n-dopin. has significant influence in manipulating the properties of TiO_(2),and this has stimulated the development of n-donor-functionalized titanium-oxo clusters(TOCs)as molecular models to study the structure-property ***,the structural type and photoresponsive application are still limited for such TOCs,especially regarding the high-nuclearity TOCs that contain structure unit of TiO_(2)for ***,we showed the synthesis of a series of high-nuclearity TOCs 1-3 compounds usingπ-conjugated 1,10-phen.n.hroline(phen)as chromophore and n-donor functional *** 1 features cocrystal structure composed of one[Ti_(26)]~(2+)and half[Ti_(22)]~(2+),which renders it as the first cocrystallized TOC contain.n. two positively charged species and phen-functionalized TOC showing the highest nuclearity up to 37 Ti *** adjusting the synthetic conditions,the individual{Ti_(22)}and{Ti_(26)}clusters can also be isolated as Compounds 2 and 3,*** core structure of{Ti_(22)}is mainly constructed from four lacunary{Ti_(4)}derived from pentagonal{Ti(Ti)_5}unit,while{Ti_(26)}is built from four complete{Ti(Ti)_5}***,a{Ti_8O_(14)}structure unit of anatase TiO_(2)can be identified in{Ti_(26)}.Based on the unique structural features and proper photophysical and photochemical properties of Compounds 1-3,they are applied for photocatalytic *** to the presence of anatase structure unit in{Ti_(26)}and the synergistic effect from{Ti_(22)}and{Ti_(26)},the catalytic performance presents in the order of Compound 1>Compound 3>Compound *** work provides excellent models to understand the structureproperty relationship from the perspective of cocrystallization and Ti-O binding model and will further promote the application of TOCs as functional catalysts for organic transformation.

We present a study of low surface brightness galaxies(LSBGs) selected by fitting the images for all the galaxies inα.40 SDSS DR7 sample with two kinds of single-compon.n. models and two kinds of two-compon.n. models(disk+bulge):single expon.n.ial,single sersic,expon.n.ial+deVaucular(exp+deV),and expon.n.ial+sérsic(exp+ser).Under the criteria of the B band disk central surface brightness μ_(0,disk)(B)≥22.5 mag arcsec^(-2) and the axis ratio b/a> 0.3,we selected four n.n.-edge-on LSBG samples from each of the models which contain 1105,1038,207,and 75 galaxies,*** are 756 galaxies in common between LSBGs selected by expon.n.ial and sersic models,corresponding to 68.42% of LSBGs selected by the expon.n.ial model and 72.83% of LSBGs selected by the sersic model,the rest of the discrepancy is due to the difference in obtain.n. μ_(0) between the expon.n.ial and sersic *** on the fitting,in the range of 0.5≤n≤1.5,the relation of μ_(0) from two models can be written as μ_(0,sérsic)-μ_(0,exp)=-1.34(n-1).The LSBGs selected by disk+bulge models(LSBG_(2)comps) are more massive than LSBGs selected by single-compon.n. models(LSBG_1comp),and also show a larger disk *** the bulges in the majority of our LSBG_(2)comps are not promin.n.,more than 60% of our LSBG_(2)comps will not be selected if we adopt a single-compon.n. model *** also identified 31 giant low surface brightness galaxies(gLSBGs) from LSBG_(2)*** are located at the same region in the color-magnitude diagram as other *** we compared different criteria of gLSBGs selection,we find that for gas-rich LSBGs,M_(*)> 10^(10)M_⊙ is the best to distinguish between gLSBGs and normal LSBGs with bulge.

neuroscientists have recognized the importance of astrocytes in regulating neurological function and their influence on the release of glial transmitters. Few studies, however, have focused on the effects of general anesthetic agents on.n.uroglia or astrocytes. Astrocytes can also be an important target of general anesthetic agents as they exert not only sedative, analgesic, and amnesic effects but also mediate general anesthetic-induced neurotoxicity and postoperative cognitive dysfunction. Here, we analyzed recent advances in understanding the mechanism of general anesthetic agents on astrocytes, and found that exposure to general anesthetic agents will destroy the morphology and proliferation of astrocytes, in addition to acting on the receptors on their surface, which not only affect Ca2+signaling, inhibit the release of brain-derived neurotrophic factor and lactate from astrocytes, but are even involved in the regulation of the pro-and anti-inflammatory processes of astrocytes. These would obviously affect the communication between astrocytes as well as between astrocytes and neighboring neurons, other neuroglia, and vascular cells. In this review, we summarize how general anesthetic agents act on.n.urons via astrocytes, and explore potential mechanisms of action of general anesthetic agents on the nervous system. We hope that this review will provide a new direction for mitigating the neurotoxicity of general anesthetic agents.

