An Efficient Honey Badger Optimization Based Solar MPPT Under Partial Shading Conditions

Due to the enormous utilization of solar energy,the photovoltaic(PV)system is *** PV system is functioned based on a maximum power point(MPP).Due to the climatic change,the Partial shading conditions have occurred under non-uniform irradiance *** the PV system,the global maximum power point(GMPP)is complex to track in the P-V curve due to the Partial ***,several tracking processes are performed using various methods like perturb and observe(P&O),hill climbing(HC),incremental conductance(InC),Fuzzy Logic,Whale Optimization Algorithm(WOA),Grey Wolf Optimi-zation(GWO)and Flying Squirrel Search Optimization(FSSO)***,the MPPT is not so efﬁcient when the partial shading is *** increase the efﬁciency and convergences in MMPT,the Honey Badger optimization(HBO)algorithm is *** HBO model is motivated by the excellent foraging behaviour of honey *** HBO model is used to achieve the best solution in GMPP tracking and speed *** HBO methodology is also com-pared with prior P&O,WOA and FSSO methods using ***,the experiment shows that the HBO method is performed a higher tracking than all prior methods.

The optical properties of substituted fluorenones with diverse structures have been analyzed using molecular orbital calculations in order to understand the structure-property relations. Based on theoretical predictions, synthesis of some model compounds has been attempted. The experimentally obtained optical properties are in close agreement with the theoretically obtained results.

Combining ability and gene action studies for yield and fibre traits in Gossypium arboreum using Griffings numerical and Haymans graphical approach

Background For the purpose of utilising hybrid vigour to produce possible hybrids with a suitable level of stability,the knowledge of gene activity and combining ability is a crucial prerequisite before choosing desirable *** present study was carried out with six parents crossed in full diallel fashion and generated 30 F1 *** hybrids were evaluated in two replications in Randomized Block Design at Department of Cotton,TnAU for combining ability and gene *** analysis was carried out according to Griffing’s method-I(parents + F_(1) + reciprocals) and model-I and Hayman’s graphical approach by using InDOSTAT *** Analysis of variance for combining ability indicated that mean square values of GCA,SCA and reciprocals were highly significant for all the traits except for the uniformity ***763 and K12 showed highly positively significant GCA effects for most of the yield traits while PA838 and K12 for fibre quality traits,so they were found as best general ***379 × K12 and PDB29 × K12 for yield traits,and PDB29 × PA838,RG763 × PA838,and CnA1007 × RG763 cross combinations for fibre quality traits could be recommended for future breeding *** The results of both Griffing’s and Hayman’s approaches showed that non-additive gene action predominates as SCA variance was bigger than GCA variance,so heterosis breeding is thought to be a more fruitful option for enhancing GCA of many traits.

Kisspeptin is a hormone involved in the neuroendocrine control of reproduction in *** hypothesized that kisspeptin stimulates oocyte maturation and modulates other reproductive hormones in zebrafish;and the gonadal kisspeptin system in zebrafish is affected during energy *** main goals of this research were to test in vitro effects of kisspeptin on oocyte maturation and mRnA abundance in zebrafish ovarian follicles and determine how short-term feed restriction affects kisspeptin and its receptors in zebrafish testis and *** study demonstrates the presence of kisspeptin and its receptors in zebrafish(Danio rerio)gonads and its direct action on ovarian follicles in ***(10 ng/mL)induced oocyte maturation,as indicated by germinal vesicle break down at 18-and 24-hours *** significantly increased the abundance of mRnAs encoding reproductive hormones and its receptors in zebrafish *** suggests that kisspeptin-10 affects ovarian functions by modulating other *** is a process that requires ***,whether energy availability affects the kisspeptin system in zebrafish gonads was *** deprivation modulated kisspeptin expression differently in zebrafish testis and ***2 and kiss1ra were upregulated while kiss1rb was downregulated in the testis post-food ***,no changes in kiss in the ovary were found after food ***,kiss1rb was downregulated in unfed fish at 3-and 7-days post-food ***,our results suggest sex-and tissue-specific changes in the gonadal abundance of the kisspeptin system in *** fine tuning of reproduction during energy fluctuations in fish is likely mediated via changes in hormones,including kisspeptin as shown in this research.

The ghrelinergic system in zebrafish gonads is suppressed during food unavailability

Ghrelin is an appetite stimulatory peptide that regulates reproduction in *** acylation of ghrelin by ghrelin-O-acyltransferase(Goat)is essential for most of its *** ghrelinergic system(ghrelin,ghrelin receptor[Ghsr]and Goat)is present in teleost fish ovary and *** this research,we determined the abundance of the ghrelinergic system mRnAs in different stages of follicle(oocyte)development in zebrafish *** highest levels of preproghrelin mRnA were observed in the first stage of follicular development(previtellogenesis).Significantly low levels of preproghrelin mRnA were observed in stages 3II,4 and 5 of the follicle *** mRnA abundance remained unchanged at early stages of follicle development and decreased in stage 5 compared to other developmental stages.A significant decrease in preproghrelin and Ghsr mRnAs in the testis,and ghsr mRnA in the ovary of zebrafish deprived of food for 3 days were *** 7 days food deprivation,preproghrelin,ghsr and goat mRnA in the ovary and preproghrelin and goat in the testis of zebrafish were significantly *** results show that metabolic status modulates gonadal ghrelinergic system in zebrafish and provide support for a role for ghrelin in fish reproduction.

背景:在南印度的Tirrvallur地区,作为DOTS项目的一部分,肺结核病人的发现主要由卫生机构(HF)来完成;另外,作为正在进行的一项流行病学研究的组成部分,通过社区调查(CS)对成人进行筛检也可以发现一部分病例。目的:对一年内由HF和CS发现的所有病人的社会人口学、临床学、细菌学特征以及治疗结局进行比较。结果:在32663名受调查的成人患者中共发现100例涂阳以及 116例涂阴肺结核病人;在65例已经开始化疗的涂阳病例中,44例已治愈。与HF病人相比,CS病人一方面年龄偏大(AOR=1.9)、男性较多(AOR=2.7)、文化程度较低(AOR=1.7)、居住条件较差(AOR=2.0);另一方面CS病人咳嗽3周以上(AOR=3.4)的比例以及涂阳比例较低(AOR=4.2)。在61名新发现涂阳CS病人中,40人报告有胸痛症状;其中32人(80％)已经就诊过,但未确诊。结论:即使在结核病高流行地区,社区调查对于肺结核病例发现也价值甚微。通过社区调查所发现的病例症状轻、传染性小,而且不到一半的人已经治愈。诊断性检查应面向年长、文化程度低的男性。
