The alloy-type material Sb is widely used in the anode materials of lithium-ion batteries(liBs)due to its high theoretical specific ***,its serious volume expansion problem during alloying/dealloying of li~+limits its practical *** this work,C-Sb composite was constructed as anode material of liBs by electrospinning route for the first time,Sb was introduced into the polyacrylonitrile-based hard carbon and coal tar pitch-based soft carbon composite amorphous carbon fiber with a diameter of 300-600 nm,which realized high cycling *** C-Sb-2(the mass ratio of polyacrylonitrile to Sb source is 1:2)electrode displayed charge capacities of 1098.5,930.3,841.7,753.5,643.9 and 545.8 mAh·g^(-1)at 0.1,0.2,0.3,0.5,1 and 2 A·g^(-1),*** when the current density returned to 0.1 A·g^(-1),the charge capacity was 939.3 mAh·g^(-1),revealing good stability and *** introduction of Sb into the amorphous carbon improved its conductivity and addressed the volume expansion issue of high specific capacity Sb during charge/***-situ XRD analysis confirmed the high reversibility of the C-Sb-2 during charging and *** functional theory(DFT)calculations revealed the gradual enhancement of the interface interaction between Sb_(x)li_(y) and amorphous carbon(AMC)with increasing lithium content,contributing to the anchoring of alloy nanoparticles on the AMC surface and buffering the volume change of the ***,the gradual lithiation of Sb facilitated the electron transfer from Sb_(x)li_(y) to *** findings hold promise for designing lithium storage materials with exceptional performance,highlighting the potential of C-Sb composites as anode materials for efficient next-generation lithium storage.

The poor corrosion and wear resistances of Mg alloys seriously limit their potential applications in various *** conventional epoxy coating easily forms many intrinsic defects during the solidification process,which cannot provide sufficient *** the current study,we design a double-layer epoxy composite coating on Mg alloy with enhanced anti-corrosion/wear properties,via the spin-assisted assembly *** outer layer is functionalized graphene(FG)in waterborne epoxy resin(WEP)and the inner layer is Ce-based conversion(Ce)*** FG sheets can be homogeneously dispersed within the epoxy matrix to fill the intrinsic defects and improve the barrier *** Ce film connects the outer layer with the substrate,showing the transition *** corrosion rate of Ce/WEP/FG composite coating is 2131 times lower than that of bare Mg alloy,and the wear rate is decreased by~90%.The improved corrosion resistance is attributed to the labyrinth effect(hindering the penetration of corrosive medium)and the obstruction of galvanic coupling *** synergistic effect derived from the FG sheet and blocking layer exhibits great potential in realizing the improvement of multi-functional integration,which will open up a new avenue for the development of novel composite protection coatings of Mg alloys.

The underwater X-ray imaging technology development is significant to subaqueous target reconnaissance/detection/identification, subfluvial archaeology,submerged resource exploration, etc. As the core of X-ray imaging detection, the scintillator has been plagued by inherent moisture absorption and decomposition, and strict requirements for seamless packaging and ***, we designed a manganese-doped two-dimensional(2D) perovskite scintillator modified by hydrophobic longchain organic amine through the combination of component and doping engineering. The modified perovskites show high water repellency that can be used as an underwater X-ray scintillator. X-ray images of aquatic organisms or other objects with a high spatial resolution of10 lp·mm^(-1) at a big view field(32 mm × 32 mm) were obtained by scintillation screen. This hydrophobic perovskite scintillator based on molecular design is of great promise in underwater X-ray nondestructive testing technology development.

Polydopamine(PDA)and metal-organic skeleton HKUST-1 were co-deposited on the base membrane of hexamethylenediamine(HDA)-crosslinked polyetherimide(PEI)ultrafiltration membrane as the interlayer,and high-throughput organic solvent nanofiltration membrane(OSn)was prepared by interfacial polymerization and solvent activation *** polyamide(PA)layer surface roughness from 28.4 nm in PA/PEI to 78.3 nm in PA/PDA-HKUST-10.6/PEI membrane,reduced the thickness of the separation layer from 79 to 14 nm,and significantly improved the hydrophilic,thermal and mechanical *** flux of the PA/PDA-HKUST-10.6/PEI membrane in a 0.1 g/L Congo Red(CR)ethanol solution at 0.6 MPa test pressure reached 21.8 L/(m^(2)·hr)and the rejection of CR was 92.8%.Solvent adsorption test,n,n-dimethylformamide(DMF)immersion experiment,and long-term operation test in ethanol showed that the membranes had high solvent *** solvent flux test demonstrated that,under the test pressure of 0.6 MPa,the flux of different solvents ranked as follows:methanol(56.9 L/(m^(2)·hr))>DMF(39.6 L/(m^(2)·hr))>ethanol(31.2 L/(m^(2)·hr))>IPA(4.5 L/(m^(2)·hr))>n-hexane(1.9 L/(m^(2)·hr)).The ability of the membranes to retain dyes in IPA/water dyes solution was also *** flux of the membrane was 30.4 L/(m^(2)·hr)and the rejection of CR was 91.6%when the IPA concentration reached 50%.This OSn membrane-making strategy is economical,environment-friendly and efficient,and has a great application prospect in organic solvent separation systems.

With the growing demand for precise voltage adjustment and reactive regulation,the frequent operation of on-load tap changers(OLTCs)in oil-immersed systems has led to increased erosion of switch contacts by arcs during the switching *** erosion causes significant wear on the contacts,thereby reducing their ***,the present study aims to investigate the behavior and mechanism of arc erosion on contact surfaces in oil-immersed *** achieve this,a self-designed friction and wear test device for OLTC contacts was utilized to conduct experiments at various sliding speeds and contact ***,finite element analysis was employed to validate the experimental results regarding the influence of sliding speed on arc *** surface morphology of the contacts was observed using an optical *** findings revealed that as the sliding speed increased,the arc energy,arc initiation rate,and contact resistance initially exhibited an upward trend,then decreased,and eventually increased *** minimum values were observed at a sliding speed of 90 mm/***,the arc energy,arc initiation rate,and contact resistance decreased gradually as the contact pressure *** reaching a contact pressure of 1.5 n,the variation in the arc energy *** lower contact pressures,arc erosion dominated the wear on the contact ***,at higher contact pressures,the wear transitioned from predominantly arc erosion to a combination of mechanical wear and arc *** summary,experimental and analytical investigations provided insights into the effects of sliding speed and contact pressure on the behavior of arc erosion,contact resistance,and surface damage of OLTC contacts in oil-immersed systems.
