The micro-sprinkler irrigation mulched(MSM)has been suggested as a novel water-saving approach in con-trolled environment ***,the effects of microbial community structure and enzyme activity in the rhizosphere soil on crop growth under MSM remain *** study conducted a randomized experimen-tal design using greenhouse tomatoes to investigate changes in bacterial community structure and enzyme activity in rhizosphere soil under different irrigation frequencies(F)and amounts(i)of ***ﬁndings revealed that with the increase of F or i,The total count of soil bacteria in tomatoesﬁrst rose and then fell in terms of Opera-tional Taxonomic Units(OTUs)classiﬁ*** to other F,the most abundance of nitrogen and phos-phorus metabolism genes and enzyme activities were observed with a 5-day ***,the diversity of soil bacterial community structure initially rose before eventually declining with the increase of the *** 1.00 Epan(cumulative evaporation of a 20 cm standard pan)under MSM helped boost the abundance of nitrogen and phosphorus metabolism functional genes in soil bacteria,ensuring higher enzyme activities related to nitro-gen,carbon,and phosphorus metabolism in the rhizosphere soil of ***’yield initially rose before eventually declining with the increase in F or i,whereas i had a more signiﬁcant effect on yield.A 1.00%increase in i yielded a minimum of 39.24%increase in tomato *** study showed a positive correlation between soil bacterial community,soil enzyme activity,and greenhouse tomato yield under *** the results comprehensively,the combined irrigation mode of F of 5 d and i of 1.00 Epan was recommended for greenhouse tomatoes under *** conclusion provides theoretical support for water-saving practices and yield improve-ment in facility agriculture,especially tomato cultivation.

尖晶石结构LiNi_(0.5)Mn_(1.5)O_(4)(LNMO)材料因具备高工作电压、低成本和环境友好等优点,被认为是最具有发展前景的正极材料之一。然而,LNMO材料在充放电过程中表现出严重的表面失氧和Mn溶出反应,导致其整体电化学性能较差。采用前驱体Li_(3)PO_(4)包覆技术,在LNMO材料颗粒表面构建均匀的纳米包覆层,不仅提高了LNMO的循环稳定性和倍率性能,而且有效抑制了循环过程中阴极材料过渡金属溶出。结合X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微技术、透射电子显微镜和电化学分析等测试手段,充分对比和分析Li_(3)PO_(4)包覆LNMO材料前后对微观结构和电化学性能的影响。该方法实现了Li_(3)PO_(4)的均匀包覆,并且没有改变LNMO正极材料的晶体结构。前驱体包覆3%Li_(3)PO_(4)的LNMO材料在1 C倍率下循环300圈容量保持率从无包覆的81.82%提升至包覆后的90.47%,2 C高倍率下的放电容量保持率从87.72%提升至92.39%,且EOL电芯阳极极片中过渡金属Mn溶出量明显降低。前驱体Li_(3)PO_(4)包覆策略是一种有效的材料表面改性策略,可以有效提升尖晶石型LNMO正极材料在循环过程中的结构稳定性和电化学性能。

A high-resolution customized numerical model is used to analyze the water transport in the three major water passages between the Andaman Sea(AS)and the Bay of Bengal,i.e.,the Preparis Channel(PC),the Ten Degree Channel(TDC),and the Great Channel(GC),based on the daily averaged simulation results ranging from 2010 to *** analysis and Empirical Orthogonal Function(EOF)methods are employed to investigate the spatiotemporal variability of the water exchange and controlling *** results of model simulation indicate that the net average transports of the PC and GC,as well as their linear trend,are opposite to that of the *** indicates that the PC and the GC are the main inflow channels of the AS,while the TDC is the main outflow channel of the *** transport variability is most pronounced at surface levels and between 100 m and 200 m depth,likely affected by monsoons and circulation.A 182.4-d semiannual variability is consistently seen in all three channels,which is also evident in their second principal *** on sea level anomalies and EOF analysis results,this is primarily due to equatorial winds during the monsoon transition period,causing eastward movement of Kelvin waves along the AS coast,thereby affecting the spatiotemporal characteristics of the flow in the *** first EOF of the PC flow field section shows a split at 100 m deep,likely due to *** first EOF of the TDC flow field section is steady but has potent seasonal oscillations in its time ***,the first EOF of the GC flow field section indicates a stable surface inflow,probably influenced by the equatorial indian Ocean’s eastward current.

The rapid synthesis of structurally complicated electron donors&acceptors still remains a major challenge in organic solar cells(OSC).in this work,we developed a highly efficient strategy to access long-chain oligomeric donor and acceptors for OSC applications.A series of cyclopentadithiophene(CPDT)and benzothiadiazole(BT)-basedπ-conjugated oligomers,i.e.,three oligomeric acceptors(BTDT)n-iC(n=1—3)and one long-chain oligomeric donor(BTDT)4-RD,are facilely synthesized by an atom-and step-economical,and labor-saving direct C—H arylation(DACH)reaction(i.e.,C—H/C—Br cross coupling).Note that(BTDT)4-RD involving five CPDT,four BT and two rhodamine(RD)building blocks is the longest oligomeric donor in the fullerene-free OSC devices ever *** dependence of the structure-property-performance correlation of(BTDT)n-iC(n=1—3)and(BTDT)4-RD on theπ-conjugation lengths is thoroughly investigated by opto-electrochemical measurements,bulk heterojunction(BHJ)OSC devices and ***(BTDT)1-iC:PBDB-T and(BTDT)4-RD:Y6 BHJs achieve power conversion efficiencies of 9.14%and 4.51%,*** findings demonstrate that DACH reaction is a powerful tool to tune the opto-electronic properties and device performances by regulating the lengths ofπ-conjugated oligomers with varied numbers of repeating units.

