The migrating TdT+ thymocytes can die in other tissues, promoting the surrounding cells’ renewing likes holocrine secretion does. To clarify the role of TdT-enzyme for this function of progenitor lymphocytes, their extracellular media with its components included by living cells analyzed in vitro before and after in vivo irradiation of donor rats. The nucleoid with Dnase-sensitive (free) DnA and TdT activity discovered in extracellular media conditioned preliminary by spontaneous apoptotic death of a minor part of the thymocyte’s suspension in vitro. The penetration of labeled products of non-template synthesis with free DnA’ primers from media into cells by pinocytosis confirmed by exogenous polymeric DnA marked artificially. The DnA penetration into cells follows an increase of the cell’s viability and acceleration of spontaneous intracellular DnA-synthesis controlled with labeled thymidine uptake. Both phenomena are typical for either the lowest initial concentration of intact cells or their preliminary irradiation in vivo. The data point to possible involvement of apoptotic decay of TdT+ cells in the reutilization of the extracellular DnA fragments for reparation/regeneration of surrounding living cells.

The possibility of the life origin in the stellar systems, located at a distance of ~200 pc from the solar system, was investigated. The stars, in the spectrums of which C (carbon), O (oxygen), n (nitrogen), and P (phosphorus) are found, are called DnA-stars. Based on stellar abundances a new method for searching for habitable exoplanets has been developed and a list of 48 DnA-stars in the solar neighborhood, on which life is possible, has been defined. The quota of DnA-stars is equal 1.3% of the total amount of Hypatia Stellar Catalog. Only three DnA-stars out of selected 48 stars belong to the spectral class as our Sun (G2V). The closest to the solar system is the DnA-star with the number HIP 15510, which belongs to the G8V class and is 6 pc away from the solar system. nine DnA-stars, which have the highest chemical similarity with solar spectrum, were identified. It is identified that one of these nine stars, HIP 24681, has six planets.

Multifunctional core/shell type,luminescent-plasmonic material composed of lanthanide doped microspheres(≈50μm)and gold nanoparticles(Au nPs;≈10-20 nm)deposited onto their surface,were successfully prepared(nd^3+:YAS@Au).The material was synthesized to combine the luminescence properties of the nd^3+-doped microspheres,*** resonance with plasmonic activity of the surface Au nPs,*** enhanced Raman scattering(SERS)effect,within a single,micro-sized *** luminescent-plasmonic microspheres were used as the active SERS substrate for detection of the organic probe,and for generation of Whispering Gallery Modes(WGM),which red-shift together with increasing laser power(temperature elevation).The products obtained were analysed with optical,scanning and transmission electron microscopy(SEM and TEM),as well as by Raman,absorption and photoluminescence spectroscopies.

Transportation as a major barrier to obtaining health care is well documented in literature. It is a major contributing factor to health disparities in urban and rural areas in the United States. A lack of transportation to and from a doctor’s office or other ancillary health care services worsened the medical conditions of individuals over time. The cost to society by inefficient use and distribution of health resources to promote the general wellbeing of communities is enormous. new technologies in the automobile industry have the potential to eliminate transportation as a barrier to receiving health care services regardless of a person’s socioeconomic status. Automotive technologies including autonomous, driverless and semiautonomous vehicles have the potential to improve how patients get to the doctor to receive health care services more efficiently and timely. However, government, especially public health, must play a critical role at this stage of these new technologies by being at the table to provide guidance on how the new technologies should benefit population and community health.

The failure of insulators under DC voltages is due to various factors like thermal runaway,ion migration,anode growth,surface erosion,cement growth etc..However,the rate of failure is higher in polluted zones where surface erosion and puncturing of insulators due to ion migration can ***,insulators have to be subjected to accelerated aging tests to simulate ion migration and to check their capability to withstand the *** runaway is also an important *** carrying out Thermal runaway test at higher temperature,it may be possible to identify the good *** paper presents the work carried out in order to asses the quality of DC insulators by Thermal runaway tests,Ion-migration tests and the measurement of the body resistance of the *** voltage and temperature were varied during these tests in order to clearly identify the good *** result will be useful for the design of insulators for the HVDC transmission system.

