目的:评估QuantiFEROn-TBGold(QFT-G)试验在筛查结核病(TB)接触者、以及评估其发展为活动性结核病的风险方面的效果。方法:收集公共卫生中心结核病密切接触者接受QFT-G试验2年后,临床进展为活动性结核病的资料。结果:3102例观察的接触者中,有419例QFT-G阳性,其中323例开始异烟肼(InH)治疗。419例中的20例(4.8%)发展为结核病。在平均随访的1.6年时间里,2683例QFT-G-阴性人群中,19例被诊断为结核病(0.7%)。QFT-G对于检测可能发展为活动性结核病的接触者的敏感性估计为51%,对于进行异烟肼治疗估计的敏感性为64%。在QFT-G阴性接触者中,所有发展为结核病的都是高度传染病例的接触者。没有进行大规模的结核分枝杆菌素皮肤试验。结论:QFT-G阳性接触者中结核病发病率比QFT-G阴性接触者要高,但是QFT-G阴性接触者中的结核病病例数也是不可忽视的,尤其是具有高传染性结核病例的接触者。

A basin-wide ocean general circulation model of the north Pacific is used to identify which location is more efficient for ocean CO2 sequestration in the north *** injection depths at each one of fifteen locations are *** terms of effectiveness index（EI） and escape factor（EF）,it is clear that the effectiveness increases with increasing latitude at the end of the 50 a injection ***-by-site differences in the EI can be over 9% for the 1 000 m injection depth in the western north Pacific at the end of 50 a of continuous *** difference is much larger for the 500 m *** difference decreases with increasing injection ***,the site-by-site difference is small for the injection in the eastern north *** sequestration is more efficient for the injection in the east than in the *** the 500 m injection depth,the difference in effectiveness between the west and the east is over 10% at the end of 50 a injection *** largest concentration of sequestered CO2 increases with increasing injection *** the injection in both the western and central north Pacific,the largest exchange flux always appears to be at about 42°n,150°E,whereas for the injection in the eastern area the large flux appears to be in the equatorial region（120°W）.

Responses of Prochlorococcus (Pro), Synechococcus (Syn), pico-eukaryotes (Euk) and heterotrophic bacteria (Bact) in pelagic marine ecosystems to external nutrient perturbations were examined using nitrogen- (n), phosphorus- (P), iron- (Fe), and cobalt- (Co) enriched incubations in the South China Sea in november 1997. Variations in abundance of the 4 groups of microorganism and cellular pigment content of the autotrophs during incubation were followed by flow-cytometric measurements for seven days. During the incubation, Syn and Euk showed a relatively higher demand on Fe and n, while Pro required higher levels of Co and P. The Fe was inadequate for all the organisms in the deep euphotic zone (75 m) of the study area. The experimental results also implied that biological interaction among the organisms played a role in the community structure shift during the incubation. It seemed that besides the effects of temperature, there are some other physical and chemical limitations as well as impacts from biological interactions on Pro distribution in coast waters.

The tolerance to temperature increase was tested for Halobates individuals collected during two cruises in the western tropical Pacific Ocean （MR-06-05-Leg 3, December 21, 2006-January 12, 2007, 0°n-8°n; KH-06-02-Leg 5, August 18-31, 2006, 12°n-17°n）. High temperature coma experiments were conducted on adults and 5th instar larvae. On average, H. sericeus （distributed in the wide latitude zone of 5°n-40°n）, H. germanus （distributed in the moderate latitude zone of 0°n-35°n） and H. micans （distributed mainly in the lower latitudes around the equator） were on average paralyzed at 35.6℃（SD： 0.89）, 32.9℃ （SD： 2.17） and 31.6℃ （SD： 2.60）, respectively （P = 0.035）. According to the current dynamics during the cruise, the colony ofH. sericeus at one station （5°n 137°E） may have been transferred from the northern area of 14°n by three currents （north Equatorial Current, Mindanao Current and north Equatorial Counter Current） to the area of 5°n 138°E. Extremely high heat resistance was shown by the adults of H. germanus in the sea area around the equator. Dynamic current and air movements in this area around the equator, that is a ＂warm seawater pool＂, could be hypothesized to be related to the high resistance to heat shown in this study.

To evaluate the stability of n-alkylated pyrrolidone derivatives （nRPs）, which are supposed to be used as precipitants for U（VI） and Pu（IV, VI） species in HnO3 media, under irradiation environment, some candidate nRPs were irradiated by γ-ray. Irradia- tion to HnO3 solutions up to 6 mol dm-3 （= M） containing 2 M n-n-butyl-2-pyrrolidone （nBP）, one of nRPs with lower hy- drophobicity, has revealed that the residual ratios of nBP in the samples of HnO3 up to 3 M decreased identically and linearly. Approximately 20% of nBP was found to be degraded after the irradiation at 1 MGy. It was also found that the decrease in the precipitation ratio of UOf＋（P.R., %） was gentle and that the P.R. values were relatively in accordance with the residual ratios of nBP. On the other hand, the degradation of the samples irradiated in 6 M HnO3 was found more distinguished. It was pro- posed from the analyses of degraded compounds that the degradation of nBP in HnO3 by γ-ray irradiation started from the cleavage of the pyrrolidone ring by the addition of oxygen atom originating from HnO3, followed by the formation of chain compounds by the successive addition of oxygen, leading to the generation of oxalic acid and acetic acid. The stability of other nRPs in 3 M HnO3 was evaluated to be nearly identical with that of nBP except lower P.R. values of the samples containing nRPs with higher hydrophobicity irradiated at more than 0.5 MGy.

本文用蝙蝠的新鲜肺组织和尾椎进行组织培养,然后在光学显微镜下计数30个染色体分散良好的中期分裂相细胞,并进行摄影、剪贴和测量。分析了广东地区5种菊头蝠的核型,即小菊头蝠的核型为2n =6 2 ,Fn =6 0 ;角菊头蝠的核型为2n =6 2 ,Fn =6 0 ;中菊头蝠的核型为2n =6 2 ,Fn =6 0 ;大耳菊头蝠的核型为2n =6 2 ,Fn =6 0 ;中华(栗黄)菊头蝠的核型为2n =36 ,Fn =6 0。大耳菊头蝠的核型为首次报道。角菊头蝠和中菊头蝠的核型与前人报道的结果基本相同。中华(栗黄)菊头蝠的核型(2n =36 )与张维道报道的鲁氏菊头蝠相同,而与印度和斯里兰卡产R rouxii的核型2n =5 6迥异。
