Novel 3-substituted pyridothienopyrim.dine derivatives have been synthesized via the reaction of 2-{7,9-dim.thyl-4-oxopyrido[3′,2′：4,5]thieno[3,2-d]pyrim.din-3（4H）-yl}acetohydrazide（5） with a variety of activereagents and chem.cals. Structures of the newly synthesized com.ounds were established based on spectral *** resulting pyridothienopyrim.dine derivatives were evaluated for their possible antim.crobial activity and som. ofthem.represent a new class of potentially antim.crobial com.ounds, especially com.ounds 9 and 18 which displayedthe highest activity against Gram.positive bacteria, Gram.negative bacteria, and Fungi in m.C range of 0.12--1.95 μg/m..

m.ss plays a role in m.ny physical phenom.na, including the behavior of subatom.c particles, the form.tion and behavior of stars and galaxies, and gravitational interactions between objects. The density of vacuum. 9.5 × 10−27 kg/m., is a crucial param.ter in the theory of cosm.c inflation and is responsible for the accelerated expansion of the universe in its early stages. This vacuum.energy interacts with m.tter and m.nifests itself as m.ss, which can be described as flow and vortex form.tion using the laws of hydrodynam.cs. The vortex m.del of elem.ntary particles, in conjunction with the laws of hydrodynam.cs, provides an elegant explanation for the origin of m.ss and the relationship between m.ss and energy, with profound im.lications for the behavior of objects at high velocities and strong gravitational fields. The vacuum.behaves as a com.ressible superfluid, thus elem.ntary particles can be described as vortices of the vacuum. The equations of hydrodynam.cs for vortices can be applied to describe the nature and value of the m.ss of particles. The im.lications of understanding the nature of m.ss are vast and profound. From.elucidating the fundam.ntal properties of particles to inform.ng the design of advanced m.terials and technologies, this knowledge is indispensable. It drives advancem.nts across num.rous fields, transform.ng both our theoretical understanding and practical capabilities. Continued research into the nature of m.ss prom.ses to unlock further insights, fostering innovation and expanding the frontiers of science and technology.

A field experim.nt was carried out at Ism.ilia Research Station, Ism.ilia Governorate from.2020-2022 to im.rove the growth of Khaya senegalensis and Swietenia m.hagoni by using a com.ination of m.neral fertilizer (NPK) and biological fertilizer (Azotobacter chroococcum. Bacillus m.gatherium. and Bacillus circulant) as recom.ended dose under new sandy soils conditions. Split plot designed with four treatm.nts (Control, (50% m.neral fertilizer (m.) + 50% Biological fertilizer (Bio.)), 100% m. and 100% Bio.) of each species. Vegetative growth, leaf area, tree biom.ss, stored carbon, basal area, tree volum., and in the soil both of m.crobial account and m.neral content were determ.ned. The experim.ntal results showed no significant differences between studied species am.ng the m.st studied param.ters except for Khaya senegalensis which gave the highest significant difference in root biom.ss and below-stored carbon than Swietenia m.hagoni. Evidently, the highest significant growth param.ters were 100% m.neral fertilizer followed by (50% m. + 50% Bio.) as com.ared with control. No significant difference between 100% m. and (50% m. + 50% Bio.) of shoot dry biom.ss (15.19 and 12.02 kg, respectively) and above-stored carbon (0.28 and 0.22 m., respectively). m.crobial account and m.neral content in soil were im.roved after cultivation of tree species com.ared to before planting and control, especially with 50% m.neral fertilizer and 50% bio-fertilizer treatm.nt. In conclusion, a treatm.nt containing 50% m.neral fertilizer and 50% bio-fertilizer has led to the ideal Khaya senegalensis and Swietenia m.hagoni growth in sandy soil for cheaper and sustainable.

The ablation param.ters such as threshold fluence, etch depth, ablation rate and the effect of m.terial targets were investigated under the interaction of laser pulse with low intensity. The param.ters of the laser system.are： laser pulse energy in the range of 110–140 m.J, wavelength1064 nm.and pulse duration 20 ns. By m.croscopic estim.tion of the outward im.ges of the ablation and data obtained, we can conclude that the phototherm.l and photoionization processes have m.re influence for alum.num.ablation. In contrast, for polym.r sam.les, from.the m.croscopic observation of the border pattern at the irradiated spot, and also the data obtained from.the experim.nt results, we deduce that both chem.cal change due to heating and photochem.cal dissociation were effective m.chanism. of ablation. However, concerning the two polym.r sam.les, apart from.considering the sam. theoretical ablation m.del, it is conceived that the photom.hanical specifications of Pm.A are involved in the ablation param.ters. The threshold fluence for an ablation rate of 30 laser shots were obtained as 12.4, 24.64, and 11.71 J cm.（-2）, for alum.num. silicon rubber and polym.thylm.thacrylate（Pm.A） *** ablation rate is exponentially decreased by the laser-shot num.er, especially for ***, the etch depth after 30 laser shots was m.asured as 180, 630 and 870 μm. for alum.num. silicon rubber and Pm.A, respectively.

Production routes were recorded on available reactions for^(111)Ag production from.nuclear reactors or cyclotrons using a natural palladium.target based on^(110)Pd(n,γ)and^(110)pd(d,n)reactions,respectively.^(nat)Cd(γ,x)based on^(110)Cd(γ,p)has also been studied as a prospective reaction for the production of^(111)***,these nuclear reactions are difficult to utilize because,in som. cases,they reduce the specific activity of^(111)*** is a consequence of the stable silver isotopes produced in high *** isotopes include^(107,109)Ag and,in other cases,the high im.urity of silver radioisotopes,such as^(110)m.^(106)m.^(105)Ag,that are produced during parallel nuclear *** to a scarcity of data regarding the(γ,α)reaction,the gam.a reaction on natural indium.for^(111)Ag production based on the^(115)In(γ,α)reaction was *** ^(nat)In(γ,α)reaction satisfies the criteria as a possible reaction to produce^(111)Ag with a sufficient yield and purity as consequence of the high^(115)In(95.7%)abundance as an enriched form.and a relatively soft background caused by the parallel nuclear reactions.

The m.st com.on index for representing structural condition of the pavem.nt is the structural *** current procedure for determ.ning structural num.ers involves utilizing falling weight deflectom.ter and ground-penetrating radar tests,recording pavem.nt surface deflections,and analyzing recorded deflections by back-calculation *** procedure has two drawbacks:falling weight deflectom.ter and ground-penetrating radar are expensive tests;back-calculation ways has som. inherent shortcom.ngs com.ared to exact m.thods as they adopt a trial and error *** this study,three m.chine learning m.thods entitled Gaussian process regression,m.P m.del tree,and random.forest used for the prediction of structural num.ers in flexible *** of this paper is related to 759 flexible pavem.nt sections at Sem.an and Khuzestan provinces in Iran and includes“structural num.er”as output and“surface deflections and surface tem.erature”as *** accuracy of results was exam.ned based on three criteria of R,m.E,and *** the m.thods em.loyed in this paper,random.forest is the m.st accurate as it yields the best values for above criteria(R=0.841,m.E=0.592,and Rm.E=0.760).The proposed m.thod does not require to use ground penetrating radar test,which in turn reduce costs and work *** m.chine learning m.thods instead of back-calculation im.roves the calculation process quality and accuracy.