Food Waste(FW)is a pressing environmental concern that affects every country *** one-third of the food that is produced ends up as waste,contributing to the carbon ***,the FW must be properly treated to reduce environmental *** study evaluates a few available Food Waste Treatment(FWT)technologies,such as anaerobic digestion,composting,landfill,and incineration,which are widely used.A Bipolar Picture Fuzzy Set(BPFS)is proposed to deal with the ambiguity and uncertainty that arise when converting a real-world problem to a mathematical model.A novel Criteria importance Through intercriteria Correlation-Stable Preference Ordering Towards ideal Solution(CRiTiC-SPOTiS)approach is developed to objectively analyze FWT selection based on thirteen criteria covering the industry’s technical,environmental,and entrepreneurial *** CRiTiC method is used for the objective analysis of the importance of each criterion in FWT *** SPOTiS method is adopted to rank the alternative hassle-free,following the *** proposed model offers a rank reversal-free model,i.e.,the rank of the alternatives remains unaffected even after the addition or removal of an *** addition,comparative and sensitivity analyses are performed to ensure the reliability and robustness of the proposed model and to validate the proposed result.

Hypoxia is a typical feature of the tumor microenvironment,one of the most critical factors affecting cell behavior and tumor ***,the lack of tumor models able to precisely emulate natural brain tumor tissue has impeded the study of the effects of hypoxia on the progression and growth of tumor *** study reports a three-dimensional(3D)brain tumor model obtained by encapsulating U87MG(U87)cells in a hydrogel containing type i *** also documents the effect of various oxygen concentrations(1%,7%,and 21%)in the culture environment on U87 cell morphology,proliferation,viability,cell cycle,apoptosis rate,and ***,it compares two-dimensional(2D)and 3D *** comparison purposes,cells cultured in flat culture dishes were used as the control(2D model).Cells cultured in the 3D model proliferated more slowly but had a higher apoptosis rate and proportion of cells in the resting phase(G0 phase)/gap i phase(G1 phase)than those cultured in the 2D ***,the two models yielded significantly different cell ***,hypoxia(e.g.,1%O2)affected cell morphology,slowed cell growth,reduced cell viability,and increased the apoptosis rate in the 3D *** results indicate that the constructed 3D model is effective for investigating the effects of biological and chemical factors on cell morphology and function,and can be more representative of the tumor microenvironment than 2D culture *** developed 3D glioblastoma tumor model is equally applicable to other studies in pharmacology and pathology.

目的研究维生素D介导丝裂原激活蛋白激酶(MEK)/细胞外信号调节激酶(erK)通路对妊娠糖尿病大鼠心肌损伤的影响。方法将SD大鼠分为对照组、模型组和低、中、高剂量实验组。除对照组外,各组建立妊娠糖尿病大鼠模型。造模成功后,低、中、高剂量实验组分别灌胃给予0.05、0.***.0.15μg·kg^(-1)的维生素D,对照组、模型组均灌胃等量0.9%naCl,每天1次,连续灌胃2周。检测干预前和干预后1周、2周空腹血糖浓度、胰岛素水平,以超声心动图检测心功能[左心室射血分数(LVEF)、左心室内压最大上升速度(+dp/dt_(max))和最大下降速度(-dp/dt_(max))],以酶联免疫吸附试验(ELiSA)法检测大鼠血清和心肌组织中心肌酶指标[肌钙蛋白Ⅰ(cTnⅠ)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)]、炎性因子[肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、C反应蛋白(CRP)]水平,以蛋白质印迹法检测MEK/erK通路蛋白的表达水平。结果对照组、模型组和低、中、高剂量实验组心肌组织cTnⅠ水平分别为(10.50±1.08)、(42.26±4.30)、(31.85±2.44)(23.31±2.15)和(14.85±1.19)ng·mL^(-1),血清cTnⅠ水平分别为(23.79±3.46)、(63.59±5.52)、(51.02±4.27)、(42.75±3.19)和(29.20±2.11)ng·mL^(-1),心肌组织CK-MB水平分别为(8.52±0.90)、(17.65±1.75)、(15.62±1.27)、(13.11±1.24)和(9.85±0.87)ng·mL^(-1),血清CK-MB水平分别为(11.32±0.98)、(21.24±1.45)、(18.75±1.32)、(15.11±1.02)和(12.27±1.11)ng·mL^(-1),磷酸化MEK蛋白相对表达水平分别为0.24±0.03、0.85±0.09、0.72±0.06、0.57±0.07和0.35±0.04,磷酸化erK1/2蛋白相对表达水平分别为0.18±0.02、0.66±0.07、0.52±0.06、0.40±0.07和0.24±0.05。对照组的上述指标与模型组,在统计学上差异均有统计学意义(均PerK通路激活,进而减轻妊娠糖尿病大鼠心肌损伤。
