Decision-making(DM)is a process in which several persons concur-rently engage,examine the problems,evaluate potential alternatives,and select an appropriate option to the *** for determining order preference by similarity to the ideal solution(TOPSIS)is an established DM *** objective of this report happens to broaden the approach of TOPSIS to solve the DM issues designed with Hesitancy fuzzy data,in which evaluation evidence given by the experts on possible solutions is presents as Hesitancy fuzzy decision matrices,each of which is defined by Hesitancy fuzzy ***:we represent analytical results,such as designing a satellite communication network and assessing reservoir operation methods,to demonstrate that our suggested thoughts may be used in ***:We studied a new testing method for the arti-ficial communication system to give proof of the future construction of satellite earth *** aim to identify the best one from the different testing *** are alsofinding the best operation schemes in the *** this article,we present the concepts of Laplacian energy(LE)in Hesitancy fuzzy graphs(HFGs),the weight function of LE of HFGs,and the TOPSIS method technique is used to produce the hesitancy fuzzy weighted-average(HFWA).Also,consider practical examples to illustrate the applicability of thefinest design of satellite communication systems and also evaluation of reservoir schemes.

●AIM:To determine the common causes and visual outcome after treatment among uveitis and scleritis patients.●METHODS:This is a retrospective cohort observational *** consecutive clinical records of patients with newly diagnosed uveitis and scleritis over a 4-year period,from Jan.1,2017 to Dec.31,2020,were *** was collected at the presentation and included a follow-up period of one year.●RESULTS:A total of 288 patients were recruited during the study *** uveitis was the most common anatomical diagnosis(50.0%)followed by panuveitis(25.0%),scleritis(13.5%),posterior uveitis(6.9%),and intermediate uveitis(4.5%).Viral Herpes was the most common cause of infectious cases,while Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada(VKH)disease and human leucocyte antigen(HLA)B27 spondyloarthropathy were the leading causes of identifiable non-infectious *** of patients presented with unilateral,non-granulomatous uveitis with an absence of *** locations like posterior uveitis and panuveitis,and visual acuity worse than 3/60 at presentation were the factors associated with poor visual outcomes(Pnts had an identifiable cause for the uveitis and scleritis,with nearly equal distribution of infectious(n=85,29.5%)and noninfectious causes(n=84,29.2%).About 14.5%of patients were clinically blind at 1y of *** most common complication in our uveitis patients was glaucoma(47.5%),followed by cystoid macula oedema(18.9%)and cataract(13.9%).●COnCLUSIOn:Uveitis and scleritis are important causes of ocular *** are potentially blinding diseases which can have a good outcome if diagnosed and treated early.

With increasing incidence of diabetes, use of diabetes specific nutrition supplements (DSnS) is common for better management of the disease. To study effect of 12-week DSnS supplementation on glycemic markers, anthropometry, lipid profile, SCFAs, and gut microbiome in individuals with diabetes. Markers studied were glycemic [Fasting Blood Glucose (FBG), Post Prandial Glucose (PPG), HbA1c, Incremental Area under curve (iAUC), Mean Amplitude of Glycemic Excursions (MAGE), Time in/above Range (TIR/TAR)], anthropometry [weight, Body Mass Index (BMI), waist circumference (WC)], lipid profile, diet and gut health [plasma short chain fatty acids (SCFAs)]. n = 210 adults were randomized to receive either DSnS with standard care (DSnS + SC;n = 105) or standard care alone (SC alone;n = 105). After 12 weeks, significant differences between DSnS + SC versus SC alone was observed in FBG [−3 ± 6 vs 14 ± 6 mg/dl;p = 0.03], PPG [−35 ± 9 vs −3 ± 9 mg/dl;p = 0.01], weight [−0.6 ± 0.1 vs 0.2 ± 0.1 kg;p = 0.0001], BMI [−0.3 ± 0.1 vs 0.1 ± 0.1 kg/m2;p = 0.0001] and WC [−0.3 ± 0.2 vs 0.2 ± 0.2 cm;p = 0.01]. HbA1C and low-density lipoprotein (LDL) were significantly reduced in DSnS + SC [−0.2 ± 0.9;p = 0.04 and −5 mg/dl;p = 0.03] respectively with no change in control. Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) reported significant differences between DSnS + SC versus SC alone for mean glucose [−12 ± 65 vs 28 ± 93 mg/dl;p nificantly reduced for both DSnS + SC (−19 ± 67;p nd SC alone (−8 ± 70;p = 0.04), with reduction being more pronounced for DSnS + SC. Alumina thin films were deposited on fused quartz and SS304 substrate by pulsed rf magnetron sputtering with both direct and reactive methods. The films were characterised by energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, field emission scanning electron microscopy and atomic force microscopy to reveal the microstructure, surface morphology and topography of thin films. Transmittance and reflectance of alumina thin film were evaluated after deposition on the quartz substrate. Transmittance of the quartz remains almost un-altered when alumina was deposited by the reactive sputtering. A marginal decrease of ~4% in the transmittance of quartz was, however, observed after deposition of alumina by direct sputtering. Infrared emittance of the substrate also remains almost constant after deposition of thin alumina film. Further, as-deposited alumina on SS304 obtained by both direct and reactive sputtering process was amorphous in nature. However, after annealing crystalline peaks were observed.

