of a genome as well as for linking distal cis-regulatory elements to their target genes. Compared to the Hi-C method, chromatin interaction analysis by paired-end tag sequencing （ChlA-PET） is unique, in that one can interrogate thousands of chromatin interactions （in a genome） mediated by a specific protein of interest at high resolution and reasonable cost. However, because of the noisy nature of the data, efficient analytical tools have become necessary. Here, we review some new computational methods recently developed by us and compare them with other existing methods. Our intention is to help readers to better understand ChlA-PET results and to guide the users on selection of the most appropriate tools for their own projects.

iraq is facing a serious water shortage problem now, which has not been experienced before. This is because of the reduction of flow of the Euphrates and Tigris Rivers which is due to the implementation of hydrological projects within the upstream part of the catchment and climate change. Mismanagement of water resources within iraq made the problem graver. it is believed that serious discussion with all riparian countries to reach an agreement to share the water of the two rivers and their tributaries is desperately needed. in addition, a prudent scientific strategy should be implemented and put into practice to overcome this problem in iraq. in addition, the key positions within the iraqi Ministry of Water Resources should be given to people having real experience in the water resources sector to ensure discreet and prudent management of the problem.

Quantifying the Euphrates Electric Conductivity Depending on Parameters by Dimensional Analysis Method

The searching about methods to connect the variables with each other to reach equations including multi variables. The dimensional analysis is a method to facilitate the solution of difficult mathematic equations and experimental formulas;therefore methods of simplifying the difficult equations and obtaining a new equation with different variables is needed. in this study will use 2 methods (statically with dimensionally analysis) to obtain electric conductivity of water of Euphrates river by multi parameters that are time (t), temperature (Te), density, viscosity, discharge and water depth in upstream of Alhindya barrage which located in Babylon governorate, iraq during winter 2019. The equations were obtained for EC with Te and t by data were collected from Alhindya barrage office with R2 = 0.999 and R2 = 0.995 by statically ways. Dimension analysis was utilized via 2 stages. in first stage was obtained on equation of EC with respect to Te, water density (ρ) and dynamic viscosity (μ) with constant time, depth of water and discharge and we obtain on R2 was 0.994 and R2 = 0.986. in second stage was obtained formula of EC with respect to Te, water density (ρ), dynamic viscosity (μ), with variable time, depth of water and discharge with we obtain on R2 = 0.945 and R2 = 0.94. The result of research indicates that applying the dimension analysis to connect more than one variable with each other to find best solutions and best methods to facilitate the solving the equations. From dimension analysis gave a clear visualization of the association of several variables to give a result that helps measure the electrical conductivity of water in the absence of a water test device.

Mosul Dam is located on the River Tigris about 60 km north of Mosul city in iraq. The dam is a multipurpose earth fill dam with a storage capacity of 11.11 million cubic meters, which was in operation since 1986. During the first impounding of its reservoir, seepage of water underneath the foundation of dam was noticed due to the desolation of gypsum beds. This raised concern about the stability of the dam and since then grouting operation were carried out. iSiS occupied the dam 8 - 16 August 2014. Grouting operations stopped and number of equipment and buildings were destroyed during that short period. After the defeat of iSiS, the iraqi Ministry of Water Resources rebuilt and constructed the destroyed parts within the site and a new maintenance operations program was adopted. New training courses for the staff of Mosul Dam were conducted with Trevi Company and US Army Corps of Engineers. in this paper, the dye test is highlighted to monitor the seepage of groundwater within the dam site. it seems that the dam is stable in its present conditions and water level height.

iraq experienced two devastating wars in 1991 and 2003, during which massive amounts of new weapons and sophisticated manufactured nuclear weapons were used called Depleted Uranium (DU). As a consequence of the radioactive contamination;the humans are suffering from various disease like cancer and the environment is polluted. in practice, there is no strategy and/ or national program, not even well thought out plans and scientific personnel and technical equipment required to clean iraq of these wastes. Reviewing the geological, topographical and hydrological data, it had been noticed that Umm Chaimin depression is a good candidate site to dump all contaminated radioactive scrap and soil. The suggested design of the landfill will ensure safe containment of the waste for hundreds of thousands of years even if significant climatic changes will take place.

Solar energy represents one of themost important renewable energy sources contributing to the energy transition *** that the observation of daily global solar radiation(GSR)is not affordable in some parts of the globe,there is an imperative need to develop alternative ways to predict ***,the main objective of this study is to evaluate the performance of different hybrid data-driven techniques in predicting daily GSR in semi-arid regions,such as the majority of Spanish ***,four ensemble-based hybrid models were developed by hybridizing Additive Regression(AR)with Random Forest(RF),Locally Weighted Linear Regression(LWLR),Random Subspace(RS),and *** base algorithms of the developed models are scarcely applied in previous studies to predict solar *** testing phase outcomes demonstrated that the ARRF models outperform all other hybrid *** provided models were validated by statisticalmetrics,such as the correlation coefficient(R)and root mean square error(RMSE).The results proved that Scenario#6,utilizing extraterrestrial solar radiation,relative humidity,wind speed,and mean,maximum,and minimum ambient air temperatures as the model inputs,leads to the most accurate predictions among all scenarios(R=0.968–0.988 and RMSE=1.274–1.403 MJ/m^(2)・d).Also,Scenario#3 stood in the next rank of accuracy for predicting the solar radiation in both validating *** AD-RF model was the best predictive,followed by AD-RS and ***,this study recommends new effective methods to predict GSR in semiarid regions.

Mining is a core industry in Sweden and plays an important role in the economic development throughout the country. Though the importance of mining dust has been well recognized, the quantification of dust production with regard to individual source activity has rarely been done in Sweden. Depending on the type of source activity, dust estimation method can be chosen from three alternatives: exposure profiling methods, back calculation method, and wind erosion prediction method. Also included in the paper is an example of experiment, which was executed on two unpaved roads in Lulea, Sweden by using exposure profiling method. The experiment concluded that dust emission due to vehicle transportation is strongly dependent on traveling speed and road bed material.
