this work reports the growth and characterization of p-AlInn layers doped with Mg by plasma-assisted molecular beam epitaxy(PAMBE).AlInn was grown with an Al molar fraction of 0.80 by metal-modulated epitaxy(MME)with a thickness of 180 nm on Si(111)substrates using Aln as buffer *** substrate temperatures were used to enhance the incorporation of indium atoms into the alloy without clustering,as confirmed by X-ray diffraction(XRD).Cathodoluminescence measurements revealed ultraviolet(UV)range ***,Hall effect measurements indicated a maximum hole mobility of 146 cm^(2)/(V∙s),corresponding to a free hole concentration of 1.23×10^(19)cm^(−3).the samples were analyzed by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)estimating the alloy composition and extracting the Fermi level by valence band ***-doped AlInn layers were studied for use as the electron-blocking layer(EBL)in LED *** varied the Al composition in the EBL from 0.84 to 0.96 molar fraction to assess its theoretical effects on electroluminescence,carrier concentration,and electric field,using SILVACO *** results from this study highlight the importance and capability of producing high-quality Mg-doped p-AlInn layers through *** simulations suggest that an Al content of 0.86 is optimal for achieving desired outcomes in electroluminescence,carrier concentration,and electric field.

In Wireless Sensor networks(WSns),Clustering process is widely utilized for increasing the lifespan with sustained energy stability during data *** clustering protocols were devised for extending network lifetime,but most of them failed in handling the problem of fixed clustering,static rounds,and inadequate Cluster Head(CH)selection criteria which consumes more *** this paper,Stochastic Ranking Improved teaching-Learning and Adaptive Grasshopper Optimization Algorithm(SRItL-AGOA)-based Clustering Scheme for energy stabilization and extending network *** SRItL-AGOA selected CH depending on the weightage of factors such as node mobility degree,neighbour's density distance to sink,single-hop or multihop communication and Residual Energy(RE)that directly influences the energy consumption of sensor *** specific,Grasshopper Optimization Algorithm(GOA)is improved through tangent-based nonlinear strategy for enhancing the ability of global *** the other hand,stochastic ranking and violation constraint handling strategies are embedded into teaching-Learning-based Optimization Algorithm(tLOA)for improving its exploitation ***,SR and VCH improved tLOA is embedded into the exploitation phase of AGOA for selecting better CH by maintaining better balance amid exploration and *** results confirmed that the proposed SRItL-AGOA improved throughput by 21.86%,network stability by 18.94%,load balancing by 16.14%with minimized energy depletion by19.21%,compared to the competitive CH selection approaches.

the incredible progress in technologies has drastically increased the usage of Web *** share their credentials like userid and password or use their smart cards to get authenticated by the application *** cards are handy to use,but they are susceptible to stolen smart card attacks and few other notable security *** prefer to use Web applications that guarantee for security against several security attacks,especially insider attacks,which is *** of several existing schemes prove the security pitfalls of the protocols from preventing security attacks,specifically insider *** paper introduces LAPUP:a novel lightweight authentication protocol using physically unclonable function(PUF)to prevent security attacks,principally insider *** PUFs are used to generate the security keys,challenge-response pair(CRP)and hardware signature for designing the *** transmitted messages are shared as hash values and encrypted by the keys generated by *** messages are devoid of all possible attacks executed by any attacker,including insider *** is also free from stolen verifier attacks,as the databases are secured by using the hardware signature generated by *** analysis of the protocol exhibits the strength of LAPUP in preventing insider attacks and its resistance against several other security *** evaluation results of the communication and computation costs of LAPUP clearly shows that it achieves better performance than existing protocols,despite providing enhanced security.

this article analyzes the transmission line characteristics of plasmonic hybrid metal insulator metal(HMIM) wave-guide, circular ring resonator(CRR) based dual-band band-pass filters with two transmission poles in both pass-bands in the optical regime using coupled line feed. the transmission line characteristics of an HMIM waveguide, such as characteristic impedance(Z_(PV)), effective refractive index(n_(eff)) and propagation length(L_(spp)), have been obtained by using full wave simulation.