This paper aims to create visible light driven ternary photocatalysts using zinc oxide(ZnO),cerium(IV)oxide(CeO_(2)),and carbon xerogel(CX) as constituent *** use of CeO_(2) is based on the creation of direct-Z-scheme heterojunctions with the ZnO and the consequent diminishing of charge recombination,whereas the carbon xerogel inclusion is predicted to minimize bandgap energy,decrease electro n-hole reco mbination,and boost specific surface *** re,the choice of the black-wattle tannin as a carbonaceous precursor was targeted at the development of an environmentally friendly and affordable *** existence of the hexagonal phase of zinc oxide and cubic structure of the cerium(IV) oxide in the ternary material was confirmed by X-ray diffractometry and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,with the latter also suggesting chemical bonding between the ZnO and the CX due to the creation of zinc oxycarbide *** inclusion of the carbon xerogel provokes a significant modification in the morphology of the ternary material,resulting in an increased surface area and smaller particle *** CX/ZnO-CeO_(2) ternary composite obtains the highest photocatalytic efficiency among all the materials studied,degrading 100% of 4-chlorophenol under simulated sunlight and 68% under visible radiation,after 5 *** increased photocatalytic activity can be attributed to the formation of direct Z-scheme heterojunctions between the semiconductors,higher visible light response,and higher specific surface area,as evidenced by the results obtained by active radical scavenging,chronoamperometry,diffuse reflectance spectroscopy,and n_(2) adsorption-desorption isotherms.

BACKGROUnD Prediabetes is a well-established risk factor for major adverse cardiac and cerebrovascular events(MACCE).However,the relationship between prediabetes and MACCE in atrial fibrillation(AF)patients has not been extensively ***,this study aimed to establish a link between prediabetes and MACCE in AF *** To investigate a link between prediabetes and MACCE in AF *** We used the national Inpatient Sample(2019)and relevant ICD-10 CM codes to identify hospitalizations with AF and categorized them into groups with and without prediabetes,excluding *** primary outcome was MACCE(all-cause inpatient mortality,cardiac arrest including ventricular fibrillation,and stroke)in AF-related *** Of the 2965875 AF-related hospitalizations for MACCE,47505(1.6%)were among patients with *** prediabetes cohort was relatively younger(median 75 vs 78 years),and often consisted of males(56.3%vs 51.4%),blacks(9.8%vs 7.9%),Hispanics(7.3%vs 4.3%),and Asians(4.7%vs 1.6%)than the non-prediabetic cohort(Pnificantly higher rates of hypertension,hyperlipidemia,smoking,obesity,drug abuse,prior myocardial infarction,peripheral vascular disease,and hyperthyroidism(all Pn discharged routinely(51.1%vs 41.1%),but more frequently required home health care(23.6%vs 21.0%)and had higher *** adjusting for baseline characteristics or comorbidities,the prediabetes cohort with AF admissions showed a higher rate and significantly higher odds of MACCE compared to the non-prediabetic cohort[18.6%vs 14.7%,odds ratio(OR)1.34,95%confidence interval 1.26-1.42,Pn subgroup analyses,males had a stronger association(aOR 1.43)compared to females(aOR 1.22),whereas on the race-wise comparison,Hispanics(aOR 1.43)and Asians(aOR 1.36)had a stronger association with MACCE with prediabetes vs whites(aOR 1.33)and blacks(aOR 1.21).COnCLUSIOn This population-

The Schottky barrier junction parameters and structural properties of Zr/p-Gan Schottky diode are explored at various annealing *** analysis showed that the barrier height（BH）of the Zr/pGa n Schottky diode increases with annealing at 400°C（0.92 eV（I–V）/1.09 e V（C–V））compared to the asdeposited one（0.83 eV（I–V）/0.93 eV（C–V））.However,the BH decreases after annealing at 500°***,at different annealing temperatures,the series resistance and BH are assessed by Cheung’s functions and their values ***,the interface state density（nSS/of the diode decreases after annealing at 400°C and then somewhat rises upon annealing at 500°*** reveals that the maximum BH is obtained at 400°C,and thus the optimum annealing temperature is 400°C for the *** XPS and XRD analysis revealed that the increase in BH may be attributed to the creation of Zr–n phases with increasing annealing up to 400°*** BH reduces for the diode annealed at 500°C,which may be due to the formation of Ga–Zr phases at the *** AFM measurements reveal that the overall surface roughness of the Zr film is quite smooth during rapid annealing process.

There has been an immense endeavor to mitigate global warming in spite of which it has only been worse. This paper presents the design and imple- mentation of a low power and eco-friendly refrigeration system using the thermoelectric effect. The conventional refrigerators make use of complex mechanisms which involves synchronous operation of various units, namely the compressor, condensers, expansion valves, evaporator, refi＇igerant and so on. But a thermoelectric refrigerator exploits the principle of the Peltier effect, thus avoiding the utilization of these complex components. This even helps curb the release of harmful chlorofluorocarbons （CFCs） into the atmosphere which contributes to the increase in global temperature. Moreover, the temperature can be controlled and set to required values with the help of a microcontroller. Hence, this can be used both for domestic and commercial purposes. The unit does not eject any harmful gases. Therefore, the heat expelled from the unit can be tapped for heating utilities, making the use of this device versatile in its application. Thus this proposal aims not only at reducing the air pollutants by not contributing to it but also at reducing the power consumption.