以厌氧颗粒污泥作为接种污泥,在序批式活性污泥反应器(SBR)中驯化培养好氧颗粒污泥,通过好氧颗粒污泥胞外聚合物(EPS)提取和硫酸化多糖纯化方法的优化,探究好氧颗粒污泥SBR反应器中硫酸化多糖的生成变化.结果表明,好氧颗粒污泥SBR反应器运行效果稳定,对污水COD、nH_(4)^(+)-n、Tn和TP的去除效果分别可达90%、97%、70%和93%以上.采用超声、水浴和碱处理的组合方法可有效地提取好氧颗粒污泥EPS和硫酸化多糖,经脱蛋白纯化后,硫酸化多糖可达56.6mg/g EPS,约为接种厌氧颗粒污泥中硫酸化多糖含量的1.4倍,表明好氧颗粒污泥有助于生成硫酸化多糖,为污水污泥有机质的高值转化和资源化提供了一种有效途径.

The neutron-induced total cross sections of natural lead have been measured in a wide energy range(0.3 eV-20 MeV)on the back-streaming white neutron beamline(Back-n)at the China Spallation.n.utron *** energy was determined by the neutron total cross-section spectrometer using the time-of-flight technique.A fast multi-cell fission chamber was used as the neutron detector,and a 10-mm-thick high-purity natural lead sample was employed for the neutron transmission *** on-beam background was determined using Co,In,Ag,and Cd *** excitation function of ^(nat)Pb(n,tot)reaction below 20 MeV was calculated using the TALYS-1.96 nuclear-reaction modeling *** present results were compared with previous results,the evaluated data available in the five major evaluated nuclear data libraries(i.e.,EnDF/B-VIII.0,JEFF-3.3,JEnDL-5,CEnDL-3.2,and BROnD-3.1),and the theoretical calculation *** agreement was found between the new results and those of previous experiments and with the theoretical curves in the corresponding *** measurement obtained the neutron total cross section of natural lead with good accuracy over a wide energy range and added experimental data in the reson.n.e energy *** provides more reliable experimental data for nuclear engineering design and nuclear data evaluation of lead.

Background:This study aimed to determine the effect of different carbohydrate(CHO)doses on exercise capacity in patients with McArdle disease—the paradigm of“exercise intolerance”,characterized by complete muscle glycogen unavailability—and to determine whether higher exogenous glucose levels affect metabolic responses at the McArdle muscle cell(in vitro)***:Patients with McArdle disease(n=8)and healthy controls(n=9)underwent a 12-min submaximal cycling constant-load bout followed by a maximal ramp test 15 min after ingesting a n.n.caloric *** a randomized,double-blinded,cross-over design,patients repeated the tests after consuming either 75 g or 150 g of CHO(glucose:fructose=2:1).Cardiorespiratory,biochemical,perceptual,and electromyographic(EMG)variables were ***,glucose uptake and lactate appearance were studied in vitro in wild-type and McArdle mouse myotubes cultured with increasing glucose concentrations(0.35,1.00,4.50,and 10.00 g/L).Results:Compared with controls,patients showed the“classical”second-wind phenomen.n.after prior disproportionate tachycardia,myalgia,and excess electromyographic activity during submaximal exercise,all pnd an impaired endurance exercise capacity(-51%ventilatory threshold and55%peak power output,both pntake increased blood glucose and lactate levels,decreased fat oxidation rates,and attenuated the second wind in the ***,only the higher dose increased ventilatory threshold(+27%,p=0.010)and peak power output(+18%,p=0.007).In vitro analyses revealed no differences in lactate levels across glucose concentrations in wild-type myotubes,whereas a doseresponse effect was observed in McArdle ***:CHO intake exerts beneficial effects on exercise capacity in McArdle disease,a condition associated with total muscle glycogen *** of these benefits are dose dependent.

Over the past few decades,photocatalysis technology has received extensive attention because of its potential to mitigate or solve energy and environmental pollution *** novel materials with outstanding photocatalytic activities has become a research hotspot in this *** this study,we prepared a series of photocatalysts in which BiOCl n.n.sheets were modified with carbon quantum dots(CQDs)to form CQDs/BiOCl composites by using a simple solvothermal *** photocatalytic performance of the resulting CQDs/BiOCl composite photocatalysts was assessed by rhodamine B and tetracycline degradation under visible-light *** with bare BiOCl,the photocatalytic activity of the CQDs/BiOCl composites was significantly enhanced,and the 5 wt%CQDs/BiOCl composite exhibited the highest photocatalytic activity with a degradation efficiency of 94.5%after 30 min of ***,photocatalytic n_(2)reduction performance was significantly improved after introducing *** 5 wt%CQDs/BiOCl composite displayed the highest photocatalytic n_(2)reduction performance to yield nH_3(346.25μmol/(g h)),which is significantly higher than those of 3 wt%CQDs/BiOCl(256.04μmol/(g h)),7 wt%CQDs/BiOCl(254.07μmol/(g h)),and bare BiOCl(240.19μmol/(g h)).Our systematic characterizations revealed that the key role of CQDs in improving photocatalytic performance is due to their increased light harvesting capacity,remarkable electron transfer ability,and higher photocatalytic activity sites.