In this work we develop necessary and sufficient conditions for describing the family of anti-Hurwitz polynomials, introduced by Vergara-Hermosilla et al. in [1]. Specifically, we studied a dual version of the Theorem of Routh-Hurwitz and present explicit criteria for polynomials of low order and derivatives. Another contribution of this work is establishing a dual version of the Hermite-Biehler Theorem. To this aim, we give extensions of the boundary crossing Theorems and a zero exclusion principle for anti-Hurwitz polynomials.

The results stemming from the calculation of heat transfer in torch furnaces by the laws, relating to radiation from solid surfaces and gas volumes are analyzed. The article presents the laws for radiation from gas volumes and the procedure for calculating heat transfer in torch furnaces, fire boxes, and combustion chambers, elaborated on their basis. The example of heat transfer calculation in a torch furnace is given, and it is significantly non-uniform in nature. non-uniformity of heat flux distribution on heating surfaces is given. According to the results of calculations, a new furnace is designed to decrease the non-uniformity of ingot heating, fuel rate, and increase the furnace capacity. The calculation results of the distribution of heat fluxes on the heating surfaces are given in changing torch geometric dimensions. These results are confirmed by experimental studies.

nowadays the number of cores that are integrated into noC (network on Chip) systems is steadily increasing, and real application traffic, running in such multi-core environments requires more and more bandwidth. In that sense, noC architectures should be properly designed so as to provide efficient traffic engineering, as well as QoS support. Routing algorithm choice in conjunction with other parameters, such as network size and topology, traffic features (time and spatial distribution), as well as packet injection rate, packet size, and buffering capability, are all equivalently critical for designing a robust noC architecture, on the grounds of traffic engineering and QoS provision. In this paper, a thorough numerical investigation is achieved by taking into consideration the criticality of selecting the proper routing algorithm, in conjunction with all the other aforementioned parameters. This is done via implementation of four routing evaluation traffic scenarios varying each parameter either individually, or as a set, thus exhausting all possible combinations, and making compact decisions on proper routing algorithm selection in noC architectures. It has been shown that the simplicity of a deterministic routing algorithm such as XY, seems to be a reasonable choice, not only for random traffic patterns but also for non-uniform distributed traffic patterns, in terms of delay and throughput for 2D mesh noC systems.

On the question of wave-particle duality, from the historic Bohr-Einstein debates a century ago, to this day, the view expressed in niels Bohr’s Complementarity Principle has become well established, confirmed by numerous experiments: If the observation is for wave nature, then the particle changes to wave, and if the observation is for particle nature, then the particle remains particle. However, recently this view has been challenged. With proof based on the definition of wave function, it has been shown that particle always remains particle and its wave function always remains wave, no mysterious change from particle to wave and vice versa.

Examples of changes in the magnitude of the B-n>n>field after the heliosphere termination shock (TS) with both Voyager spacecraft (SC) are presented. The work focuses on similarities and differences in the observations at their in-situ measurements along divergent paths. The presented results were collected where the accuracy of the magnetometer is the highest. These locations are those wherein, four to seven times during the year, the SC performs about 330 minutes of slow rotations identified in the SC language as MAGROLs. They are next reviewed, with the understanding that after the TS, at MAGROLs, the solar wind (SW) flows appear to be mostly sub-magnetosonic and compressional in this region, region named helio-sheath (HS). This is a preliminary survey that uses 48 sec B-field averages. The time-intervals in this work fill gaps in the currently available studies for longer time intervals. The present study reinforces the view that in the HS after the TS the SW is most likely strongly compressional. Further we discuss the fact that observed fluctuation intensity-modes of the B-field in our time-ranges appear to be much more pronounced at the Voyager 2 path than at the Voyager 1 path.n>n>n>