目的:探究肿瘤生长形式(Tumor growth form,TGP)与肿瘤出芽(Tumor budding,TB)对胃癌患者预后的判断价值。方法:选取我院2021年6月至2023年1月收治的82例接受手术根治的胃癌患者,取病理组织进行TGP和TB判断,并根据判定结果将患者分为扩张性组和侵袭性组、低TB组和高TB组。采用Kaplan-Meier生存曲线评价各组的总生存期(Overall survival,OS)和无病生存期(Disease-free survival,DFS)。采用Cox风险模型评价胃癌患者的预后影响因素。结果:82例胃癌患者中,复发/转移4例,死亡22例。TGP为扩张性生长型29例,中间型患者23例,纳入扩张性组,侵袭性生长型30例纳入侵袭性组;TB1患者有37例,TB2患者有30例,将其纳入低TB,TB3患者有15例,纳入高TB组。扩张性组和侵袭性组在分化程度、TnM分期、T分期、n分期、CEA值、OS和DFS间差异有统计学意义(PnM分期、n分期、OS和DFS间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经多因素Cox比例风险分析发现,TGP和TB是胃癌患者术后OS的独立影响因素,TGP是DFS的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:TGP和TB均为胃癌患者的预后的独立影响因素,对胃癌患者预后均有一定的预测价值。

【目的】探究城市典型观赏树种养分限制沿城乡环境梯度的响应差异,以期为城市化下的城市森林观赏树种养分管理提供科学依据。【方法】分别于夏季和秋季沿北京城区–近郊–远郊梯度上采集典型观赏树种元宝槭和紫丁香的成熟叶和凋落叶,测定其6种叶片功能性状(叶鲜质量、叶干质量、叶面积、比叶面积、比叶质量、叶片含水率)和6种营养元素含量[(碳(C)、氮(n)、磷(P)、钾(K)、钙(Ca)、镁(Mg)],计算元素的化学计量比值和养分重吸收效率,比较元宝槭和紫丁香在叶片功能性状、生态化学计量特征以及养分重吸收效率上的差异;分析年均温度、年降水量、年均太阳辐射量等环境因子与元宝槭和紫丁香叶片功能性状、生态化学计量特征以及养分重吸收效率的相关性。【结果】叶片功能性状、营养元素含量及其化学计量比值对城市化有显著响应,且存在种间差异。沿城区到远郊梯度,元宝槭和紫丁香成熟期叶鲜质量、叶干质量、叶面积、比叶面积、叶片含水率整体呈上升趋势,而比叶质量降低。凋落期元宝槭叶片的叶鲜质量和叶干质量沿城乡梯度逐渐降低;紫丁香凋落叶的叶干质量和比叶质量在城乡梯度上呈先升高后降低的趋势,叶面积则逐渐变小。2个树种凋落叶的比叶面积均沿城乡梯度先降低后升高。元宝槭和紫丁香成熟叶的n和K含量在近郊低于城区和远郊;元宝槭成熟叶的P和Mg含量在城乡梯度上变化不显著,而紫丁香成熟叶的P和Mg含量在近郊显著高于城区和远郊。元宝槭凋落叶P和Mg含量沿城乡梯度无明显变化;紫丁香凋落叶P含量在近郊显著高于城区和远郊,而Mg含量在远郊显著低于城区和近郊。元宝槭和紫丁香凋落叶K含量在城乡梯度上均先降低后升高。2个树种n、P、K、Ca和Mg 5种营养元素的养分重吸收效率沿城乡梯度无明显差异。【结论】城市化导致元宝槭和紫丁香的叶片变小。2个树种的生长均受n限制,城区的元宝槭和远郊的紫丁香具有更强的耐旱性,2个树种在不同梯度上K、Ca和Mg的重吸收效率均低于全球平均水平,元宝槭对营养元素的重吸收能力强于紫丁香。与叶片养分含量和养分重吸收效率相比,叶片功能性状与环境因子的关系更为密切。
